ALAMEDA, Calif. (AP) - The Oakland Raiders have finished the draft by taking three defensive players in the seventh round.

Oakland took Ohio cornerback and punt returner T.J. Carrie with the 219th pick, Illinois State defensive end Shelby Harris at No. 235 and Western Kentucky safety Jonathan Dowling with the 247th pick Saturday.

The Raiders earlier took Louisiana Tech defensive tackle Justin Ellis and Utah cornerback Keith McGill in the fourth round as they dedicated the final day of the draft exclusively to upgrading a defense that allowed the second-most points in franchise history last season.
