Rules were IR were to be cleared after Super Bowl - the fact we let it go this long is against by-laws. IRs should have been auto cleared by me after Super Bowl but I have let it slide past couple years

Hey Jay, I will clear my IR but I don't get the urgency of doing it so soon before our draft. Who knows who will get arrested for assault, shot at a club, vehicular homicide,etc.... Maybe we can put it off for a while so teams might be able to adjust their rosters if something like that were to come up
