This league will consist of 10 franchise owners. The owners will be divided randomly into 2 divisions (Red and Black), 5 teams in each division. One of the owners will be designated as the commissioner. Each owner drafts NFL players and defensive teams to fill a roster. Each week of the NFL season, the owners designate a starting lineup which score points based on the performance of their starting players. Cumulative points are tracked as well as win/loss records based on a head-to-head schedule.
The commissioner will be responsible for collecting entry fee and trade money, facilitating the draft, tracking weekly points, receiving starting line-up from the owners, coordinating trades and acquisitions, distributing scoring updates on a regular basis, making final judgment on any disagreements between owners, rule interpretations, or unfair play.
The cost to be a franchise owner is $60. There is a $5 fee for every trade and acquisition unless done with the blind bid system. The commissioner is paid $30 by the loser of the Toilet Bowl.
Each owner must maintain a team roster of 14 players. There is no limitation on the number of players of any one position.
The starting line-up must consist of the following:
1 Quarterback
1 Running Back
1 Flex Player (Running Back, Wide Receiver, or Tight End)
2 Wide Receivers
1 Tight End
1 Kicker
1 Defense/Special Teams Team
Owners may set their own weekly line-ups on the league web site. This must be done prior to the kick-off of the game in which players are involved. If no changes to the line-up are made, the previous weeks line-up will be used. If necessary, owners may contact the commissioner to make a line-up change. No lineup changes will be accepted after 12:00 noon on Sunday.
Each starting offensive player scores points as follows regardless of their position:

Making the Play-offs
The top 2 teams by record from each division make the playoffs and play in their division as the #1 and #2 seeds. The remaining 6 teams are ranked by total points highest to lowest. The lowest 2 teams by total points are in the toilet bowl. The remaining 4 teams (highest by total points) are in the playoffs. Each team will play in the playoffs in their home division unless the 2 teams in the toilet bowl are from the same division, in which case the lowest of the 4 remaining teams will be moved to the other division for the playoffs.
Week 15 Division Semi-Finals 1st vs. 4th and 2nd vs. 3rd of each division
(The 1st place team in each division wins $20)
Toilet Bowl The two teams not making the playoffs play head-to-head each week of the last 3 weeks of the season (weeks 15, 16, and 17). The best 2 out of 3 weeks is the winner. (The loser of the Toilet Bowl pays $30 to the league)
Week 16 Division Championship Week 15 winners of each division play head-to-head
Week 17 Super Bowl Division champions play head-to-head
(Loser of Super Bowl wins $50, winner splits remainder of the pot 50/50 with the owner with the most cumulative points)
After week 17: The owner with the 2nd most cumulative points wins $50
The owner with most cumulative points splits the remainder of the pot 50/50 with the winner of the Super Bowl.
The winner of NFL game picks wins $50. Ties will split the pot.
Ties during regular season head-to-head matches will be decided by the designated tie breaker player.
Ties for play-off positions, play-off games, and division winners will be decided by the following succession:
