The “Bible” is the law for Utopia FFL for the current year. The Bible will be revised if needed after the Banquet
where any rule changes will be
discussed. Once the new years’ Bible is complete, no rule changes will take place without a 100% concurrence. At the
Banquet rules will be changed
based on a majority vote of owners present and owners that could not be present (via e-mail to commissioner)

LEAGUE SETUP
*This league will have one commissioner.
*This league will be an auction, re-draft league, with 0-3 keepers.
*The league will consist of 12 teams; 2 divisions (names determined by the Super Bowl Champ (SBC) and Super Bowl runner up (SBRU) from previous year, completed after the draft.
Divisions will be formatted with the follow criteria based on the previous years final standings: the SB Champ & SB Runner up will pick teams for their division with the 1st pick to the runner up and then 2 to the Champ and so on until all teams are drafted.
*In order to settle any disputes, a dispute panel will be utilized whenever necessary.
a) The Dispute panel will consist of 3 Owners : The Commish and the two point leaders at the time of the incident. If any of the three are involved in the dispute, it would be the others not involved and the remaining filled with the top total point leaders not involved in the dispute, until there are a total of 3 on the panel. Their decision will be final.
* RTSports will be used to run the league and they will decide a player position.
if a game is cancelled for any reason, the players started will get what they have at the time the game is cancelled.
ROSTERS
*Each team will consist of the following positions and numbers, for a total of 19, which must be maintained throughout
the year. 2 IR spots.
1 – Team Quarterback (TQB)
2 - Running Backs (RB)
2 - Wide Receivers (WR)
2- Flex (RB, WR, TE)
1 - Tight End (TE)
1 – Place Kicker (PK)
1 – Defensive/Special Team (DST)
9 - Bench (Any position)
20 – Total Roster
*Each teams weekly starting lineup will consist of the following positions and numbers, for a total of 10 :
1 – Team Quarterback (TQB)

*Injury Reserved (IR) – Every team is eligible to place two persons on IR throughout the year under the following
conditions:
1. The NFL must list him on the IR or Out due to injury.
2.Once an owner places a player on IR, he can pick up in the ww process.
3.Once the players designation is changed, he must be placed back on the active roster or dropped. The roster can never go over 19.
4. If a player is out but not listed as such in RTS, an owner can ask the Commissioner to put them on IR. If the commish wants to for his team he will let an owner, tbd at the draft, know.
DRAFT
*The draft will be an auction draft of 19 rounds on the Sunday evening (5pm)prior to Labor Day weekend.
*Subs will be allowed, no by phone drafts, if an owner can’t make the draft, they must send a person to conduct the draft for them.
*Each team is responsible for drafting a total of 19, outlined in “Rosters”
*Owners will select players in reverse order of the previous years’ finish of “Total Points” (12-1) and back (1-12). Owners must sit in draft order.
*Once an owner names a player, on their turn, that player will be auctioned off and become a member of the team with the highest monetary bid as noted by the auctioneer. This will continue until all teams rosters are complete.
*All players must be bought for a minimum of $1. No Cent (.01) bids. $200 draft amount to start.
* All players not drafted become the ww pool.
* No college players can be drafted.
KEEPERS
*Each team owner can keep 0-3 players from the previous years’ roster under the following rules:
1. A player designated as a keeper will count as a draft pick and cost $10 more than the previous year's cost and an additional $5 each following year that the player is kept. ie: A team wants to
keep a player he drafted for $8 the previous year, it would cost him $18 to keep him the 2nd year and then $23, $28, etc. for subsequent years.
2. If a player was not drafted (Waiver wire(ww) acquisition) he can be kept the following year for $10 and then subsequent years as listed in 2. The ww pick must also be picked up prior to the trade deadline (wk 14).
3.Keepers can be traded and retain their draft cost.
4. Keepers must be announced to the Commissioner By 1000 draft day.
DEADLINES
*All money owed for the season must be paid in full prior to the draft.
*Each owner must submit their lineups prior to the game time of each player. If a lineup is not submitted, the team will receive a “0” point total for that week. If they feel they have a legitimate reason, they can convene a dispute panel which can decide either the “0” stays or he can be given the points with the previous weeks lineup.
*Starting lineups and ww maneuvers can be made up til the start of that players game.
STANDINGS
Standings will be shown on RTSports.
SCHEDULE
*Each Odd week (1,3,5,7,9,11,13) each team will face the League Average (LA).
*Each even week (2,4,6,8,10,12,14)each team will face their division average (DA). With 3 teams from each division winning and 3 losing(except for ties).
PLAYOFFS : Top 6 teams W-L-T (Superbowl) Bottom 6 teams W-L-T (Toiletbowl)
SUPERBOWL: Winners advance
Week 15 – Division Champs have a bye and have #1 and #2 seeds based on W-L-T record
The #3-6 seeds will play against each other with the top 2 teams (scores) advancing.
Week 16- Week 15 winners vs Seeds 1 and 2. with the top two teams moving on.
Week 17 - Week 16 winners play for the Super Bowl.
TOILETBOWL: Losers advance
Week 15 – Division Last place teams have a bye and have #1 and #2 seeds based on W-L-T record
The #3-6 seeds will play against each other with the bottom 2 teams (scores) advancing.
Week 16- Week 15 losers vs Seeds 1 and 2. with the Team with the two teams with the lowest score moving on.
Week 17 - losers from week 16 play for ToiletBowl title.
Week 18 – Division VS Division Best League Lineups (best starter from each team plus second best player from each team until starting lineup (10) is complete – Losing Division supplies food for the draft, Min. $20/Owner.

PLAYOFF GAME:
1. Total Yards by starters
2. Decimal points of starters. 97 yards = 9.7
3. Total bench points

WAIVERS
*Each team may waiver as often as they wish, within the following guidelines:
1.Each waiver is $2
2. Waivers are granted in the following order: Each week there will be two ww periods:
A. WW period one will be conducted by blind bid. Each team will have $100 in blind bid money to use in picking up waivers during the 1st round of waivers. When their $100 is depleted, they will not be able to participate in the 1st ww round.
B. The 2nd ww period will begin after the results of the 1st ww bids are posted. These will be first come, first serve ww's and will not cost against the ww blind bid money.
3. The deadline for submitting ww(Rd.1) picks will be Wednesday 5:00 A.M.
4. Add/Drop (free-for-all, rd. 2) waivers begin on Wednesday at 6:00 A.M. (no minimum)
5. A player dropped, cannot be picked up by any team until at least one weekend of games has
been played.
6. At the drafts’ end, waivers can be added the following day at 7:00 A.M.
7. WW $ will be used for supplies, trophy engraving and the remaining for the banquet.
8. Waivers can be made up until the kickoff of the last game of the week.
9. Bye week players cannot be picked up after the kickoff of the first game of the week.
10. No player can be dropped/added once their game kicks off.
TRADES
*Trades can be for various positions.
*Roster level of 19 must be maintained.
*Please reply to every trade request asap.
*Any traded player, cannot return to the original team for a minimum 3 weeks.
*The trade deadline is the commencement of playoffs (Wk 14).
*Trading keepers can start at the end of week 18.
*No trades allowed during the draft.
FEES
*$105 entrance fee.
*Waivers are $2 each.
*If an owner starts a player on IR or on a bye, it will cost them! $5 each incident. Throughout the season.
*If an owner has a player on IR and he plays it will cost $5.
*Toiletbowl winner will provide 1 case of cold beer on draft day(Superbowl winner choice). If draft is at a bar, 3 pitchers(1-Superbowl winner, 1 point winner, 1 choice) $35 max.
*Toiletbowl Loser will provide 1 case of cold water on draft day, If draft is at a bar, 1 pitcher(Toiletbowl winner choice).
*The team with the least amount of points at years end will provide 1 case of cold beer(Choice) If draft is at a bar, 3 pitchers(1-Superbowl winner, 1 point winner, 1 choice) $35 max.
*Losing Division(Div best starting lineups) of week 18 provides a dish to pass at the draft ($10 min.)
NFL picks cost $10 for each of 3 6 game seasons, 1-6, 7-12 & 13-18. This is voluntary. The winner of each 6 game season will get all the money. Tie breaker will be point total of last game of each 6 week season. If still tied, money will be split.

*Each week (1-18) the following monetary amounts will be awarded:

*At years’ end (end of week 18) the following monetary amounts will be awarded:
1st : $140; 2nd : $100; 3rd : $75; 4th : $50

*The banquet will be determined based on a poll at seasons’ end.
*All provisions will be provided for with ww money until it’s gone. If there is leftover money it will be used at the draft.
*Fees and rules will be discussed at the banquet.
