THE WAIVER WIRE IS A TUMBLER SYSTEM SETUP WHEREBY A TEAM MOVES HIGHER IN THE ORDER IF HE DOES NOT CLAIM A PLAYER IN THE CURRENT WAIVER PERIOD.

 

TRADES:


Any trades where both parties agree to will be processed by the commissioner and then subject to feedback from other teams questioning the trade; a 48 hour voting period where if 6 teams vote against the trade, it will be negated. 

No trades allowed if the game is within 48 hours of a matchup on Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday so when negotiating a trade bear that in mind. Also keep in mind games scheduled in other countries.

No trades are permitted after the  Thanksgiving weekend.



MANAGING RULE
Since there is significant money involved in prizes it is important for all owners to manage their team
diligently so as not to affect another team to unfairly lose out on any prize money.
there may be certain instances where a team owner neglects to manage -for examples-
1) a team is pretty much out of it and the owner decides to not manage his team any longer.
2) a team owner fails to play an entire team during a bye week.
3) a team owner fails to substitute a player for an injured player who will not be starting that week.
( this does not involve an owner playing a game time decision player. It's understandable that if you
take a chance on a player playing in that scenario it stands as is).

The solution to any of these problems will be as follows:

Any owner can call the commissioner if they can not get to a computer and ask him to make appropriate changes.

The commissioner will make sure that all owners have fielded an entire legitimate team each week and if not
then the commish will install a substitute player with the highest total score to date.
This will only be done for that game so as to assure a fair result for that particular WEEKLY MATCHUP.
After the game the commish will delete the players back to the team owner's original lineup.
This way the offending team does not get to keep the points (from the players the commish
substituted) for the OVERALL SCORING OR THE HIGH WEEK SCORE prizes since it was the owners
fault for not managing his team to begin with. IN ADDITION the offending team will be assessed
the $10 weekly loss fee if his team only wins because of the Commish' changes.
*NOTE ( the offending team is eligible to win the high week money prize- but he has to do it without
the player points from the Commish substitutions).

TO GIVE AN EXAMPLE OF WHY THESE RULES NEED TO BE ENFORCED

team 1 and team 2 are tied for 1st overall.
team 1 is playing a team who doesn't field a legitimate team.
team 1 wins but would have lost if the other team's owner had managed his team as he should.
 

 

COVID RULES 2020 FOR PLAYERS RULED OUT .

First off if you have another player available on your roster you play him. Next if that is not an option you can choose the back up player of the same position for the team the player ruled out plays for.. If that option is unavailable ( bye weeks for example) you can pick up Sunday morning at 9 am PST a free agent for the week  the player is out..........The Covid player will be put on his IR list for the one or two weeks at no charge.

NOTE : The back up players will be placed on the restricted free agents list.

 

Where we do not know if the game is delayed or cancelled you have the option of declaring your sub for the positional player. 

In this case the team can declare a substitute player and post before game time. He must come from your roster first...if no option then from free agents on Sunday morning  for that game only. You need to designate who the substitute is for.
