This is a Dynasty League.  

Roster limit is 20 players per team after yearly draft.  First year will have a snake-style draft With third round reversal to get all teams to roster limit.  

By the Sunday before the NFL draft, all teams will need to cut down to the roster limit of 14 players.  You can cut down further if you have future years draft pick in stow or your team has more than 7 guys you need to cut.  After the NFL draft, we will hold an online 6 round draft for players cut and incoming rookies into the NFL at which point rosters will be back at the 20 player limit.  This draft will be offline in reverse order of standings and go 1-12, 1-12, etc.  Future Draft picks can be traded for 1 year in advance maximum.  In addition a 7/12 vote on any trade can result in a league veto of the trade.

Free agency will be based on a blind bid waiver wire system weekly.  Each team will have a total of $100 free agent dollars to spend each fantasy year on available free agents.  Once you have used your $100 limit you will no longer be able to make any more free agent transactions for the year.  There is no limit on weekly number of pickups or dollar amount spent on an individual free agent, however once your $100 is gone, you are done for the year.  Minimum bid for player is $1 and bidding will be in $1 increments.

Scoring is a combination of Fan-Duel with bonus plateaus.  Starting lineups will be the same as used on FanDuel with the exception of team kickers taking the place of defense.  

Regular season will run weeks 1-13.  Only top 4 in each division will make playoffs with playoff weeks being weeks 14, 15, and 16. 

Payouts will occur in the following manner:

Weekly Payouts: $10 for top scoring team each week, $5 for second highest for NFL regular season weeks 1-17 ($255 for the year)

Yearly: Division Winners will win $50 each; second place in division will win $25 each; third place in each division will win $10 each ($170 for the year)

Playoffs: First Round winners earn $25, Semi-final win earns you $50, Championship game winner nets an additional $75 ($275 total) 

Total Payouts = $700 (14 league members at $50 a team)
