RACE FOR THE SEAT! Fantasy Football League 2018 BYLAWS

1) In an effort to curtail the time and hassle of tracking down teams to get their votes on changes, trades, etc. the commissioner, may now enact all changes immediately. It will then be up to each team to voice any dissent in a timely manner (a minimum of 24 to 72 hours will be required depending on the topic at hand for a change, trade, etc. to be enacted.) Commissioner changes can then only be overturned by a majority vote of 8 of 12 teams. 

2) The Winner of the Super Bowl will name the Toilet Bowl winner during the following year's draft.

3) The loser of the TOILET Bowl will have to start the draft off with a shot and wear a paper bag and the toilet seat trophy over his head when making picks during the first 2 rounds. The winner of the TOILET bowl game will become the "Beer Bitch" and serve the draft attendees beers or other drinks of their choosing during that draft.

4) Championship Playoffs - The Division Leader of each of the three divisions will make the Championship Playoffs.  The two division leaders that have the best regular season records will have a first round bye.  The three remaining playoff spots are the Wild Cards based on the best season records.

5) Toilet Bowl Playoffs - The six teams that do not advance to the Championship Round move to the Toilet Bowl Playoffs.  The two teams with the worse regular season record will have a first round bye of the Toilet Bowl Playoffs. 

6) Each Week (thru week 16) there will be a point spread "Pick 'em" contest. The person with the most correct picks in the weekly "pick 'em" contest will win $50. All entries must be turned in before the first game of the week. Ties will be determined by whose fantasy team scored highest that week.

7) Any team owner who does not participate on the weekly smack talk bulletin board will be declared ineligible to win that week’s “Pick ‘em” contest. The weekly deadline for this is from 12am Tuesday up to the first Sunday game of the following week.

8) League Awards & Payoffs

• First Round Bye - Championship Round = $50 x 2 teams
• Make the Playoffs as a Division Champion = $75 x3  teams
• Make the Playoffs as a Wild Card team = $50 x 3 teams
• Win Wild Card playoff game = $50 x 2 teams
• Win Divisional Championship Playoff Game = $100 x 2 teams
• Super Bowl Runner Up = $150
• Super Bowl Champion = $500 and Ring & Trophy & Championship Belt
• Most Points Scored through 17 games = $250
• Second Most Points Scored through 17 games = $100
• Weekly “Pick ‘em” contest winner $50 x 16 winners

9) League Fees

• Waiver Picks are free
• Entry fee is $300 per team.

10) League Expenses

• Misc. expenses (party, toilet seats, web site, ring, trophies, etc.) = $1000
