League Defined
I. The league will be comprised of Ten teams, separated into two divisions. The divisions will consist of five teams each. Teams will be assigned to the divisions based on draft position; 1,3,5,7,9 in the East Division and 2,4,6,8,10 in the West Division. Game results become final at Noon on Friday, once stat corrections are made for the week.
II. The league will use software from RTSPORTS. All stats are downloaded from RTSPORTS
through, http://www.rtsports.com. The cost of this service for the 2022-2023 season is $99.95
Franchise Ownership
I. Franchise ownership fee is $202.00 for all teams due by the day of the draft. Please make checks payable to Richard LoVullo.
II. Teams with multiple ownership must specify a managing partner. All weekly playoff and prize money will be paid to managing partner and it will be his responsibility to distribute the winnings.
III. In the event a spot opens to add a new team, available franchises will be awarded on a first come first serve basis. That new team will have last choice in draft position.
IV. Ownership rights for the following year may be revoked by two-thirds majority vote of all league members.
Draft
I. The player pool will consist of every current NFL player. Once a team selects a player, he is removed from the pool of available players.
II. Draft Order selections will start on 8/1. Draft order will be determined by previous year point standings. Teams not making the playoffs will have the first four choices in the draft and will be determined by random drawing. The remaining teams with the lowest total points from the previous year will have the next choice on where he will draft, The second worst team will have the next choice on where he will draft and so on. New teams will be assigned draft order for remaining positions. If more than one team joins, there will be a random drawing to determine order for new teams. There will be 22 rounds of drafting. First Round Draft will go in order 1-10, second round 10-1. This will continue until all 22 rounds have been drafted.
III. Each team will have a total of 2:00 per round to draft a player. If a selection has not been made upon the expiration of their allotted time, their pick will move to the next draft position. After that selection the pick will go back to skipped team. Any issues regarding draft selections should be immediately fielded to the commissioner.
IV. Each team must have a representative able to complete its teams draft. A person associated with one team may not draft for another team. Any team owner not present on draft day shall select its players for the rounds missed from the remaining pool of players following the draft.
V. Each team will draft players in accordance with the roster defined under Article D Rosters. If a team drafts a player who is determined to be in violation of the defined roster, that team shall immediately adjust their roster to comply with roster guidelines. Players will be dropped and new players selected from the available pool of players. This must be done prior to that team issuing a new starting lineup.
Rosters
I. Each team roster must consist of the following: 22 drafted players from any given position. It is the Franchise owner’s responsibility based on their draft strategy to draft a team, which can yield a starting team each week. Each team must have 22 players at all times.
III. Teams may place up to one player on Injured Reserve (I/R) if the player has a designation of Doubtful or greater as dictated by RTSports. The cost for each player placed on I/R is $3.00. This will make additional one roster spot available.
III. Weekly starting lineups will consist of Eleven (11) players. The remaining players on that roster shall make up the reserves or bench. Starting lineups must include the following:
(a) One (1) Quarterback
(b) Two (2) Running Backs
(c) Two (2) Wide Receivers
(d) One (1) Tight End
(e) One (1) Place Kicker
(f) One (1) Defensive Linemen
(g) One (1) Linebacker
(h) One (1) Defensive Back
(i) One Flex (RB, WR,or TE)
III. Deadline for turning in a starting lineup is prior to the game that player is in for the NFL week. There is no deadline for lineups with the exception that the website will not allow a player to be used in the starting lineup if the game has already started. All lineups should entered into our league website or by phone 704-8601 to league commissioner only in emergency situations.
IV. If a team does not turn in a starting lineup for the first game of the year following the draft, a default lineup will be selected based on the order of players drafted to field the starting lineup.
Transactions
I. Moves, Defined
(a) Trades between two teams made at the same time count as individual transactions.
(b) Each drop and add combination counts as one move.
II. Deadlines
(a) Players added to the roster via free agency become active at 8 PM Wednesday/Saturday and are available for play in the next starting lineup, assuming no games were schedule prior to this. Players added via trade are available immediately. All Bids are made via the website waiver wire. Following the waiver wire, there will be a period of unrestricted waiver wire will begin at 8 AM the Sunday after the normal waiver wire ends and will last until 11:00 PM on Monday night. No players can be picked up after a game has started.
(b) Trading deadline for the season shall be set to Monday 11:00 PM the twelfth (12th) week of play in the NFL season.
(c) Any team mathematically eliminated from the playoffs prior to the trading deadline will not be allowed to make trades.
(d) Any player dropped from the roster of a team mathematically eliminated from the playoffs prior to the trading deadline will not be put into the player pool.
III. Trades
(a) Once a move is completed, the players become active to their respective new rosters and are available for play in the next starting lineup.
(b) Trades will be allowed on draft day, including but not limited to draft picks.
(c) All trades may be entered into league website or called into 585-704-8601(only if emergency).
(d) Trades may also include Free Agent $'s
IV. Drops and Adds
(a) Teams may only drop and add players from the available pool of players. Dropped players are not available until the next fantasy football week starts. Once a game starts, players in that game are no longer eligible to be added to your roster.
(b) When requesting a move to drop/add players, a team may include alternate picks in the event that another team picks up their selection.
(c) Teams may continue to drop and add players until the end of the season.
(d) All waiver wire pickups are awarded as bids. For example, if you bid $18.00 on Josh Allen, and you are the winning bidder, you win him for the price of $18.00. Each team will be allotted $250 to be used towards blind bidding. This is your Free Agent Acquisition Budget (FAAB). When that $250 is gone that is it unless you make a trade or aquire more $'s
(e) In the event of a tied bid between teams, the earliest bid wins.
(f) Sunday Morning Free For All- An unrestricted waiver wire is available every Sunday from 8 AM until Monday at 10 PM. Once a game starts, the player can not be picked up. These transactions cost $2.00 each and DO NOT count against your FAAB but instead are added to your team fees
Scoring
I. Teams competing receive points based on their starting lineups. Winner is the team with the most points scored in one NFL weekend. Ties will count in the standings.
II. The scoring rules are outlined under league menu, rules.
Regular Season
I. Teams will play a 14 week schedule. The next three weeks shall be reserved for playoffs and Frontier Super Bowl. Week 18 will be used as a ProBowl and minimum of 2 players from each team must be used to compete against the other divisions ProBowl team. The Roster designation is determined by division winners.
II. Regular Season will coincide with that of the NFL. The first NFL week of the NFL season will mark the first week of the League regular season.
III. The league schedule will be randomized by the site at the draft
Playoffs
I. There will be playoffs for top three teams of each Division.
II. Each Division will produce one division winner. Of the remaining teams, two teams will gain a wildcard berth from each division. The standings to determine this is based on winning percentage.
III. The Division winner from each division will gain a BYE for the first playoff game. The remaining wild card teams will play against each other in their division.
(a) The winner of the wildcard game will play the division winner.
(b) The winners of these two games advance to play in the Frontier Super Bowl.
IV. Tiebreakers for winner of the Conference shall be as follows:
(a) Overall record

(c) Points Scored

I. Franchise Owners MUST pay within one week if account balance falls below $0.00 to maintain positive minimum account
balance.
II. All monies gained from transaction fees shall be applied to league expenses such as software etc. Any extra monies
gained above and beyond league expenses shall be paid out as described above in Rewards.
Commissioner's Job Description
I. Commissioner shall enforce the League Bylaws as they are written.
II. Commissioner will handle all league monetary business which include the following:
(a) Collection of all franchise fees no later than Draft Night.
(b) Collection of all fees throughout the year.
(c) Distribution of all league money as directed by the League Fees Report in conjunction with the Rewards from above.
League Bylaws.
III. Commissioner shall handle all aspects involved in the writing, publication, and distribution of a weekly correspondence which must include (but not restricted to) the following:
(a) Past week's game results (found on rtsports.com).
(b) Current standings and total points and available free agents (found on rtsports.com).
(c) Next Week's Schedule (found on rtsports.com).
IV. Commissioner shall resolve all disputes in accordance with league bylaws. Disputed items not covered under written league bylaws will be entirely up to the commissioner to rule on.
V. A Commissioner ruling can be overturned by a three-quarter-majority vote of the league (5 of 7 vote).
VI. Commissioner must maintain stats involving league play. Stats involving past week's game results, current standings, total points, and next week's.
VII. Occasionally, the stat service we use has errors but it is very rare. Due to this, we will use the results from the stat service as provided on Thursday at Noon with no exceptions.
Changes in Bylaws
I. League Bylaws can be modified annually before the beginning of the draft.
II. Majority vote of all teams shall be required to change any section of the league bylaws.
III. Any changes, become effective immediately.
