By-Laws

Free Agency (FA) Ruling:

1) Picks are due on Wednesday at Midnight - anything after 12:00:01am Central Time will be part of the following week FA.

1a) In this case where the FA carries over to the following week - it is the responsibility of the team to notify the commissioner if they DO NOT want the pick to carry forward due to matchups / the FA is on bye the following week when the transaction occurs.

 

Free Agency (FA) Tiebreaker determinations:

In the event that there is a week where two or more teams request the same player the tiebreaker determination will be as follows:

1) Price paid - the old addage "money talks, BS walks" applies here - basically put your money where your mouth is.

2) Worst overall record - The player that sucks the most - gets first dibs

3) Least points for - Heaven forbid two of the worst ranked teams tie - the bigger loser who can't make points get's the shot at the pivotal player.

4) TBD - Heaven forbid we get to this point - (although it was close here in 2013 - week 8, 510 to 498).

 

Commissioner is the team with the lowest season record. Ties are broken by lowest points for overall.

 

Superbowl:

Each of the division winners progress to the bowl - highest two with a bye in the first round

Wildcard spots are filled by the remaining teams with the highest standings

Ties are broken by the highest "points for"

Week 2 playoffs are week 1 winners against week 1 bye players 1st place against lowest seeded team, 2nd place against the 2nd lowest seeded team.

 

Toilet bowl: 

Lowest 4 teams in standings

Points for will be used to determine tie breakers

Biggest loser plays 4th loser, 2nd loser plays 3rd loser.

Winner gets bragging rights that they're the biggest winner of the "LOSERS"! No trophies, No pats on the back, No gold stars - just suck it up and do better next year!

 

12 Team League Payouts (1st, 2nd, 3rd based on highest in each division):

1st, 2nd = $42

3rd = $30

4th -6th= $25

1st round in the bowl =$12

2nd round in the bowl= $20

Superbowl Winner = $53

 

10 Team League Payouts:

1st & 2nd (Division Winners) = $35

3rd - 6th Seed = $20

1st round in the bowl =$10

2nd round in the bowl= $20

1st (Highest PF) = 50% of FA total
