Unlimited free agent acquisitions per fantasy week until the start of Week 14 games (changed in 2014 from week13). Once the week 14 games start, all transactions are locked.
Teams that make the playoffs are allowed to use free agency and waivers prior to the first playoff week. The teams that do not make the playoffs will continue to have locked rosters.(added 2014)
Free agents are available until the start of his game.
After the weekly waiver wire, team owners may acquire free agents anytime within league transaction times.
Owners may not acquire a player once the player's game has started, regardless of transaction deadlines.
Released free agents are available at the beginning of the next FFL week.
Waiver wire during fantasy season only, starting in Fantasy Week 2.
Waiver Wire will be suspended after Fantasy Week 13 for non-playoff teams.
Waiver wire order is worst to first by record, with standings tie breakers.
Owners may acquire up to 1 player per weekly waiver wire.
The deadline is Wednesday at 10PM for submitting waiver requests.
Once a team has dropped a player THROUGH the WAIVER PROCESS, that dropped player should be available for pick up by any team, but NOT the team that dropped the player.(added 2015)
A picked up/claimed player can be dropped or traded immediately if you so choose. If that player is dropped, the dropped player goes onto a 24 hour waiver where everyone in the league has the ability to claim. Claim order for that player will be determined by standings (last place gets first claim priority). If multiple claims are put in, last place gets first priority all the way up to first place. This also works for players that are dropped each week during the waiver claim period. (added 2015)
“Division tie-breakers updated to the following:(Matters for first place in division only)

Most wins money is split between all teams tied with most wins.
Most points money is split between all teams tied for most points.
PLAYOFFS
The playoffs begin week 15 and the championship week is 17. There are no games for week 18.
Six teams go to the playoffs. The division winners and the remaining teams are selected by best overall record regardless of division. The top two division winners get a bye week 15. The teams will re-seed each playoff week, highest seed vs. lowest seed.
This breaks the tie for seeding between two playoff teams with the same overall record.
In the case of a three team tie for a playoff spot, the head to head tie breaker is nullified and the ‘overall points’ tie breaker is used. After the completion of week 14, the final division standings will be sorted first, then the wild card spots will be determined.
Playoff Game Tie Breaker (Applies to all league types)
If there is a tie between teams during a game in the playoffs, the tie will be settled by the following criteria: (Tie-breakers come from the tied playoff game in question, not overall stats from the regular season).

-- The WEEKLY PROJECTION ARTICLE PROPOSAL – Currently we have a weekly high point winner that wins $20 for having the most points that week. My proposal is that each week, the High points winner must email to every one in the league or post to the league website a weekly projection article for the following week’s games by Sunday by 1 PM. (example Week 1 high points winner must post article for week 2 projections).
If the article is not e-mailed or posted by this time, the team responsible for the article will forfeit his $20 that he would have received for the high points that week. All accumulated forfeited money goes to the league Champion at the end of the season.
This will continue each week as long as a team can win high points money.(Passed and added to League Prizes Section)
-- Make head to head record the first tie breaker for playoff seeding. Currently, the tiebreaker is Most touchdowns scored among all starting players (including PK and Team Defense)(Passed and added to League Standings section)
-- Teams that make the playoffs are allowed to use free agency and waivers prior to the first playoff week. The teams that do not make the playoffs will continue to have locked rosters. Currently, all rosters are locked at the end of the regular season and no roster moves can be made between the last regular season game and the first playoff game.(Passed and added to Free Agent section)
2015
-- A picked up/claimed player can be dropped or traded immediately if you so choose. This is a less drastic and a more reasonable solution to "The Kevbo/Cheater" rule. You should be able to trade claimed players and allows everyone in the league fair opportunities to pick up and drop players. This also helps if a picked up player gets injured that same week and is not able to play in that weeks game.(Passed and added to waiver claim section)
-- Once a team has dropped a player THROUGH the WAIVER PROCESS, that dropped player should be available for pick up by any team, but NOT the team that dropped the player.(Passed and added to Waiver Claim Section)
-- League debates and/or issues involving, but not limited to, points, wins, trades, drops, etc are subject to league vote for solving said debate/issue.

Remove head to head season record as first tie-breaker for playoff games. Regular season has no bearing on individual playoff games. Add wording to clarify that the remaining tie-breakers come from the tied playoff game in question, not overall stats from the regular season.
