By-Laws

Live Draft will be conducted on Saturday 2 September 2023.  Team Owners must be present for the live draft or have a team representative present to draft for them.  It is a Team Manager responsibility to be able to draft or a player will be selected by the Draft Day Selection Committee.  Draft order selection day is TBD...attendance to draft selection or order event is optional.'

This season our league will no longer have a COVID-19  IR option.

MFFL WILL NO LONGER HAVE A MNF COVID CONTINGENCY PLAN.

SPECIAL NOTE;  In case of a catastrophic event during an NFL game that officially begins; all statistics from that game will be determined by the NFL decision for that game.

We will have TWO Conferences.' Black & Blue Conferences.' Black Conference includes the Predators and Terminators
Divisions.'
Blue Conference includes the Destroyers and Dragons Division.''We have four competitive divisions.' Eight teams will
make the
playoffs. Division winner and two wild cards from each Conference will make the playoffs.''Week 16 is first round of
playoffs.
Playoff seeds will be matched by won-loss records.' Tie-breaker rules will apply.''Week 17  be the Conference
Championship.
Week 18 will be League Championship...plan accordingly.

All trades will be reviewed by the Commissioner.' All trades will be valuable to both teams and a traded player
cannot be
returned in a trade for at least 4 weeks.

Trophy and Championship Ring for the Winner. No consolation prize for runner-up.' Every team must be competitive.  A team that
does not compete to win every week will be warned that suspension from the league is the next option of the
Commisioner.

Every team will compete to win with their most competitive lineup every week.' Every position in your starting lineup will be filled with a player that has the potential to score points. A lineup with players that cannot score will lead to a forfeit of
that weeks game and the following weeks game. Lack of attention to your lineup, fire-sale
trades or tanking a week will not be tolerated and may lead to team suspension.

For playoffs; the first record tie-breaker will be head to head record between the two tied teams. The second tie breaker will be teams Division record.  Conference record is the third tie-breaker.  The 4th tie breaker will be the total team scoring points for the year.  

If tie-breaker involves three or more teams from the same Conference then the Division seeding is settled first by tie- breaker by-laws order.

The order of the Waiver Wire is determined by the win loss record from worst to best; record ties are determined by total teams season points scored from least to most.

Waiver wire order during the playoffs will be set from worst to best of the teams that have made the playoffs.

Bonus 5 points is awarded to the Playoff team with the best Conference record in the first two rounds of the
playoffs as
Home Field Advantage.' No HFA in the Championship Game.

Tiolet Bowl Winner is awarded to the worst regular season record.
