Draft
We will draft 13 rounds or until all teams have 16 players on their rosters.
The league is comprised of two divisions. One called "Power House" and another called "Cup Cake". The division that you are part of will be determined by Bobby.
Reverse Order Drafting (1-10,10-1, etc.).

River City Football League Rule Book
1. Starting Line-ups: (1QB, 2 RB, 3 WR-TE, 1 K, 1FLEX-PLAYER) a total # of (8) players in a starting line-up. A Flex-Player is a player from any position, with the exception of a kicker. Kicker (position) is not a team position, which means you pick your kicker by name. This is like any other position if he is injured during a game you will not receive the points from his back-up.
2. Scoring System: for every 2 yards rushing, or receiving yards your team is awarded .1 point, and for every 4 yards passing you are award .1 point. For every touchdown you are awarded six points, and three points for every passing touchdown. You will also receive .25 points for every one reception.
3. Carry-over Players: Each team can choose to carry-over two, or three players for next season. Each team will also be able to carry-over one rookie player in addition to their carry-over players. To be clear, this doesn't count as one of your carryover players. Each team will either carry-over two players, plus a rookie, or three players plus a rookie with the forfeiture of a first round pick. The pick does not have to be your own (first round pick)! You can only carry-over one player from each position. Example of a team with three carry-over players (one QB, one RB, one WR/TE and Rookie can be any position).
4. Rosters and Add/Drops: You can have 16 players on your roster. You now can add/drop a player at anytime even during games, BUT you must cut a player from your bench during games. All add/drops are done on first come basis.
5. Trading/trading of draft picks: We now are able to trade draft picks and players on our web-site. Remember you must receive an equal number of picks back when trading draft picks.
6. Draft pick rule- starting next season you will not be allowed to trade draft picks from week 1 through week 4 of regular season. But you will be able to trade draft picks at any other time. That will include weeks 5 6,7, 8, 9, and 10 of the regular season. Playoffs: Games ending in a tie will be decided by total number of rushing, receiving, and passing yards for each teams starting line-up, the one with the most yards is the winner.
7. Cut Down Rule for any team not cutting down on time. Your team will forfeit 7 round pick in the draft.
8. Draft-order - starting next season the winner of the toilet bowl will receive the first pick for the draft, and the runner-up will receive the 2nd pick. The rest of the draft order will be determined by your season finish from worst to best (3-14).
9. New Player Rule- all first year players can't trade a 1st round draft pick until one full regular reason has been played.
