Only two (2) Injured Reserved spots

4-4 TRADE DEADLINE - After Week 11

          I DRAFT DAY

1-1 Toward the end of August, a LIVE DRAFT will be held and during the off-season, rules/issues for the upcoming season will be addressed.

1-2 The draft order will be drawn usually the last weekend in July/the first weekend in August (NFL Hall of Fame Game weekend) for all fantasy teams.

1-3 The draft order will be randomly picked by Fantasy Draft Randomizer App for the first round. Every round following will be done with the “Switchback Method” (ex. 1-12,12-1,1-12, etc.,).

1-4 On the day of the live draft, owners will draft 16 spots (includes 2 D/ST's) for their team rosters. There will be NO trading of any kind before, up to and during the draft.

1-5 Owners will draft from the following categories:

     Quarterbacks
     Running Backs
     Wide Receivers
     Tight Ends
     Place-Kickers
     Defense/Special Teams

1-6 Two Defense/Special Teams per owner.

1-7 All fantasy teams will be placed in their divisions unless fantasy teams drop out or the adding of new fantasy teams to the league will be decided by the commissioner.

1-8 Final Overall Standings in Points from last season (after week 16) will setup divisions for this season unless the commissioner makes changes for divisions.

1-9 Time allowed to make a pick during the draft (if used):

Three (3) minutes per pick in all rounds! (Commissioners discretion)

NOTE: (using league website live draft mode) IF TIME EXPIRES (in fail-safe mode) or if in instant auto pick mode, the system will first try to select a player from users cheat sheet in the order defined by user. If cheat sheet does not exist or player cannot be selected from it, the system will then fall back to the RTSports Draft Guide rankings to make selection.

**Commissioner has set no time limit at this time.**

There exist some scenarios where the user could still be skipped;
1) The user is at their roster limit.
2) User defined their own positional draft limits and the total max selection.

1-10 IF YOU STICK CLICK IT! YOU OWN IT! This is a good one! Rules are generated and revised for a reason and this one is no exception. I do not believe in a cut throat league, but as commissioner, I am always checking, planning and doing my homework for the league pretty much all year round to make the league better year after year. But I would hope team owners would come a little prepared for draft day and realize who is out for the season and who is not. Understand, if a player was recently injured, as commissioner, I would let everyone know at the draft. But when a player is out for the season over a month before the draft that calls for a "C'MON MAN!" and SHAME ON YOU!

                                             ***Live Draft Setup***

1-11 Prior to the draft begin time, each of the team owners participating in the live draft will need to login to the website and access the league--Draft page.
-Go on to the league web page
          -Under the league icon
          -Click on the draft icon
-This will open in a separate window on your computer/laptop/tablet
-The new tab will say "Live Draft (Your Team Name)"

1-12 At the top of the page you will see a countdown time showing the time remaining until the draft starts as well as the team first up once your draft begins.

1-13 When it is your turn to be on the clock, you will get access to the Draft Player button and will be able to add a player to your roster.

NOTE: It you are using Auto-Picker mode , your picks will be made automatically based on your draft auto pick list.

1-14 Before it is your turn to pick while you are on the clock you can select any green circle icon with an up arrow inside of it that you see on the live draft board. This will place the player you are most interested in selecting in the pre-selection queue area in the upper right of screen.

1-15 When it is your teams turn to draft, you will hear an audible alert and see your team name in yellow block at the top of the screen with a title of ON THE CLOCK. The draft player button will then become enabled (the button will turn gray to red) and selecting this button will draft the player for you.

NOTE: It is not recommended that you wait until less than 5 seconds remain on the clock as it takes your computer a moment to transmit your selection back to the Real Time Fantasy Sports server.

1-16 Once your draft is finished the status indicator at the top right of the page will indicate the draft is completed.

II FANTASY FOOTBALL DRAFT DAY PACKET

2-1 Draft day you will receive a fantasy football packet only if in person.

2-2 Here is a list of what you will have in your packet:

     - Draft Day Worksheet - Used to list players that are drafted on that day.
     - Position Worksheet - Track positions of other owners
     - NFL Bye Week Sheet
     - NFL Teams Depth Chart
     - Scoring System Sheet

2-3 Depending on how many owners show up in person and/or LIVE on draft day will determine on how many divisions and what type of schedule will be used. Commissioner will make necessary changes if needed.

**********III FINAL SIXTEEN (16) ROSTERS**********

3-1 Before the season opener (the first regular season NFL game), owners will provide the commissioner with their final season roster of Sixteen (16), which includes 2 D/ST's.

3-2 This roster will include approx.:

     (2) Quarterbacks
     (4) Running backs
     (4) Wide Receivers
     (2) Tight Ends
     (2) Placekickers

     (2) D/ST's

3-3 Owners allowed to have 4RB/4WR only!

3-4 Example of a roster that can be used see below.

3-5 Owners will need at least one player at each position.

3-6 Owners can get fantasy rosters on the league web site by clicking on "Reports" and then "Rosters" on the home page once the live draft is over.

3-7 During the season, each player/Defense added to your sixteen (16) player/Defense roster, one player/Defense must be released to keep the roster at sixteen.

3-8 At the end of the week, the commissioner will check rosters to make sure no one is over the limit at each position. Any owner over the limit at any position will have to make the correction immediately. If not corrected by the end of the week (ADD/DROP DEADLINE, Saturday 11:59pm), the last player to be picked up by the owner of position being questioned, will be dropped from his roster. Regardless if the player is in the line-up or not. (Remember, one player added, one must be dropped if exceeding the limit)

NOTE: If the commissioner decides on an alternative deadline, the same effects will be taken with the last player picked up by owner of position being questioned, will be dropped from their roster.

3-9 No more than 2 QB’s, 2 TE’s, 4RB's, 4WR's, 2 PK’s, and 2 D/ST’s on a final season roster.

Examples of Sixteen (16) Player/Defense Roster:

Standard Roster (4RB/4WR)

QUARTERBACKS
J. Allen (BUF)
P. Mahomes (KCC)

RUNNINGBACKS
A. Akeler (LAC)
C. McCaffrey (SFO)
J. Jacobs (LVR)
D. Henry (TEN)

WIDE RECEIVERS
J. Jefferson (MIN)
T. Hill (MIA)
D. Adams (LVR)
S. Diggs (BUF)

TIGHT ENDS
T. Kelce (KCC)
T. J. Hockerson (MIN)

PLACEKICKERS
D. Carlson (LVR)
J. Tucker (BAL)

DEFENSE/ST
Dallas Cowboys
Buffalo Bills

NO MORE THAN FOUR (4) RB's ON A ROSTER!

As you can see the total players at the Running back and Wide Receiver position does not exceed eight (8). This rule will be strictly enforced!!!

ADDED NOTE: 2 IR Spots have been added to each fantasy roster.

A player must be officially added to IR by the NFL in order to use the IR spot.

Sometimes the league website does not designate a player on IR as soon as the NFL does, so you may have an issue putting that player in your IR spot. If so, notify the commissioner ASAP! The commissioner will be able to override it as long as the commissioner can verify that the NFL has officially place that player on IR.

Same goes for a player who has been activated from IR.

IV TRADES AND TRANSACTIONS     SEE "BREAKDOWN WAIVER WIRE PROCESS"

4-1 During the regular season, owners can trade players among themselves or acquire free agent players (not on any fantasy team’s roster). Acquiring free agent players will be determined by the fantasy teams worst to First Standings. The fantasy team with the worst won/lost record will get the 1st pick on the waiver wire. If acquiring a free agent between draft day and the first week of the fantasy season will be determined by reverse draft order.

4-1a The breakdown for WORST WON/LOST RECORD for transactions during the season will go by;

      ***Worst to First Standings Setting***

Players will be awarded in reverse standings order with any ties broken via the same tie breaker criteria used for the league standings. The team with the worst win-loss record will be awarded a player first, if one is requested. Then the team with the second worst overall win-loss record will be awarded a player, if one is requested. This continues until the team with the best overall win-loss record is awarded a player. Then round 2 of the waiver begins and the team with the worst win-loss record is awarded a second player, if requested, and so on. Each team will be awarded one player and only one player per round of the waiver wire. If a team requests no players that team will simply be skipped. Awards continue until all waiver wire request lists have been processed or all teams have been awarded the maximum number of players allowed in a waiver wire by league rules.

4-1b Click on Waiver Wire;
       Click on Make Claim;
The Transaction Page will appear and show claim group #, available player, claims, and drops
Click on the player you want to claim under available players which will send that player to the claims list
Then under drops menu, click on the player(s) you are going to drop for the requesting player.
       Then click SAVE.

         Player Drops:
-Players will be dropped only if necessary to make room for the player being awarded.
-Drops will be evaluated in order, considering as many potential drops as listed to make room for the waiver claim on your teams roster.
-If a player on your drop list already has been released, the next player down on the list will be considered for release.
-If no drops are listed and your roster is full, you will not receive the waive claim as there would be no room on your roster.

Note: You can also change the order of your claim groups under claim group number

4-2 All TRADES/TRANSACTIONS will be approved by the Commissioner and league manager thru the waiver wire process!!! (This should prevent owners from being over the limited number at any position)

4-3 For each player and/or Defense added to the roster, one must be released (Sixteen Team rule).

Ex. If you request a player, which will put your roster over the limit at any position and do not drop a player at the same time (Sixteen Player/Defense roster rule), the League manager will not approve that trade/transaction.

4-4 TRADE DEADLINE - After Week 11

4-5 Trades and Transactions will cost $5.00 each.

4-6 Transaction will continue throughout the season and post season.

4-7 No limit on trades and transactions during the season. Max 4 daily! (Except the deadline for trades)

4-8 All trades, transactions, and free agent lists can be found on the league web site under “Reports”.

4-9 A list of all players dropped, picked up or traded can be found and viewed on the league’s home page.

4-9(a) NOTE: When picking up a player for your fantasy team, that player is not automatically added to your starting lineup. You will have to go to your manage team page and check that players box to have him activated to your line up!

Additional Note: When entering transactions, if you have any problems (such as picking up/dropping wrong players, the priority order of transactions, etc...) send me an e-mail or call me right away. Do not just put the problem on the message board. All transactions (requests) that are submitted by owners will be processed thru the waiver wire.

4-10 ADD/DROP requests can be entered on Tuesday 7:00am (time subject to change) until the scheduled deadline at the end of each day (@ 11:59pm) except Sundays. Max 4 daily!

4-11 All trades between owners must be made at least 24 hours before the first game that players involved in of that week in order for those players involved to be effective for the current week. Goes by when trade request was put in.

4-12 POST SEASON TRANSACTIONS - WILL BE PROCESSED AS FOLLOWS; THE LOWEST SEEDED TEAM WILL BE RANK 1ST ON THE WAIVER WIRE, DOWN TO THE HIGHEST SEEDED TEAM, WHICH WILL BE RANKED LAST. THE LOWEST SEEDED TEAM WILL GET IT’S FIRST PICK ON THE WAIVER WIRE AND WILL RECEIVE THE FIRST OPPORTUNITY TO CLAIM A PLAYER. THE RANKINGS WILL RESET AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH WEEK (TUESDAY) AFTER THE STANDINGS ARE UPDATED ON MONDAY NIGHT/TUESDAY MORNING. SEE "BREAKDOWN WAIVER WIRE PROCESS"

4-13 When putting in a transaction, make sure that you check the transaction carefully and that the player(s) you drop or pick up IS the player(s) that you want to drop and pick up. As a fantasy owner you should double check any transactions that you submit and also any line-up changes you make during the week and even up to game time. It is important that you do so because as a fantasy owner it is your responsibility to check any roster or line-up changes that you make. If you do run into a problem make sure you contact the commissioner by e-mail or phone A.S.A.P.!!!

NOTE: If a player plays on Thursday night, you will NOT be able to pick that player up that night or the rest of the week, as that player will be locked out and not available till the week after which will be Tuesday. That also goes for Friday and Saturday games. That is done thru the league website manager.

*****Entering Trades*****

Owners use this screen to submit trades to other owners. When the commissioner sets up the league, he will enter a “Trading Deadline". The trading deadline will be after Week 11, and owners will be locked out from making trades after the deadline. Any owner who wishes to make a trade will use this screen and select a team he wishes to trade with. The owner will then select the players from his team that he wants to trade, along with the players from the other team that he wants to receive. The other team will then be notified via the web site that another owner has requested a trade with him, and that the other owner can either decline or accept the trade. If he declines the trade, the other owner will be notified that his trade was declined. If he accepts the trade, the trade will then be submitted for approval to the commissioner. If the commissioner approves it, then the players will be traded. If he disapproves, the owners involved in the trade will be notified that their trade has been disapproved.

Note: Once fantasy teams make a trade in the current season, those players involved cannot be traded back to the same fantasy teams for the rest of the season. "The Playground Rule"

*****Transactions Screen*****

Owners can use this screen to view all transactions that were approved. Note that you will see transactions for the current week for all teams on this screen. To view all the approved transactions for all the teams for all weeks, click on "Reports" and then "Transactions". The transactions approved for the week will also be posted on the home page.

* Submitted - To see submitted transactions (claims), go back and click on "Team" and then "Waiver Wire"

*****Drop Players Screen*****

Owners can use this screen to just drop players from their team. Click on "Teams" and then "Drops" icons. Under "Action" just click on box in line with player and switch it to "Release" and then click "Modify Roster" on bottom of page.

          V WEEKLY LINE-UP

5-1 The season schedule will be prepared by the Commissioner.

5-2 The regular season will consist of a fourteen (14) game schedule.

5-3 Following the regular season, division winners and wildcard winners will advance to the playoffs, and playoff winners will advance to the Mike Inca Fantasy Bowl Championship.

5-4 The Mike Inca Fantasy Bowl Championship is conducted in conjunction with the second to last regular season NFL game (week 17).

5-5 Each week owners must submit their starting lineup for the upcoming games by game time (see next page - “Submitting Starting Line-ups”)

5-6 The entry fee for the season comes to a total of $100.00, not including trades and transactions fees.

5-7 The line-up each week should consist of seven (7) players and one (1) D/ST regardless which type of line up you use below.

5-8 These are the only formations you can use for your starting line-up each week:

Standard: QB RB RB WR WR TE K D/ST
3 WR Set: QB RB WR WR WR TE K D/ST
Double TE’s: QB RB WR WR TE TE K D/ST
QB RB RB WR TE TE K D/ST

5-9 You must always play a Tight End.

5-10 Owners will play against each other every week. (Head to Head Format)

5-11 Owners can get a line-up of opponent before game time on the league web site “Home Page”.

5-12 Points will be scored by using Real Time Fantasy Sports point system, which can be found on the league web site under “League”.

5-13 Owners can find transactions, trades and roster changes on the leagues web site on “Home Page” and under “Reports”.

*REMEMBER ALL LINE-UPS HAVE TO BE ON TIME AND NO CHANGES AFTER THE DEADLINE!!!

*****Submitting Starting Line-ups*****

Owners will click on "Team" and then "Lineup" to enter their starting line-ups each week. When the Commissioner sets up the league, he will enter a “Line-up Deadline” which will be a “Game-Time” deadline. Owners can make line-up changes for any player as long as their game has not started yet. Owners will be unable to make changes to a player involved in a game once his game starts. If you have not entered enough players at any of the positions (based on the league rules), then a message will display which will indicate how many additional starters you need. If you try and enter more starters at any position than allowed, you will see an error message after you press the save key, and you will not be allowed to save your starting line-up.

NOTE: Owners will be able to enter their starting lineup for week 1 usually right after the LIVE draft.

          VI Scoring System/Stats Information

ADDITIONAL NOTE: The NFL’s official statistical service, the Elias Sports Bureau, routinely makes stat changes in the days or even weeks following games. Also, Elias does not usually publish the stat changes. Therefore, Real Time Sports does not make any modifications to the stat files for the Fantasy League Website after Monday night. Real Time Sports considers that stats as of Monday night are the official stats. Otherwise, Real Time Sports would be frequently going back and changing the fantasy points for players, and possible frequently changing the outcome of games.

Stats Explained - Fantasy Commissioner Web
Real Time Sports makes every effort to provide our league with not only timely, but very accurate stats. Real Time Sports provides many stat categories for many different NFL positions, which means they deal with many different stats each week. The goal is to always have 100% accuracy in the stats.

The information below will explain the different stages of processing the stats that are reported, so you can better understand the process when viewing the reports throughout the week. Below are the various stages that the stats go through with an explanation for each

Real-time Scoring results
The real-time stats are provided to us from AP Digital, a division of the Associated Press. The real-time stats are the most timeliest stats, but also the least accurate. From the time the play happens on the field until the time the stats from the play are posted on our site can be as quick as one minute. With that timeliness comes the risk of sometimes providing data that is not 100% accurate.

So, during the course of a game, you may see the yardage of a player to be one or two yards different than what his “official” stats are at that point. Also, certain events, like a TD which is later nullified by a penalty or reversed after a replay review, might show up as a TD at first, but then be corrected a few minutes later. Also, any kind of strange plays that occur might take a quarter or more to be displayed correctly.

As far as yardage totals not being correct, once the game ends, AP Digital will compare the stats of each game with the official stats and make any necessary corrections. When this process is done, we receive the “final” stats of the game, which are the official stats. The final stats contain any needed corrections to the yardage totals as well as corrections to any other stats (i.e. field goal length, # of rushing attempts, etc). We usually receive the final stats 30-60 minutes after each game ends and when we do, the real-time stats for that game are immediately updated.

To that end, please do not be concerned if you see what you believe are incorrect results being displayed on our league’s “Real-time scoring” page, especially if the play in question has just happened - rest assured that this is just due to the dynamic nature of the data that the Real Time Sports receives and shortly that information will be corrected.

However, it is important to understand that the NFL will sometimes make changes to the stats hours, or even days, after the game ends. Any changes not made within the first hour after the game ends will not be reflected in the real-time scoring. For example, if a morning game ends at 4pm EST, and the NFL changes a stat for that game at 8pm the same day, it will not be reflected in the real-time stats, but will be reflected in the Preliminary Weekly Results. Also, the real-time scoring does not support the following scoring categories: Wins, Losses, and Punt/Kickoff/Interception Return Yardage.

Therefore, it is important to not use the real-time scoring as the final and official scores for your league. Instead, use any of the other reports on the site as the final source for your scores. Those other reports will be updated about three hours after the last game ends for the day.

Preliminary Weekly Results
The Preliminary Weekly results are provided to the Real Time Sports from Sports Ticker, a division of ESPN. About three hours after the last game ends for the day on a Thursday, Saturday or Sunday, the preliminary weekly results will be available on all reports. For example, you can go to the Weekly Results report, click on the current week number, and see the results for all the NFL games played so far. The fantasy standings will even be updated with the wins and losses based on the results so far. Preliminary weekly results are typically about 99.99% accurate. The most common mistakes that happen with Preliminary Weekly Results are very unique plays, or official NFL statistics changes.

Since the Preliminary Weekly Results are posted three hours after the last game ends for the day, they will be more accurate than the real-time stats because they will contain stat changes by the NFL that did not make it into the real-time stats (which won’t update a game more than an hour after that game ends).

Just be aware that other sources of stats frequently post inaccurate stats. NFL.com is notorious for having incorrect stats on the “Game Stats” pages. Of the NFL.com pages, the “Gamebook” is the most reliable source for stats, but even that has errors crop up from time to time.

Note that the accuracy of the “Preliminary Weekly Results” is one way Real Time Sports likes to differentiate itself from some of their competitors - they might offer “live scoring” results, but those not-so-accurate results are the only results displayed on their league pages until “final” results are issued, in some cases as late as Tuesday mornings! What good is scoring if you don’t truly know how many points you have until sometime Tuesday morning?

Final Weekly Results
The Final Weekly results are provided to Real Time Sports from Sports Ticker, a division of ESPN. About three hours after the last game is over each week (which is typically the Monday night game), Real Team Sports issues what are our most accurate statistics of the week, our Final Weekly Results. These results consist of all Preliminary Weekly results, plus any changes the NFL has made to the stats of any prior games, plus the results from the last game(s) of the week. With very rare exceptions, these stats are 100% accurate. When Real Time Sports issues Final Weekly Results each week, statistics are as clean as they can possibly make them.

          VII TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

6-1 Dead Team Act - Is a team that does not make any roster and/or lineup adjustments and/or changes from their existing roster for any week since such team maybe out of contention or loses interest. If the commissioner sees this or is made aware of, then that team will be put on "Lineup Probation" and will be monitored by the commissioner for the rest of the season. This gives the commissioner the right to make any adjustments to the violating teams roster to setup the best possible lineup each week.
