Additional Rules:
ARMCHAIR FOOTBALL LEAGUE RULES - 2022 1. Each team will pay $30.00 at the beginning of the draft and another $30.00 by the 8th week of the NFL season. Also $10 per team for NFL Picks and $10 for Survivor pool. This money will be distributed as follows: $200.00 - Super Bowl Prize Money, $100.00 - High Game Winner, $100.00 - Stats Service, $80.00 -Commissioner Service Fee and Supplies, $80 - NFL Picks, $80 - Survivor Pool winner -- $640.00 TOTAL. Loss money and add/drop money will be used at the end of the season as prize money. The 1st place team will be awarded 55% of the total pool. The 2nd place team will be awarded 30%. and the 3rd place team will get 15%. This money is due Friday by noon. There will be a 5 point per day fine for money turned in late! If you would like to mail the check the address for the commissioner is _______________________________. 3. The losing team during each week's head to head competition will each pay $15.00. 4. Add/drops will be done by using the Fantasy Commissioner website. Add/drops may be done between 6 AM Tuesdays and 9am Sundays. (The day before 5 PM for any games earlier than Sunday). If multiple teams pick up the same player, preference will be given to the last place team through the first place team. This rule applies for add/drops done Tuesday at 6 AM through Wednesday at 5 PM. Players picked up after Wednesday at 5 PM are first-come, first-serve. Add/drops are $5.00 per player. You may contact the commissioner at ____________ if you cannot access the website. Remember your order of preference will be how your add drops are submitted. 5. Any ruling performed by the commissioner can be overruled by a majority vote of the league owners (One vote per team). 6. To break a tie in the standings, the following criteria will be followed: a) Points of non-starting players for that week. b) Points of started kicker. 7. Each team will draft the following positions: 2 Quarterbacks 2 Kickers 4 Running Backs 2 Defensive Teams 6 Receivers 2 Kick/Punt Return Teams 8. Each team will play the following postions each week: 1 Quarterback 1 Defensive Team 2 Running Backs 1 Kick/Punt Return Team 3 Receivers 1 Wild Card Postion 1 Kicker 9. Wild Card Position - The Wild Card position can be any player, defensive or return team from your roster. It cannot be filled by a position picked up just for the week due to a bye (see rule 13b). 10. Each team will be allowed the option to keep one (1) roster player, drafted after the 6th round, from the previous season. A roster player MAY NOT be kept more than one (1) time (for example: If Brett Farve was on your roster for the first time at the end of last season, you could keep him for one (1) more season). Those teams which are new to the league will be assigned a team roster from the previous season (the roster will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis). AFTER selecting the draft order and BEFORE drafting any players, each team will be asked if they would like to keep a player. Any players retained will be kept in the round which they were drafted in the previous year. After each team has chosen their option the draft will begin. 11. Line-ups will be due by 9 AM on Sunday. Partial line-ups may be done via the website up until game time on games other than Sunday. If no line-up is received by the times listed above, the previous week's line-up will be used. It will be the responsibility of the team owner to send in their line-up. The Commissioner will not call the team owner for their weekly line-ups. 12. All scores will be obtained from the FANTASY COMMISSIONER WEBSITE. If there is an error in the stats from the service and it is later corrected, the corrected stats will be updated. If an error is not corrected by the service the score will stand as is (NO EXCEPTIONS!!!), 13. If a team is unable to field a starting line-up due to an NFL open date the following option will be allowed: a) The owner may select from the available pool of players only enough positions to complete a starting line-up. The add/drop fee is waived. The players a team selects will return to the pool at the completion of that week's competition. b) The Wild Card position cannot be filled by a non-roster player picked up due to a bye. The owner will submit his option to the league commissioner with the weekly starting line-up. (NOTE: for the purpose of this rule, injured players are considered available to play). C.C.A.C.F. POINT SYSTEM SCORING: Quarterbacks, Running Backs and Receivers: TOUCHDOWNS--Rushing................10 points (Double 35 or more yards) TOUCHDOWNS--Receiveing.............5 points (Doulbe 45 or more yards) TOUCHDOWNS--Passing..................5 points (Double 45 or more yards) NOTE: Points will be awarded regardless of the position played. For example: John Elway rushing for a touchdown will score 10 points. INDIVIDUAL: (Yardage Bonus Points) PASSING.................................. 1 Point for each 20 yards RUSHING...................................1 Point for each 20 yards RECEIVEING..............................1 Point for each 20 yards KICKER Field Goal = 5 points, plus 1 point for each yard over 45 yards Point after touchdown = 2 points TWO POINT CONVERSION Rushing = 4 points Receiving = 2 points Passing = 2 points KICKOFF/PUNT RETURN TEAMS: 15 points per touchdown. NOTE: If an owner has drafted a player who returns punt/kickoffs in addition to being a position player, then that owner will receive 10 points for a touchdown, provided that he has put that player in his weekly line-up. The owner who drafts the entire return team will get the 15 points for the touchdown.
