General Rules and Information

1) All games will be played head to head. Losing team pays a $30.00 fee due before the start of the next week's game.

2) All players must have an Internet connection.

3) All "special circumstances" will be discussed and decided by a vote of all league members.

4) The league is made up of 8 Owners that consist of one or two people. Teams will be drafted before the start of the regular NFL season. No member can belong to more that 1 team.

5) All stats are to be determined by RTFS . No other source will be accepted. If there is a scoring discrepancy the commissioner must be notified before the next weeks line ups are due, other wise the points will stand as reported!

6) All Rosters are to be made up of the following players:
2-QB
5-RB  
4-WR * 
1-TE *
2 K
2 DT

* must draft 1 of each then any combination of the two

7) All weekly line-ups consist of:
1-QB
3-RB
2-WR * 
1-TE *
1-K
1-DT
1 reserve of ( QB,RB,WR,TE )

* Must start at least 1 WR and 1 TE then any combination of the two

8) Your line up must be submitted before the start of the current weeks  game start. Once a game has started those players can no longer be change.

9) In week 18 each team will submit your weekly line up and those points will be used in determining the final total points, weekly high point and category standings. No fees will apply

Trades  *** No trades in the 1st week always an unwritten rule (9/11/2023)

1) The last place team has the rights to the first trade in any given week. They have until Tuesday at 6:00pm to log their trade on the message board. After 6:00pm on Tuesday all other teams my submit one trade each until 6:00pm on Wednesday on a first come first serve basis. At that point all teams have until 10am Sunday to log as many trades as they want. During the playoffs all trades are on a first come first serve basis with each team having until Wednesday at 6pm to log 1 trade. After Wednesday dead line you can log as many trades as you want

2) No player can be picked up in the same week that the player was dropped

3) Inter-team trades are also made during the trading period. (No inter-team trades during the playoffs)

4) There is a $5.00 charge for all trades. Each team has a $5.00 charge for inter-team trades.

5) You can make unlimited I/R player moves. The player put on I/R must be made active before he plays in a game or that player will be added back into the free agent pool. You can only have one player on I/R at any given time. The cost to put a player on I/R is $10.00 ($5 to put on I/R and $5 to take off). No matter what distinction by the NFL (i.e. suspended, probable, questionable, doubtful, out, PUP) a player can not be put on I/R until he has played in a game. No player can be put on I/R during their bye week, this stops anyone from circumventing the intended purpose of the I/R rule.

 

 

Fines

5) $5.00 fine for re-drafting a player during the DRAFT. $5.00 fine for drafting an erroneous roster

Playoffs
The playoff system will be with the winning teams each week ( 3 rounds ) advancing to the next round until we have a champion. The regular season will be 14 weeks. The playoffs will be weeks 15, 16 and 17. The tie breaker during the playoffs will change from the highest individual players points to to the total point of each team’s bench.

The winning teams advance the loser will still play games the last two weeks to compete for the categories and total point payouts. The prize money will be paid out as follows

Extended Playoff Season

1) A second draft will take place after the regular season is over. Each team will have the option of keeping 1 player from his regular season team as his first round pick. 

2) The team that finished in 8th place will draft first. 7th second and so on for the first two rounds. Reverse the order for round 3, and then draw cards for rounds 4 & 5 there is no trades in the extended season.

3) One player will be drafted from each category and his points will be scored through the Supper Bowl.

4) High points takes all the cash less $50 for second place. Prize money to be any money left over from the regular season and any extra money to be decided by all teams
