SCORING:

Quarterbacks

No yardage points until they pass for 200 yards. At 200 receive 10 pts, plus 5 pts for every 50 yards.

Running Backs & Receivers (RB, WR & TE)

No yardage points until they run/receive for 50 yards. At 50 receive 10 pts, plus 5 pts for every 25 yards.

Touchdowns:

1 - 10 yds = 3pts 11 - 20 yds = 6pts 21 - 30 yds = 9pts 31 - 40 yds = 12pts 41 - 50 yds = 15pts 51 + yds = 18pts

Kicker

PAT = 1 point

FG: 1 - 39 yards = 3 points 40 - 49 yards = 5 points 50+ yards = 10 points

Defense / Special Teams

TD by def./special teams 15 pts.

Safety = 5 pts Sacks = 1 pts Turnover = 1 pt (fumbles, interceptions) Shutout = 15 pts 2 - 10 = 8 pts 11 - 21 pts = 3pts

2 Point Conversion

2 pts are awarded Double points are awarded for any points awarded for a player scoring out of his traditional position. Example; a WR rushes for a 55 touchdown, double points would be awarded as follows; 55 yards rushing = 20 pts, 55 yard TD run = 36 pts

STARTING LINEUPS

You must start- 1QB, 2RB, 3WR or 2WR and 1TE or 1 WR and 2TE, 1K, and 1 defense. If starters are not submitted, your starting lineup will be carried over from the week before. Starters must be in by noon SUNDAY NO EXCEPTIONS Games that start on Thursday/Saturday, roasters must be turned in one hour before kickoff. Expired 7/8/15

**NEW 7/8/15** You must start- 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE 1FLEX RB/WR, 1K, and 1 defense. If starters are not submitted, your starting lineup will be carried over from the week before. Starters must be in by game time. Once game is started players selected are locked as starters

DRAFT

Expired 7/6/15 The owner must be present to participate in the draft You will draft 15 players = a 15 round draft (make sure you have enough to fill all the starting positions)2 mins. For the first 9 rounds and 1 min for the last 6 rounds.

There is no Computer generated "auto picks" allowed during the draft

FEES

Expired 7/6/15 League fees = $40 due prior to the start of the draft. plus $10 for web software. $1 transaction fee - This fee is paid to trade a player or pick up a player off the waiver wire. There is no fee to waive a player, the only time a fee is incurred is when a player added to your roster

**NEW 7/6/15**  League fees = $40 due 2 weeks prior to the start of the draft. plus $12 for web software. $3 transaction fee - This fee is paid to trade a player or pick up a player off the waiver wire. There is no fee to waive a player, the only time a fee is incurred is when a player added to your roster, $15 Transaction deposit. Remaining balance will owed is due prior to playoffs beginning. If unused balance comish will refund prior to playoffs.

TRADES/TRANSACTIONS/WAIVERS

Expired 7/6/15 Transactions can only be made Tues - Sat. Transactions are only made official at 11:59 pm each day and when the owner receives confirmation from the Commissioner. If there is more than one person who applies for a transaction on the same day and they both desire the same football player, the transaction will be awarded to the individual with the worst record or if tied (see tie breaking rules i.e. lowest total pts etc…) All transactions must be approved by the commissioner to be considered final. The Trading dead line is Wednesday December 2, 2002 Owners can continue to pick up free agents up until the playoffs. The maximum/minimum number of player on one team is 15

PLAYOFFS

Expired 7/6/15 (10 team format)

The regular season will last 13 weeks. After the 13th week there will a 3 weeks of playoffs. The top 8 teams enter, teams will be seeded first by Wins and Losses the first tie breaker is head to head results, the second tie breaker is total points, the third is coin flip.

ROUND ONE OF PLAYOFFS

The top 2 seeds have a bye for round one. 3 plays 6, 4 plays 5 ROUND TWO OF PLAYOFFS 1 plays the team with worst regular season record of the first round winners 2 plays the other ROUND THREE OF PLAYOFFS winners of round 2 play each other

COMMISIONERS DUITES

The Commissioner will post a list of weekly transactions no later than 12 pm each Saturday. The Commissioner will post the updated scores no later than 9pm each Sunday and the final weekly results will be posted no later than 7pm each Tuesday The Commissioner will act on all trade requests within 24 hours of receipt of the request for the trade. The Commissioner will act in the best interest of the league and has the authority to make decision on any points not specifically covered in the rules. These rules may be changed by a majority vote of the owners. Any proposed changes to these rules must be put in writing and forwarded to the commissioner no later than August 15. The commissioner with then provide the proposed changes to the owners no later than August 20. All changes will be voted on by the owners prior to the draft.
