  • FANTASY FOOTBALL LEAGUE

    OFFICIAL RULES

    1. Introduction

The object of the FFL is to assemble a team composing of 14 National Football League players/teams, in order

to participate in a weekly head-to-head game with fellow league members.

Each week, 8 of your 14 player/teams are "activated" and receive points based on their actual performance in

the NFL games. Points are assessed according to the player’s performance, and the league team is awarded a

win, tie, or loss for that week based on the combined total of their players/teams verses the other league

member's team who they are competing against that week.

(If your FFL team has more points than the team you're playing - you win!!)

    2. DRAFT

The FFL draft will be held online

Each team also possesses 14 rounds of draft picks.

The last team to choose in the first round will become the first to choose in the second round, and the draft order

will entirely reverse per position ever round. Presently with 10 teams, and 14-player need per team, 140 players/

teams will need to be drafted. Please make sure you have some type of order ready to follow that evening

I urge you to remember that there are bye weeks in the NFL, so be very careful on how you draft in regard to

the players being in the same division.

    3. TEAM ROSTERS

Each team owner will draft a roster of NFL players. Each team will consist of 11 players and 3 open pos picks

    as follows:

    2 Quarterbacks (QB)

    3 Running Backs (RB)

4 Receivers, TE counts as RC.

    1 Place Kickers (PK)

    1 Team Defenses (TM)

    3 OPEN POSTION (OP)

    4. STARTING ROSTER

Each team owner will be required to post its starting roster prior to kickoff of the first game of the NFL week ,

Thursday and Saturday games – you must put in a starter if he is to play in an early game of the week. If you

fail to put him in prior to kickoff, you could lose his points unless he was on your starting roster last week!

The starting roster shall consist of: 1 QB

    2 RB

3 RC (tight ends count as RC)

  • 1 PK

    1 TM*

(* This "team" will be used for defense as well as special teams)

If a starting roster is not posted prior to the deadline, the previous weeks' starting roster will be used. In order to

post a starting roster, Put it in yourself on-line, Please try to post your roster on the website www.rtsports.com

(on-line) I might not always be available, if you cannot do it on line then email it to me (dafrush@verizon.net)

or leave a message at 732-687-5523 EITHER WAY you choose, it must be posted prior to opening kickoff. DO

NOT cut it close. If a player in the late games does not get the start you have to contact me to make a change on

your roster. The player you replace him with must be on your roster.

It is the owner's responsibility to ensure their players will be playing in the NFL games. If a starting player is

injured during his NFL game, he may NOT be replaced.

    5. LEAGUE FEES

Each team is required to pay an entry fee of $100.00, which will go towards league awards, and the weekly

processing fees of the computer program. The structure of these awards will be determined on draft day when

the amount of entered teams is finalized.

    6. SCHEDULE AND STANDINGS

A schedule has been determined once the amount of entered teams becomes finalized. Presently, with 10 teams

2 divisions will play each team twice in division and rest of the games out? Presently, we have (2) divisions

each of 5 teams. The schedules are available on-line. www.rtsports.com

League standings will be based on Win-Loss-Tie record.

    Tiebreakers will be as follows:

    1. Head-to-head record of tied teams

    2. Division Record

    3. Total season points

    4. IF we come to this team beat that one but that team beat this one we will just go by total pts .

Games during regular season may end in a tie. During the playoffs - ties are broken as follows:

    1. Points of non-active roster players if this is tie then bench QB points

    7. PLAYOFFS AND FFL BOWL

Following the first 14 weeks of the NFL season, 2 division winners will make the play-offs the top overall team

    will have 1

    st

round byes. 5 wild cards next 5 teams with the best records will advance to the playoffs. To go as

    follows:

NFL Week #14: first week of playoffs.

    8. TRADES

  • Team owners can trade any number of players to another team provided that the number of players on each

team remains unchanged. If an owner trades one player for two players, the owner may "waive" any other

member of the roster so that the total roster remains at 14 players. Draft picks are allowed in trades .Teams can

only have 2 trades total a year. Teams can only trade 3rd round or higher and can only have a total of 2 picks

per round and teams have also trade a pick back to trading team. IF A TEAM THAT IS INVOLVED IN A

TRADE DROPS OUT THE FOLLOWING YEAR THEN THAT TEAM TRADES ARE VOIDED.

All owners are urged to use a high level of integrity during trades. All trades may be subjected to a majority

vote of approval with the other owners who are not involved in the trade.

No trades will be permitted after kickoff of the first game of NFL week #10 . The commissioner must confirm

    all trades.

the game or has covid. If that player is hurt must pick up same position player
