Additional Rules:
Wherefore all franchise owners participating in The Bronw School House League agree to the following terms:
1.LEAGUE FEES: Each franchise costs $150.00. The franchise fee must be paid before drafting a team unless prior arrangements have been made and a payment schedule set up.The commissioner will hold this money in a bank account until the end of the season.
2.PRIZES: The franchise fees make up the prize money, which totals $1800.00 (minus $100 for website) and will be split up as follows:
a.The League Champion will receive $400.00
b.The League Runner-up will receive $130.00
c.The Conference champions(week 16 winners)each receive $50.00
d.The Wild Card winners(three from week 15)each receive $25.00
e.The number one seed(division champ with the best record)receives $150.00
f.The number two and three seeds(division champs with second and third best records)receive $125.00(2nd)and $100.00(3rd),respectively.
g.The next best record,that is not a division champ,receives $75.00
h.The five through seven seeds receive $50.00-$40.00-$35.00, respectively. *The Commissioner will pay $100.00 for the website.

3.LEAGUE STRUCTURE: The league consists of 12 franchises which are divided into 3 divisions: Pepperonni, Sausage, and Special. Each division consists of 4 franchises. A single franchise will play each franchise in its division twice and will play the franchises from the other two divisions once.
4.ROSTERS: Each franchise's roster will consist of 19 players(this can expand to 19 as soon as the web site allows following the draft). Each franchise MUST HAVE 2 QB'S, 5 RB'S, 5 WR'S, 2 Kickers, and 2 Defense/Special Teams. A franchise must have their roster set by game time Sunday or be charged a $15.00 penalty.
5.STARTING LINEUP: Franchise owners must submit a starting lineup each week. Starting players in games scheduled for Sunday or Monday must be submitted on the web prior to 12:00 pm central time, Sunday. Starting players in games scheduled for Thursday,Friday,or Saturday must be submitted to a commissioner before kickoff of the game in which they participate. If no lineup is submitted, the previous week's lineup will be used, thus resulting in a $25 fine.
A franchise's starting lineup must include: 1 Quarterback 2 Runningbacks 3 Widereceivers 1 Flex (Anything other than a QB) 1 Kicker 1 Defense/Special Teams
6.ROSTER MOVES: An owner may make free agent acquisitions or trades throughout the season. Free agents may be acquired of the $2.00 per which is the in-season cost. Trades may be executed up to Sunday(12:00 am) of the NFL'S 17th week
7. Free Agent Pot: Any extra money brought in by any of the different roster expenditures. The Free Agent Pot will be divided as follows:
1.Most Total Points after week 14: 50% of money
2nd Most Points: 30%
3rd highest point total: 20%
9. Regular Season: The League's season will coincide with the NFL's weeks 1 thru weeks 14 regular season. Each franchise will be matched against another every week. The website creates a schedule for the league.
At the end of the 14th week all teams will be ranked from first to last. Division winners are ranked 1-3,best to worst, based on overall record. The remaining franchises are ranked from best to worst,based on overall record. In the event two or more teams have the same overall record,the following serve as tie-breakers:
A.division record
B.total points scored during the regular season(14 weeks)
C.head-to-head
D.total points surrendered during the regular season-team with the higher total is ranked above the team with the lower total.
10.The Playoffs: The league playoffs are held weeks 15-17 of the NFL schedule. The top seven teams will make the playoffs. The remaining teams play for the number one pick in next years draft.
The #1 seed gets a week 15 bye. The winners in the wildcard round are seeded with the best division winner,from best to worst,by overall record,for the second round of the playoffs. Winners of the second round(week 16) play in the La Pizza Cellar Bowl (for cash and the ever lovin' braggin' rights).
Toilet Bowl: The two worst franchises,by overall record,play in week 15. The remaining four teams are seeded and play in week 16. The last two play for the #1 pick next year.
Trades: Trades need to be done in good faith! If there is a question of integrity, a vote can occur to nulify the trade, with the commissioners vote counting for 2 votes. Additional Fines: NOT ENTERING A LINEUP IN ANY OF THE 14 REGULAR SEASON WEEKS WILL RESULT IN A $25 FINE. * A vote can also nulify this, same rules apply!
