I made some small adjustments to scoring
1) Increased passing from .01/.1 to .2 for RB,WR,TE
2) Decreased interception for 1st thrown to .5 for RB,WR,TE
3) Increased interception starting at 2nd thrown from 2.50 to 5.0 for RB,WR,TE
4) Increased 2xp received from 2 to 3 for QB
5) added .1 for each rush attempt for WR & TE

New playoff adjustments:
The team that finished last in the regular season will not make the playoffs! The 1st & 2nd place teams still get a bye. The 3rd ,4th and 5th place teams will have an "all play" where the team that scores the fewest points will be eliminated. For the second week of the playoffs the team that finished 1st place (from regular season) will play the team that finished worse (in the regular season). The 2nd placed team will play the remaining team.
New F.A.B. rules for the playoffs. A maximum of $50 can be carried over from the regular season budget to the playoff's F.A.B. and each team that makes the playoffs will be given an additional $50 for a possible maximum budget of $100 for the playoffs.

Starting week 13 will be playoffs!!
the teams in 1st and 2nd place at the end of week 12 will have a bye for the 1st week of playoffs.
the playoff bracket will be on week 13 the 3rd place team will play 6th place team, 4th will play 5th place team.
the following week the 1st place team (after week12) will play the lowest seed team and the 2nd place team will play the remaining team.
As teams are knocked out of playoffs their players will be available for waivers and free agent period.

regular season schedule notice:
Onweeks 7 and 12 of the regular season the schedule will be the 1st place team after week 6/12 will play the 2nd place team and 3rd will play 4th and 5th will play the 6th place team. I will set the schedule once week 6 and 12 are finished.

Draft day is Wednesday August 29 at 8pm et.
The draft order and schedule is now set.
There will be one rule change starting next year (2016):
Time change for free agent pick-up starting. The new time will be Thursday at 8:00pm est.
The first NFL game is 9/10/15. So draft will be a 1 day before at 8:00pm est on Wednesday 9/9/15. Lets try to keep this date but if anyone has any conflicts please let everyone know as soon as possible. My number one goal is to give everyone a chance to do their homework and have a smooth draft. The clock has started so please be ready when it's your turn. Everyone will have a maximum of 7 minutes to make a choice. If you go over the 7 minutes the next person up will draft. The draft order for this year was picked and posted. Names were picked out of a bucket this year.

Waiver Wire will now happen Wednesday @ 12:00 noon est so make sure you get bids in on time.

The roster limit will be 10 all year.
On 2pt try will now go the player(s) who scores the 2pts and the def and sp teams will not be awarded the 2pt.

I will e-mail of text each person in order and I will add them to their roster. The normal waiver wire won't begin until everyone roster is at 11 so please get back will me asap. We will cut down to 10 after the week 11 is completed just like last year. If you don't select thr. on week 13 (Nov 27) I will drop the player with lowest pt total.

Free agent and waiver wire details
Blind auctions on free agents in before 12:00 noon every Thursday. At noon on Thursday results of blind auction will be posted. At 7:00pm open waiver will begin until 9:00pm Monday night.
ADDED for after the 2013 season.
Trades:
Trades will be approved 36 hours before any nfl game to allow for the veto process to happen. Trades can be vetoed if the commissioner gets two e-mails or texts (919-757-3909) within a 24 period after a trade is approved or made public by commissioner or co-commissioner. The commissioner can also override any and all veto's and any trade. If the commissioner is unavailable the co-commissioner may also override a veto. If a veto happens everyone's roster affected by veto will be reversed back to per-trade status regardless if that team was part of the trade or not. Note that this may leave only a 12 hour window to set you line up. The last week for trades is two full weeks to the day after the nfl trade deadline.
Line-up and nfl picks
If the commissioner is text, e-mailed or voice mail is left with a line-up change or nfl picks before the 1st game starts they will be allowed. Note if the text, e-mail or voice mail can't be confirmed with a time it will not be allowed. If the text, e-mail or voice mail is received after start of the 1st game regardless of when sent the line-up or nfl picks will not be allowed.
