Ammendments to the Rules...

Scoring is computed by Real Time Fantasy Sports. All owners are encouraged to check their weekly scores.

Scoring: *** I will manualy add the 5 bonus points for 5 QB sacks, the 5 bonus pts for the win, and back-up QB points when your starter is hurt during game. It is your responsibility to check this by the first kick off the next week otherwise scores are final.

Fake punt/fg touchdown passes will be awarded as a back-up QB score, unless the player throwing the pass is owned by another franchise/owner then that player will get the points.

Any fumble recoveries for a touchdown (regardless if the offense, defense, or special teams is on the field) will be recorded as a defensive score/fumble recovery.

THE RULES

You must show up on draft day to be in the league.

Total fee of $200 is required on draft day.

Order of picks is determined by numeric cards randomly chosen according to last years finish. New owners pick card last.

Drafting will be conducted snake style every two rounds unless voted otherwise. All draft positions will be determined before the draft starts.

Drafting slots may be traded at any time, with commissioner approval (no 2 owners may stock pile any single team).

There will be an enforced time table for drafting rounds as follows:
1st thru 4th rounds have a 2 minute time limit
5th thru 15th rounds have a 4 minute time limit
If you are not prepared to make a selection at the completion of your time, the next designated team will then choose. The pick will then return to the original team, who will be placed back on the clock etc.

Your draft picks consist of:
2 quarterbacks, 3 running backs, 3 wide receivers, 2 tight ends, 2 place kicker, 2 defensive units, and a supplemental pick which may be either a running back or a wide receiver.

You can not overdraft at any set position.

You are allowed to draft any position at any time, except your supplemental pick which must be chosen in the final round.

The Game:

We will be competing on a points based system which is detailed later.

We are competing for cash prizes on a weekly and a cumulative season long basis.

Prizes are awarded for teams who finish in the top 3 for total seasonal points accumulated, the team with
the best win/loss record, and the team with the highest 1 week point total. There will also be 17 weekly prizes awarded to the team with the best weekly score for each week of the season. There will be 3 prizes awarded in the 18th and final week of the season to the top 3 point producers of that week (this will ensure nobody is completely out of the money picture).

Gameday Lineups:

You as the owner and coach must decide which players to start. Your gameday lineup will consist of:
1QB, 2RBs, 2WRs, 1TE, 1PK, and 1 defensive unit.
You do have the option of using the run-and-shoot offense which is simply 1RB and 3WRs.

All lineups must be entered via the web site and can be changed provided the respected player or player(s) haven't already kicked off.

It is your responsibility to know which of your players is healthy and if they have a game.

If a player listed on a Gameday lineup fails to play for any reason, YOU LOSE! 

Trades:

You are allowed unlimited player trades but you may not exceed the maximum number of allotted players on your roster at any time. Players must be cut or picked up by the next transaction day to stay within roster guidelines.

No 2 owners are allowed to stockpile any single team.

Trades may be made at any time providing the players have not played in that given week.

Bogus trades you snooze you lose (read IR reports).

*** Players may not be traded after week 12.

Transactions:

You have 12 transactions allotted for the year, use them wisely (transactions are used when you release an active player from your roster to sign a free agent).

All transactions must be made on Tuesdays via the web site.

Transactions are made in an orderly manner. The team with the lowest score for the year will have 1st choice, the next lowest will have 2nd choice etc... (If a tie, worse record picks first, then least points, then head to head)

No team is allowed a 2nd transaction until everyone has had an opportunity to make their 1st move.

All players released on waivers are available immediately.

Injured Reserve (IR):

You are allowed only 2 IR moves (again, use them wisely).

An IR move is made to replace an injured player with a player who has yet to be claimed.

IR replacement moves cannot be made during a game.

No team can sign the player who has been placed on your IR list (this expands your roster temporarily).

The player in question must be confirmed by an NFL injury list.

IR moves may be made any time but must be before any of the players in question have started play.

If the player listed on IR plays during any given week & you have started the IR replacement you will automatically receive the original players points. The replacement player will be dropped effective immediately. You may cut the player listed on IR for the replacement player, or any other player on your roster, providing neither player has played yet and you stay within roster limits (no transaction penalty will apply).

Players that are dropped from the IR list are available immediately.

Any team who loses their starting QB during the game due to injury or other reasons will be awarded all points that the substitution acquires as well (only if your QB starts the game & the substitution is not owned by another franchise).


Miscellaneous:

***All Rules not specifically listed are reserved at the discretion of the commissioner.

Although the game is intended for fun, it can be very competitive. All rules must be followed and will be strictly enforced.

Scoring discrepancies must be reported before first kickoff the next week.

All statistics will be taken from Real Time Fantasy Sports.

Money collection process is tedious so please be prompt. All cash stipulations listed will be enforced!

Payment ahead of schedule will only ensure a smooth season and is strongly encouraged!



The Money :

Total Investment is $200 (includes access to the web site).  Money is due on draft day.
Commissioner will pay for the rtsports.com website @ $89.95

There will be a $20.00 prize awarded in each of the 1st 17 weeks of regular season play to the team with the most points collected during that week.

In the event of a tie at the end of the week, the top draft picks for each club in your starting line-up will go head to head.

Additional pay outs are as follows:

1st place $500 1st
2nd place $250 2nd
3rd place $100 3rd
Best record $100 Best Record
$20 Weekly winnings for high weekly score ($320.00 total of the 1st 17 weekly prizes)
$130.00 Most points scored the last week of the season. $70.00 / $40.00 / $20.00
$50.00 Best week of the season.

In the event of a tie for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place, at the end of the year, we will use the last week of the season as the tie breaker, most points will win (then head to head, and best record if needed).

In the event that a tie occurs for the best record, at the end of the season, the teams in question will use their head to head records to determine the outcome. If this is not conclusive the team with more total points will win.

**Tie Breaker for Best Week will be head to head then most points overall for the year.
