Summary Sheet
14 teams, keeper format(see notes below)
$90 entry fee, $ dollars each team towards paying league website
Divisions are different each year
Schedules are done by website and play all other 13 teams once in the year
Week 13 last week reg season, playoffs are Week 14, 15, 16
Free Agent Claims: Bid bucks claims are to be submitted by 6pm Wed nights. You have $150 to spend over the year.
First come first serve opens up @ 10pm on Wed nights until Sunday at 12:55pm. It has to be done Wed night due to Thursday games each week this year.
You can pickup any players before 12:55pm on Sunday Mornings.
Lineups must be in 5 minutes before gametime
Trades: Trades can be made up until 12:50pm on Sundays. The trade deadline is Week 12 Sunday.
Trades are subject to approval through league commissioner
Pre-Season – First come First serve starts right after draft last until 1st week Sunday, excluding the players playing on opening night which is Thurs this year
Injuries: If a player is listed as questionable this could mean he might play or won’t play. The problem is a lot of NFL teams like to mask if a player is active or not. Please put a claim request in the event your player is questionable come the Wed deadline for Bid Bucks, your player will be put on IR if you win the bid. One rule to remember if your player does play come Sunday you need to release a player, prefer on Sunday but will allow till Monday night and then you must make decision or lose the player on IR.
Standings-Victory Pts style – we will stay with are victory pts style standings , so the website is not official standings , I will send out the standings each week on Tues nights with the full standings in excel format . Why we do this is too kept many teams in the playoff race and if you score a lot of pts and lose you still get rewarded for a good week.** Top 3 scores of the week get 3 pts, then next 4 get 2 pt each and the next 4 get 1 pt each and the bottom 3 get 0 pts, 2 pts for a win also. *was changed in 2013 from 2,1,1,0.**
Championship Playoffs – 2 divison winners and 6 wildcard positions based on victory pts , then head to head in the tie if all teams have played each other if not then pts for will decide it. ** Seeding will be by victory pts finish not division winners get a 1st or 2nd seed**
Toilet Bowl Playoffs – bottom 6 teams play for toilet bowl, the team that loses 3 games has to wear the toilet bowl seat at draft table and bring some cold beer. Top 2 teams scoring the “most pts for” over the 3 weeks will get the 1st pick and 2nd pick, so put your starting lineup in each week, since there is only 6 teams they will all play in week 14, then the 3 teams left (three teams that lose their head to head) in Week 15 will play as one game and the 2 teams with the lowest “pts for” will play again in week 16 for the Tiolet bowl champion.

Here is what was discussed on Draft Day 2011- re-start and re-draft.
Keeper Format
Voted on and was changed starting year 1 in 2012, there is no keepers at the end of 2011 and will be a re-draft 2012 and will draw names for the draft order at the draft table next year.
New format using the on line draft board that we get a record of after the draft is done, is that you can’t keep any players drafted in the first 3 rounds , you can keep only 2 players drafted from rounds 4 and on. You lose the draft pick that player was drafted in. You must keep 2 players.
Example would be I drafted E.Decker in round 4 if I keep him I lose my 4th round draft pick next year, if you pick a player in the 10th round and want to keep him you lose your 10th rd pick.
If you want to keep a wavier wire player you lose the 18th rd pick, then 17th round if you keep 2 waiver wire players.
The keeper players are only keep for 3 years, 1st year and then 2nd year and then after the 3yr re-draft , so instead of keeping a player for 4 years it is down to 3 years, but the Top 48 players should be in the draft each year.
After Next year draft it will be same you can keep the same guys from year 1 because they were drafted after 3rd round.
The draft order will be how you finished the year before in victory pts, and it will be a snake like draft each year.
This way the draft is interesting and the good players are out there and your 2 keepers will possibly be younger players developing…
** Change from 2013 , rolling keeper rule you can keep a guy max 3 years from time you draft him, I will keep a list each year to let you know the last year you can keep him***
ie E.Sanders I keep this year , I can keep again next year start 2014 season but can’tfor start of 2015 season..
Change Pts Style
Was voted to No , everyone likes it and wants to keep it unique and it is standard scoring or some might say old school , not fully PPR.
Lottery Draft order
No longer needed with victory pts. There is a re-draft each year with this keeper format, top 2 teams during the Tiolet bowl pts for with get 1st and 2nd picks and overall champion will pick 14th.
More teams in the Playoffs
Voted on and said NO to, want to keep it at 8 teams, especially with only 14 teams
Change Year 14.
Reseeding of Playoff teams should be by Victory pts not by division winners, division winners still get a playoff spot just might not be a top 4 seed.
Payout Change
Voted on Yes to get rid of real NFL playoff MVP and put the money to Top TE starting next year at re-draft time.
Also drop money for 3rd place game and upped the money for the runner up.
Week 17 Free for all Change
This was changed back to only one lineup , it will just be your make up lineup this week for the money.
Scoring and Rules Notes
Scoring rules: WR and RB: 5 catches= 2pts, then 1 pt for each catch after 5 Every 25 yards = 1 pt (rushing or recieving) QB every 50 yards = 1 pt TE 5 catches= 4pts, then 1 pt for each catch after 5 Every 25 yards = 1 pt (rushing or recieving) Drop a player: If a player is cut from there NFL team you can drop that player at anytime in the season and pickup another player. Also if a player is put on the inactive list for a period of time (exceeds 1 week) you have to drop that player and pickup another player.
Doubtful or Out right up to kickoff can be put IR, questionable status for IR moves not allowed unless A player who goes inactive on Sunday morning can be put on IR for the weekend. You can put a bid on player and put player on IR if questionable during the week, but watch if that player becomes active on game day you might need to make roster move on the IR player or bid player you picked up, you will use your bid bucks.
Trading Draft Picks:. Trading Draft picks allowed during the off season and at draft table…. not during the season.
Free Agents Rules:
A Blind Bidding Bucks system…how it will work is that you will have id=mce_marker50 bucks for the year to bid on players. This will be done between Tues –Wed till 6pm.You will submit a claim like we have been doing already but you will have to put a bid in dollars on the free agents available for this week, the highest bidder on any given player will receive that player (of course you have to drop a player) regardless of your position in the league. If the bid is the same amount by two or more teams it will be awarded in the this order, injured player first, winning pct next, PTS for next, coin toss last. After I have awarded the players to there teams then from 10pm Wed to kickoff on Sunday the rest of the free agents wire is first come first served each team can do there own free agent pickups. I think it will help a lot with the players who all of sudden go inactive on Sunday morning and you are able to make a pickup before kickoff if need be because you don’t trust your backups or they are on bye weeks. Basically there is a little more strategy to your free agent pickups , it gives everybody a chance to get player they really want, maybe they have a major injury and think that the backup will be great for the rest of the year.
Bidding Bucks will be used right up to Week 16. But during the playoffs in Week 14, 15, 16 the Tiolet bowl teams cannot out bid the playoff teams. Playoff teams bid bucks are first then Tiolet bowl teams bid bucks next. Remember any bids regardless of injury or not… All about the dollars!!!
* Please put drop player or injured player on bid bucks claim, if not
I will not process the claim!!**
Week 12 is now the Trade Deadline- which is only player to player trades.
One week before the end of the regular season (week 13).
