LEAGUE FEES
Franchise fee is $50 payable by Draft Day or you will not be able to pick up any free agents until that fee is paid.
Free agent signing fee is $5.
Low score for the week $2
There will be a 13 week season, then a 2 week playoff and then a Superbowl.
DRAFTING
Each Franchise will submit a Pre-Draft Roster via email. After the Pre-Draft Roster is submitted you will not be allowed to drop anymore players until after the Draft. This list cannot exceed the following:
(2) Quarterbacks
(3) Running Backs
(3) Wide Receivers
(2) Tight Ends
(2) Kickers
(2) Defensive/Special Teams
(1) Extra Player
Draft Day will be via email or we will pick a day for everyone to get together.
The team with the worst record gets #1 pick and the Superbowl winner get the #12 pick in the Draft. All teams in between are based on where they finished in the playoffs then records. If teams have the same record, then we will default to total points scored for the season.
The Franchise which gets the top pick in the first round, gets the first pick in the second round, the first pick in the third round etc. A Franchise can draft any player or defense that is not already on someone's Roster. Teams have the option to move a player to floater position for a $5 fee. This must be done when pre-draft rosters are submitted.
Immediately following the draft, there will be a Floater round where teams will be randomly picked for the opportunity to buy a floater. A team is not obligated to buy a floater. A floater cannot be picked during the draft, this can only be done during the floater round.
All Players/Teams not drafted will be available in the Wavier Pool.
FREE AGENTS & THE FLOATER
After the Floater Round, the Franchise with the worst record (or draft order till the season starts) has the first call on waiver acquisitions each week. However, a Franchise that hasn't yet picked up a Floater gets first pick over a team that already has a Floater regardless of record. In the case of a tie, the team with the least total pts. will get the first pick.
All requests should be done on the website through the waiver wire. If a team needs (2) players, the 2nd player will be taken after all teams have selected a 1st player. A Franchise will be allowed an unlimited amount of free agents per week. Waiver order will remain the same for a given week.
Each Franchise will be allowed one Floater.
The Floater will be a Free Agent of any position, including a Defense. This will be one extra player/defense that you can have on your team without dropping a player.
A Floater can only be swapped on your team with another player of that position. (Example: The Floater is a RB. He can switch positions with another RB only.)
ROOKIE
Each Franchise will have a Rookie position available on their roster.
A rookie is a player of any position that is having their 1st year in the NFL.
The Rookie position will be drafted, although a Rookie can be drafted to a permanent position, the Rookie position can only be held by a Rookie.
A Franchise can move a Rookie from the Rookie position and make him a permanent position player if the spot is open. You can then in turn fill the Rookie position with another rookie.
Before next year's Pre-Draft Roster, the Rookie must be removed from the Rookie position.
Teams have the option to move their rookie from the previous year to floater position or Extra Roster spot before the next years draft. This must be done when pre-draft rosters are submitted.
TRADING
Trades are allowed for the first (8) weeks of the season.
Trades can be made anytime starting the day after the FFL Superbowl till Thursday by midnight before the 8th week games are played.
Franchises are allowed to trade players for Draft picks. If a team trades, for example their 2nd rd pick, and at the time of the draft they do not have an empty roster spot technically to have a 2nd rd pick, then th team that the trade was made to will have to forfiet the pick.
The Commissioner must approve all trades.

RULES & REGULATIONS
All teams must turn in their (9) man Roster 5 minutes before kickoff on early games (Thurs. or Sat.) and 5 minutes before kickoff Sunday, then the rosters will be locked. Teams are only required to turn in a roster for those players that are playing that day and then turn in there final roster by the Sunday deadline. If a Franchise fails to turn in a Roster, the players from the last Roster turned in will start that week. If a team has players playing on a Thursday or Saturday game, the team must turn in a roster for those players, because the roster will be defaulted to the previous week and you will not be able to change those players on Sunday. It is not the responsibility of the Commissioner to notify teams of the NFL schedule!
All Franchises must maintain the same number of positions as drafted on their team. The Floater counts as an extra player.
All Free Agents must be turned in by Wednesday, so that on Thursday the Commissioner can notify teams for their Free Agent selection.
All trades must be turned in by Thursday to go into effect for that week.
On Tuesdays, The Commissioner will update the Web Site with the results from last weeks games.
Tie Breaker rules are the same as the NFL's Tie Breaker Rules
You are responsible for your own players! If they are injured or on a bye week, see that they are replaced. IT IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMMISSIONER!PRIZES
