Fantasy Addicts Anonymous League Rules Rule # 1 The commissioner will make all executive decisions for the league. All
questions, rule interpretations, disputes, etc. are to be referred to the commissioner. Payment of League dues Every
team will pay their $75 league dues before they draft. If dues are not paid by the first game, that team will score
zero points each week until dues are paid. Lineup dead line All teams must submit their lineups by 5 minutes before
their players' games start. Lineups will be submitted online at the FanBall.com site. If you are unable to submit your
lineup online, e-mail or call the commissioner with your line by the pre-5 minute deadline. He will submit it for you.
If the lineup is late, or not submitted at all, it is assumed that the team will use the same lineup from the previous
week, even if some of those players are bye. This is important, because if you started a player in week 8 and in week
9 he plays on a Thursday, then unless you let the commissioner know that you do now want to start that player before
the start of Thursday's game, then he's on your week 9 starting roster. The commissioner is not responsible for
"undelivered" e-mail rosters. Team Composition Your team's starting line ups will be comprised as follows: 1
Quarterback 2 Running backs 3 Wide Receivers 1 Tight End 1 Kicker 1 Defense/Special Team No team may have more than
three defenses on their roster at one time. Managers can draft up to 18 players on each team.  After the
Championship game, rosters will again be cut, this time to 6 players. These are the 6 players that you will retain on
your team for the following season. Add and trades may happen up until the superbowl.  After the superbowl there is no adds or trades until the draft before the next season.  The Commisioner will reduce teams to 6 players that have not been reduced based on the top six (6) scoring skill poisitions not including kickers or special teams/defense. Rosters sizes can be increased again during the next draft. Trading All trades
must be approved by the commissioner. . Every trade will cost a minimum of $2 computer money or bid money per
gaining player. For example, if Payton Manning is traded for Randy Moss & Marvin Harrison. The team gaining
Manning would owe $2 & the team gaining Moss/Harrison would owe $4 because they had gained 2 players. To encourage
trading, all trades completed before the first game of the season or after the last game of the season are free and
will not count against the team (those are free trades). Completed trades cannot be confidential. The other teams will
be notified when trades are finalized so that they know who is on the enemy's roster. Trades can be made up to and
including the 9th week of the season and may resume after the championship game. Once all games are final after the
9th week, all deals are done for the rest of the season. Any player traded to one team may not be traded back to the
same team until after the championship game. A trade can only have future obligations up to the next season's draft.
For example, a team can not trade away its first round picks for the next three years for Payton Manning. However,
that team could trade next season's third round pick for Randy Moss. Waivers Any player not on any manager's roster is
considered an unrestricted free agent. Managers wishing to pick up a free agent will submit their "blind bid $$" on
FanBall.com by any time prior to 8 p.m. Wednesday for that player. If more than one manager want the same free agent,
the highest bidder will "sign" him and the proceeds will be added to the pot. If there is only one bid, that manager
will "sign" the player at the cost of a regular trade, $2. (ignoring the bid). Injured Reserve A manager may place a
player from his team on the Injured Reserve (IR) only if the real NFL player is listed on the NFL's IR. The manager
may then draft another player at that position from the Available Players List (unrestricted free agents only, no
trading with other teams to fill this position). Once the NFL team takes this player off the IR, the manager must do
so as well. He then must decide whether to keep the formerly injured player or the replacement player. A manager may
only make one IR move per season. Drafting There will be an annual college draft beginning after the first season.
Draft positions will be determined by the "Toilet Bowl" champion (explained later) drafting first and the Super Bowl
champion drafting last (10th). All rounds in the college drafts will be pick in this order, that is, no reverse
picking in the even rounds. If a team has a .500 record or better in the previous year, they can only draft rookies
(or non-establish pros that have never scored an NFL touchdown) in the first round of the college draft. This will
give the sub .500 teams a chance to gain talent during the draft. Defenses count as veteran players for the draft. Any
trade made for future draft picks will inherit the "pick losing" team's draft position and ability to draft veterans
for that pick. Tiebreakers Ties are not permitted during the regular season or post season. If a game has a tie score,
a win will be awarded to the team with the most total bench points. A loss will be given to the other team Division
winners, wildcard and draft order ties will be awarded by the following criteria: 1. Head to Head record vs. all other
teams in the tie 2. Division record (division winning tiebreaker only) 3. Most division points (division winning
tiebreaker only) 4. Most league points scored 5. Point difference in games against teams in tie 6. Coin flip Toilet
Bowl The league's two worst teams shall play in the "Toilet Bowl" game the first week after the regular season. The
Toilet Bowl champion (the team that is out scored in the Toilet Bowl game) shall provide "refreshments" for all other
franchises at the following year's college draft. Playoffs Each division winner and two wildcard teams will make the
post-season. 1st seed vs. 4th seed and 2nd seed vs. 3rd seed The winners will play in the Super Bowl for the league
championship. The Champ will win 75% of the kitty and 25% goes to the runner up. Crime & Punishment The
commissioner will decide if any manager is in violation of, or abusing any of the above rules. He may issue any
punishment as retribution. A manger may challenge the commissioner's ruling with a majority vote by the other
managers, in which case the issue will be referred to editor@fantasyindex.com (a fantasy dispute arbitrator) for a
final ruling. League Web Address: www.fanball.com Fantasy Addicts Scoring System Each player can score points "in
position" and "out of position". For example, if a wide receiver catches a touchdown pass, he would have scored "in
position". However he could rush for a touchdown it would be considered "out of position". The table below will
identifies position scoring. Position In position scoring Out of position scoring Quarterback Passing Rushing,
