| How to Play |
| 1. | Pick the winner of one (1) NFL game each week beginning with Week 1 games on Thursday, September 6, 2007. There are no point spreads; just pick the winner straight up. Lose or tie and you are out; win and you are still in. |
| 2. | You may not pick the same team to win more than once during the 17 weeks of regular season games and the post season playoffs. |
| 3. | All selections must be received no later than 1:00 PM Eastern, each Sunday during the regular season games and the post season playoffs. NO EXCEPTIONS. In any week, where games are played on Thursday, Friday or Saturday, you may pick a team playing in those games only if your selection is received before those games kickoff. |
| 4. | Should you fail to make your selection in any week either through negligence, computer or network trouble, or lack of a team to select, you will be eliminated in that week. |
| 5. | In the event that any game is postponed or cancelled for any reason (including but not limited to weather and/or an act of God) and the game is not played on or before the following Wednesday, if you have selected one of the teams in the postponed/cancelled game, you will be eliminated. |
| 6. | In the event that two or more participants remain at the end of the regular season, the game will continue into the playoffs. |
| 7. | If at any time during the game, one and only one participant has a team or teams left to select at the conclusion of the week, he/she will be "King of the Mountain" and immediately declared the sole winner. |
| 8. | If at any time during the game, two or more participants have a team or teams left to select for the next week at the conclusion of the current week, only those participants with a team or teams remaining will advance to the next week. Participants without a team or teams to select for the next week will not advance and are thus eliminated. If in any week all remaing participants are eliminated, either by making an incorrect picks or by making a correct pick but not having a team or teams remaining to advance, the $25,000 grand prize will be distributed equally among the participants making a correct pick in that week.
|
| 9. | Should two or more participants remain and all are eliminated in the same week, the $25,000 prize will be distributed equally among them. |
| 10. | If at the conclusion of the regular season two or more participants have teams left to select, they must pick a winning team from their remaining unselected teams each week of the playoffs to continue. If a participant's only remaining unselected team(s) has a bye in the first round of the playoffs, he/she will not be able to pick a winning team and thus will be eliminated. |
| 11. | Should there be more than one participant that still remains in the Contest following the Super Bowl, the $25,000 Grand Prize will be shared equally among them. |
| 12. | All contest picks must be made or changed by the participant. Employees or contractors of RealTime Fantasy Sports are prohibited from making or changing picks for any participant. RealTime Fantasy Sports does not and will not automatically make selections for any participant, even if the participant only has one team remaining. NO EXCEPTIONS. |
