We have a lot of injury situations to update in our Weekend Update. The good news is most of these game-time decisions look like they should be able to play this week. Nothing is ever certain with a game-time decision, though (obviously), so you always want to keep an eye on the inactives that come over Sunday. If you haven't checked it out, we do an Inactives Blog that is continuously updated until the start of games. The inactives usually start trickling over an hour before the start of games.

The Broncos signed veteran cornerback Ty Law on Friday. There is a good chance he even dresses for the Monday night game. Law is no longer a starter at this point of his career but can be a solid nickel back. He is a decent pickup for an already pretty good Broncos defense. Their secondary has allowed just four passing touchdowns all season.

Apparently, Cardinals receiver Anquan Boldin looked really good in practice Friday (according to ESPNs John Clayton). Boldin remains a game-time decision, though. He has been slowed by the injury the last several weeks and just can't seem to get over it. The Cardinals might be wise to hold him out a game to get him closer to 100 percent, but it will be tough for Boldin to sit if he had a strong showing in practice Friday.

The Colts suffered a big blow this week as safety Bob Sanders needs surgery to repair a torn biceps. He injured his arm during the Week 8 game. Sanders is done for the year. Sanders is a top run stuffer and does well in coverage. He is a difference maker defensively that will be missed.

Detroit has a good shot to get receiver Calvin Johnson back this week. He isn't practicing in full just yet, but run well during his limited practices. Most around the team feel Johnson should be able to return against the Seahawks this week. We would keep an eye on the inactives to be sure, though.

Bears receiver Devin Hester got in his first practice of the week on Friday. He was limited in practice, though, because of his ankle injury. Hester is expected to play Sunday. He could be less than 100 percent but remains a solid play against a mediocre Cardinals secondary.

Roddy White practiced just once this week (Friday), but the Falcons expect him to be active Sunday. He didn't practice much on his sore knee since the Falcons had a short week because of the Monday night game. White just got some extra rest. He should be ready to go come Sunday.
