Vladimir Gutierrez Jun 15 6:50am ET

Cincinnati Reds right-hander Vladimir Gutierrez allowed two runs over six innings in a 10-2 win over the Milwaukee Brewers on Monday. Gutierrez struck out six and walked two in the lopsided win. The rookie hurler got off to a shaky start in the outing, allowing a solo homer in the first inning and another run in the second. He then settled down, spinning four scoreless innings to pick up the win. Gutierrez has been a helpful addition to the Cincinnati pitching staff, posting a 3-1 record, 2.74 ERA, 1.09 WHIP, and 19 strikeouts over 23 innings of work. Gutierrez will next take on the San Diego Padres on the road.

Jonathan India Jun 15 6:50am ET

Cincinnati Reds second baseman Jonathan India went 3-for-4 with a double, a run, an RBI, a steal, and a walk in a 10-2 win over the Milwaukee Brewers on Monday. India has settled in nicely as the leadoff hitter for Cincinnati over the past nine games. He has been on fire at the plate lately, hitting .340 with two homers, 11 runs, seven RBI, and two steals over his past 15 games. The Reds will need to shuffle their infield soon with Mike Moustakas expected sometime during their four-game series with the San Diego Padres this week, but India has certainly earned a starting role going forward. Look for him to continue to see the majority of the playing time at second base.

Joey Votto Jun 15 6:40am ET

Cincinnati Reds first baseman Joey Votto went 2-for-4 with a homer and three RBI in a 10-2 win over the Milwaukee Brewers on Monday. Votto's homer was a two-run shot that came in the seventh inning to tack on some extra insurance runs for his team in the win. The veteran first baseman has been on a power kick since returning from the injured list. In his 25 at-bats since getting reinstated, Votto is hitting .280 with three homers, six runs, and 12 RBI. Overall, Votto has a .237 average, eight homers, 15 runs, and 29 RBI across 131 at-bats. He should continue to rack up the counting stats hitting fifth in an explosive Cincy lineup.

Aristides Aquino Jun 15 6:40am ET

Cincinnati Reds outfielder Aristides Aquino went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer and a walk in a 10-2 win over the Milwaukee Brewers on Monday. In his first game back since being reinstated from the injured list, Aquino ripped his two-run shot in the ninth inning of the lopsided win. The veteran outfielder missed just over two months after fracturing the hamate bone in his hand. He has just 17 at-bats in 2021 but has already launched three homers over that span. Aquino is worth a look in deeper fantasy leagues going forward.

Mitch Haniger Jun 15 2:03am ET

Seattle Mariners OF Mitch Haniger (knee) was not in the lineup Monday, June 14, after fouling a ball off of his knee in the team's previous game. Manager Scott Servais indicated that he believes Haniger won't need to spend time on the injured list.

Didi Gregorius Jun 15 2:03am ET

Philadelphia Phillies SS Didi Gregorius (elbow) is set to resume his rehab assignment on Tuesday, June 15, according to manager Joe Girardi, who said that Gregorius' elbow is stiff and swollen.

Chad Pinder Jun 15 1:53am ET

Oakland Athletics INF Chad Pinder (head) was removed from the game Monday, June 14, after being hit by a pitch in the head.

    J.B. Wendelken Jun 15 1:53am ET

Oakland Athletics RHP J.B. Wendelken (oblique) is scheduled to begin a rehab assignment with Triple-A Las Vegas on Thursday, June 16.

Mike Trout Jun 15 1:43am ET

Los Angeles Angels OF Mike Trout (calf) had an exam that showed his recovery is progressing, but manager Joe Maddon said it would be a 'stretch' for Trout to return by the All-Star Game, which is scheduled for July 13.

Kwang Hyun Kim Jun 15 1:33am ET

St. Louis Cardinals LHP Kwang Hyun Kim (back) is scheduled to be reinstated from the 10-day injured list in time to start on Tuesday, June 15, against the Miami Marlins.

Eloy Jimenez Jun 15 1:23am ET

Chicago White Sox OF Eloy Jimenez (pectoral) has been medically cleared to begin baseball activities at the team's spring training facility. The expectation is that Jimenez will spend at least four weeks there rehabbing. There's no timetable for his return from pectoral surgery.

Tyler Glasnow Jun 15 1:13am ET

Updating previous reports, Tampa Bay Rays RHP Tyler Glasnow (arm) is set to undergo an MRI on Tuesday, June 15.

Yoan Moncada Jun 15 1:13am ET

Chicago White Sox INF Yoan Moncada (illness) was not in the lineup on Monday, June 14, due to illness.

Eric Lauer Jun 15 1:10am ET

Milwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Eric Lauer gave up four runs over five frames in a losing effort Monday. Milwaukee picked up the 10-2 loss to Cincinnati. Lauer allowed four runs in five innings. He is 1-3 with his club in 2021 after being called up three weeks ago from Triple-A. The left-hander has given up 13 earned runs in 11 innings in June. He indeed could find his way back to the minors if his performance from the bump doesn't improve soon.

    From RotoBaller

Alex Lange Jun 15 1:03am ET

Updating an earlier report, Detroit Tigers RHP Alex Lange (shoulder) is expected to be placed on the injured list, according to manager A.J. Hinch, who said an IL trip was likely based on the 'initial diagnosis.'

    C.J. Cron Jun 15 1:00am ET

Colorado Rockies' first baseman C.J. Cron went 1-for-3 with a solo home run, a walk, and a strikeout in a 3-2 win over the Padres on Monday. Cron swatted a solo shot off of Ryan Weathers in the seventh inning to put Colorado up 2-0. It was his first long ball since May 4. The 31-year-old slugger has struggled mightily since coming off the IL on May 18; he's batting just .188/.307/.266 since then (22 games). Overall, he's slashing .250/.362/.419 with six home runs and 19 RBI over 160 at-bats. Perhaps Monday's dinger will get him going at the dish.

    From RotoBaller

Matthew Boyd Jun 15 12:50am ET

Detroit Tigers starting pitcher Matthew Boyd could end up on the Tigers injured list due to an injured left triceps per the club's manager A.J. Hinch. The Tigers manager said Boyd felt something in his left triceps, and he was taken out of the game. Hinch mentioned they would be cautious with Boyd. The left-hander is rostered by 50 percent of teams in Yahoo leagues. Him potentially going on the Tigers injured list could disrupt some fantasy managers lineups that are having success.

    From RotoBaller

Trevor Cahill Jun 15 12:43am ET

Pittsburgh Pirates RHP Trevor Cahill (calf) won't be rushed back to action after suffering a calf injury right after being activated from the injured list. Manager Derek Shelton said that the team will 'look at different ways to treat' Cahill's injury this time around.

Shane Bieber Jun 15 12:43am ET

Updating an earlier report, Cleveland Indians RHP Shane Bieber (shoulder) won't be allowed to pick up a baseball for two weeks due to a shoulder strain and it's unclear when he'll return.
