LaMelo Ball Tue Dec 2 6:20pm

Charlotte Hornets guard LaMelo Ball (wrist) is tagged as probable ahead of Wednesday's game against the New York Knicks. Ball has been battling with wrist soreness, but is expected to play through the pain. It didn't seem to affect his performance, as he scored 12 points with 14 assists during Monday's game. The absence of Brandon Miller (shoulder) should mean increased ball-handling responsibilities for Ball. It doesn't seem like fantasy managers should be worried about the wrist issue right now.

Paul George Tue Dec 2 6:20pm

Philadelphia 76ers forward Paul George (knee, back) is officially available to suit up ahead of Tuesday's game against the Washington Wizards. George continues to carry a questionable tag, but has been able to suit up in each of the last three games. The veteran forward has been dealing with a couple of injuries, but continues to play through them. He recorded a season-high five steals to go along with 16 points and seven rebounds during Sunday's game. George should see nearly 30 minutes of action with Quentin Grimes (calf) remaining on the sideline. Fantasy managers should double-check that George is in their lineups ahead of tip-off.

Quentin Grimes Tue Dec 2 6:20pm

Philadelphia 76ers guard Quentin Grimes (calf) has been ruled out ahead of Tuesday's game versus the Washington Wizards. He started the day off with a probable tag, but has now been downgraded to out. Grimes played 47 minutes during the double-overtime loss to the Atlanta Hawks. It appears Grimes picked up the injury during that game, but should be considered day-to-day for now. Justin Edwards and Jared McCain should split up the playing time with Grimes unavailable. McCain is the more appealing streaming option between the two due to his scoring ability. McCain has scored 15 points or more in three of his last five games.

Kyshawn George Tue Dec 2 6:10pm

Washington Wizards forward Kyshawn George (toe) has been upgraded to available ahead of Tuesday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers. George was questionable coming into this game due to a left big toe contusion. He played 31 minutes during Monday's game, so it was unclear if the Wizards would be cautious during the second leg of the back-to-back set. George is looking for better results after going 3-for-11 from the floor during Monday's game. He figures to play around 30 minutes again with Khris Middleton (rest) unavailable on Tuesday. Fantasy managers should make sure to get George in their lineups ahead of Tuesday's tip-off.

Brandon Miller Tue Dec 2 6:10pm

Charlotte Hornets guard/forward Brandon Miller (shoulder) has been ruled out ahead of Wednesday's game versus the New York Knicks. Miller is set to miss his second straight game after being scratched from Monday's contest due to a shoulder issue. It's worth noting that Miller missed time earlier in the season due to a left shoulder injury. It's possible that Miller re-aggravated the issue during Saturday's game. Regardless, Miller will miss his second straight game, but is tagged as day-to-day ahead of Friday's matchup versus the Toronto Raptors. His absence on Wednesday should mean more run for Sion James and Collin Sexton. Between the two, Sexton is the better fantasy option with six-straight games with 15 points or more.

Kristaps Porzingis Tue Dec 2 5:30pm

Brad Rowland of the Locked On Podcast Network reports that Atlanta Hawks centerKristaps Porzingis (illness) won't play Wednesday night versus the Los Angeles Clippers. Porzingis will be held out of action for the fourth consecutive contest due to illness. Despite playing in only 12 games this campaign, the 30-year-old big man is still a valuable fantasy asset as he's averaged 18.7 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks in 26.3 minutes. It's unknown if he'll be ready to go for Friday's matchup with Denver. In the meantime, while Porzingis is out, Onyeka Okongwu remains a must-start at center in all fantasy formats. Okongwu is averaging 18.8 points and 7.3 rebounds across 10 starts this season.

Giannis Antetokounmpo Tue Dec 2 5:10pm

Milwaukee Bucks forward/centerGiannis Antetokounmpo (adductor) is listed as probable for Wednesday's matchup with the Detroit Pistons. The former MVP is managing a left adductor injury, but he will likely be ready to go by Wednesday. Giannis finished with 26 points, seven rebounds, four assists, one steal and one block on Monday against Washington after he was considered probable before the contest. Through 16 games this season, the 30-year-old star forward continues to be a top asset for fantasy managers, averaging 30.6 points, 10.7 rebounds, and 6.4 assists per contest.

Nikola Jokic Tue Dec 2 4:30pm

Denver Nuggets centerNikola Jokic(wrist) is on the injury report with a probable designation for Wednesday's matchup with the Indiana Pacers. The superstar center continues to nurse a left wrist sprain, but it looks like he will play through the injury again. Jokic hasn't missed any games this season, averaging 29.0 points, 12.8 rebounds, and 11.1 assists. He's always a must-start fantasy-wise whenever he takes the floor.

Jamal Murray Tue Dec 2 4:20pm

Denver Nuggets point guardJamal Murray (ankle) is considered questionable for Wednesday's matchup with the Indiana Pacers due to a sprained right ankle. Murray's injury occurred during Monday's 131-121 loss to Dallas. The 28-year-old star guard has played in 19 of 20 Nuggets games this season, averaging 23.3 points, 4.5 rebounds, 6.7 assists and 1.1 steals across 34.8 minutes per contest. If Murray is unavailable, Bruce Brown will likely start at point guard and provide fantasy managers a decent streaming option on Wednesday evening.

Zion Williamson Tue Dec 2 3:40pm

According to ESPN's Shams Charania, New Orleans Pelicans forwardZion Williamson(adductor) will be out for an extended period and will be re-evaluated in three weeks due to a right adductor injury. Williamson has been limited to 10 appearances this campaign, averaging 22.1 points, 5.6 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 0.5 blocks in 31 minutes per contest. Now, with Zion out at least to the end of December, Saddiq Bey, Derik Queen and Micah Peavy will be assigned larger roles to help out the team's frontcourt.

Kyshawn George Tue Dec 2 1:30pm

Washington Wizards guard Kyshawn George (toe) played 31 minutes on Monday night but is listed as questionable with a left big toe contusion for the second game of the team's back-to-back. George had nine points, five assists, and three rebounds in the Wizards' win in Milwaukee, and the team has a rare chance for consecutive victories with their stop in Philadelphia on Tuesday. George is averaging 15.4 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 4.8 assists in his 17 games his season, and he has shown a very high ceiling as a fantasy contributor, even though he has been very boom or bust. If George is out Tuesday, Cam Whitmore will likely take on a huge role with veteran Khris Middleton (rest) ruled out.

Khris Middleton Tue Dec 2 1:30pm

Washington Wizards forward Khris Middleton (injury management) will not play Tuesday on the second night of the team's back-to-back when they visit the Sixers in Philadelphia. Middleton has played 15 minutes with the Wizards, averaging 10.1 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 0.7 steals per game. Without Middleton, Cam Whitmore and Justin Champagnie should both set up for more work on Tuesday, especially if Kyshawn Goerge (toe, questionable) is out as well.

Trey Murphy III Tue Dec 2 1:20pm

New Orleans Pelicans forward Trey Murphy III (elbow) will be back in action on Tuesday against the Timberwolves after missing the last two games. Murphy is averaging 19.7 points, 6.2 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 1.7 steals per game in 19 contests. He has had a high usage rate this year, especially in games when Zion Williamson (adductor, questionable) has been sidelined. Murphy's return will be huge for the Pelicans as they try to get just their fourth win of the season. Murphy has a high ceiling as a result of his usage, and you can get him back in your fantasy lineups as normal on Tuesday night in his return.

Zion Williamson Tue Dec 2 1:00pm

New Orleans Pelicans forward Zion Williamson (adductor) was downgraded to questionable on Tuesday afternoon, before his team hosts the Timberwolves. Williamson missed Sunday's game with injury maintenance on his hamstring, but he now appears to be dealing with a new issue--right adductor soreness. Williamson has been limited to 10 games this season, averaging 22.1 points, 5.6 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 0.5 blocks in 31 minutes per game. If Zion is out, Saddiq Bey, Micah Peavy, and Derik Queen could get more work in the frontcourt, especially since Yves Missi (foot, ankle) is also questionable.

Neemias Queta Tue Dec 2 12:50pm

Boston Celtics center Neemias Queta (ankle) missed two of the last three games for the Celtics, but he's been upgraded from probable to available for Tuesday night's game against the Knicks. Queta played 29 minutes on Saturday and posted an impressive 19 points with 18 rebounds and two blocks. The 26-year-old is averaging 9.8 points, 8.5 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 1.4 blocks in 23.9 minutes per game and has started each of the 18 games he has played. With Queta's return, Xavier Tillman will most likely be relegated back to the bench after his spot start as a result.

Quentin Grimes Tue Dec 2 12:40pm

Philadelphia 76ers guard Quentin Grimes (calf) was downgraded from probable to questionable for Tuesday's matchup against the Wizards. He had started three straight games but returned to the bench on Sunday in the Sixers' double-overtime loss. He played a massive 47 minutes in that game and turned in a nice double-double with 28 points, 10 rebounds, four assists, and two steals. Grimes averaged 17.0 points, 4.3 assists, and 3.8 rebounds in his 33.1 minutes per contest over 19 games this season. If Grimes ends up missing Tuesday's game, Jared McCain and Justin Edwards would likely split up his minutes and usage.

Derrick White Tue Dec 2 12:40pm

Boston Celtics guard Derrick White (calf) was upgraded from probable to available for Tuesday night's rivalry game against the Knicks. White was originally listed as probable for the game after he sat out Sunday's game against the Cavs, which was the second game of a back-to-back for Boston. Sam Hauser started in his spot but will likely return to the bench on Tuesday. His efficiency has been shaky, but his counting stats remain strong. He's averaging 16.0 points per game, 4.0 rebounds, 5.1 assists, 1.3 blocks, and 1.7 steals. White will rejoin the Celtics' lineup, confirming that his Sunday absence was mostly just a precautionary absence.

Trey Murphy III Tue Dec 2 8:00am

New Orleans Pelicans guard/forward Trey Murphy III (elbow) is questionable to face the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday night. Due to an elbow injury, Murphy III may have to miss a third consecutive game. Murphy III has been a two-way force for the Pelicans, averaging 19.7 points and a career-high 1.7 steals this season. Zion Williamson (hamstring) is returning to the Pelicans lineup on Tuesday and will carry a huge load on offense if Murphy III doesn't play. Meanwhile, the likes of Saddiq Bey and Jeremiah Fears are also expected to chip in more.

Zion Williamson Tue Dec 2 7:50am

New Orleans Pelicans forward Zion Williamson (hamstring) is expected to play on Tuesday night against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Williamson missed the second leg of a back-to-back on Sunday against the Los Angeles Lakers, but he has been removed from the injury report ahead of Tuesday's action. So far this season, Williamson has made 10 appearances, averaging 22.1 points, 5.6 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 1.6 steals in 30.9 minutes. Yves Missi started on Sunday in place of Williamson and will return to the second unit against Minnesota, which lowers his fantasy value.

Jimmy Butler Tue Dec 2 7:40am

Golden State Warriors guard/forward Jimmy Butler III (glute) is considered questionable for Tuesday's clash against the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Warriors are already without Stephen Curry (quadriceps) and may now face the defending champions without two of their top scorers. Butler III is averaging 20.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, 5.2 assists, and 1.6 steals during his first full season with the Warriors. His exit from the lineup would likely give Jonathan Kuminga a chance to return to the starting lineup after coming off the bench in back-to-back games. Brandin Podziemski and Moses Moody will be used more on the offensive end, boosting their fantasy appeal.
