Madison Bumgarner Jun 24 9:23pm ET

San Francisco Giants LHP Madison Bumgarner (shoulder) is expected to throw three innings in a rookie league rehab start Sunday, June 25.

Brian Dozier Jun 24 9:20pm ET

Minnesota Twins second baseman Brian Dozier went 1-for-4 with a tie-breaking solo homer in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Cleveland Indians. Dozier, who also scored two runs, is now slashing .254/.343/.453 with 13 homers, 35 RBI, and 36 runs scored on the season. While he got off to a slow start, Dozier is known to be a streaky hitter so his fantasy owners will have to take the good with the bad with him. Keep plugging the star second baseman into those fantasy lineups, especially on Sunday when he takes on Indians starter Josh Tomlin. Tomlin has a 6.07 ERA and is allowing 1.67 home runs per nine innings this season.

Billy Hamilton Jun 24 9:20pm ET

Cincinnati Reds outfielder Billy Hamilton snapped a four-game hitless streak on Saturday, going 2-for-5 with a run scored against the Washington Nationals. Hamilton has been struggling for much of June, partially due to a sore thumb which held him out of a few games last week. On the season, Hamilton is slashing just .235/.286/.304 with one homer, 19 RBI, 45 runs, and 31 stolen bases. Despite the struggles, the Reds have remained committed to Hamilton in the leadoff spot this season. If he's able to start reaching base regularly again he should score plenty of runs batting ahead of Zack Cozart, Joey Votto, and Adam Duvall. Stay patient with Hamilton as he's the best fantasy base stealer in the game.

Corey Seager Jun 24 9:13pm ET

Los Angeles Dodgers SS Corey Seager's (hamstring) MRI revealed a Grade 1 hamstring strain, and he isn't expected to be placed on the disabled list.

Homer Bailey Jun 24 9:10pm ET

Cincinnati Reds starting pitcher Homer Bailey was not treated kindly in his first start of the season. The Washington Nationals lit him up for eight runs on six hits in 1 2/3 innings of work. Bailey had spent all of the season on the disabled list after having elbow surgery back in February to clean up some bone spurs. After Saturday's outing, he may want to return to the DL. The veteran right-hander now has a tidy 43.20 ERA on the season. He can remain on waiver wires until he shows he's able to keep big league hitters off the bases.

Danny Valencia Jun 24 9:03pm ET

Updating a previous report, Seattle Mariners 1B Danny Valencia (wrist) was scratched from the lineup prior to the start of the game against the Houston Astros on Saturday, June 24, due to a sore right wrist.

Drew Smyly Jun 24 8:43pm ET

Seattle Mariners LHP Drew Smyly (elbow) threw 50 pitches without issue during a simulated game on Saturday, June 24. He will throw another simulated game in the coming days before going on a rehab assignment.

Danny Valencia Jun 24 8:43pm ET
