    J.T. Realmuto May 21 7:50am ET

Philadelphia Phillies catcher J.T. Realmuto hit a solo home run in the tenth inning to lead the Phillies to a win Monday night in Chicago. Realmuto also had an RBI single in the game and has now homered in back-to-back games. Realmuto has settled in nicely with his new team sporting a career-high 43.7 percent hard-hit rate and leads all catchers with 30 runs scored. He's one of only a few players capable of being a true difference maker at fantasy baseball's weakest position. The righty swinging catcher will look to keep his hot streak going in his next three games at the Cubs, who are scheduled to start lefties in all three games.

Miguel Sano May 21 7:20am ET

Minnesota Twins third baseman Miguel Sano went 1-for-4 with a two-run homer in a 3-1 win over the Los Angeles Angels on Monday. Sano's two-run shot in the eighth inning broke a 1-1 tie and wound up being the difference in the ballgame for Minnesota. The veteran slugger was just activated from the injured list last week and is off to a bit of a slow start, hitting just .190 with two homers and five RBI. Sano remains an intriguing fantasy option considering his power potential in a loaded Minnesota lineup.

Blake Parker May 21 6:30am ET

Minnesota Twins closer Blake Parker pitched a scoreless ninth to lock down a 3-1 win over the Los Angeles Angels on Monday. Parker worked around one hit in the frame on the way to earning his eighth save in eight chances this year. Overall, Parker has a 1.10 ERA, 0.98 WHIP, and 12 strikeouts in 16 1/3 innings of work this season. He occasionally loses a save chance to lefty Taylor Rogers, but Parker continues to operate as the team's preferred ninth-inning option. His main issue this season has been the fact that the high-powered Minnesota lineup hasn't played in many close games this season. Still, he remains a quality fantasy closer in all formats.

Jake Odorizzi May 21 6:20am ET

Minnesota Twins right-hander Jake Odorizzi pitched five scoreless innings in a 3-1 win over the Los Angeles Angels on Monday. Odorizzi struck out six and walked two but had to settle for a no-decision. The veteran right-hander has been excellent for Minnesota this season, posting a 6-2 record, 2.38 ERA, 1.06 WHIP, and 52 strikeouts in 53 innings of work. Keep Odorizzi active for his next start, which will come against the Chicago White Sox on Sunday.

Brad Brach May 20 11:50pm ET

Chicago Cubs relief pitcher Brad Brach blew his first save on Monday versus the Phillies. With closer Steve Cishek unavailable on Monday, the Cubs elected to go with Brach who allowed two hits, one walk and one run. Brach owns a 2.75 ERA on the season with two holds and zero saves and doesnt hold much fantasy value.

    From RotoBaller

Yu Darvish May 20 11:50pm ET

Chicago Cubs starting pitcher Yu Darvish put together another nice performance on Monday versus a tough Phillies lineup. Darvish cruised through the first five innings, before giving up three runs in the top of the sixth inning. In six innings, Darvish allowed four hits, three walks and recorded seven strikeouts. Darvish has thrown better of late and will face the Reds on Saturday.
