Didi Gregorius May 13 12:00am ET

Philadelphia Phillies shortstop Didi Gregorius (elbow) could be out for a couple games after exiting Wednesday's game early, according to Matt Gelb of the Philadelphia Inquirer. Gregorius was replaced on defense in the bottom of the fifth inning, as he exited with what was reported as right elbow stiffness. Gregorius was 0-for-2 with a strikeout prior to his exit, as he is now hitting .229 with a .630 OPS this year. Gelb also reports that it is likely there will be some roster moves on Thursday, as the Phillies' four-man bench is down to two following the injuries to Gregorius and catcher J.T. Realmuto.

Dallas Keuchel May 13 12:00am ET

Chicago White Sox starting pitcher Dallas Keuchel struggled, but picked up his second victory of the season against the Minnesota Twins on Sunday. The veteran lefty went 5 2/3 innings and allowed eight hits, six runs, one walk and one strikeout on evening. Keuchel has been a rollercoaster ride all year and now owns a 4.53 ERA on the season. The lefty doesn't record many strikeouts and is best suited as a streamer or DFS play in favorable matchups. Next up for Keuchel is a matchup versus the Minnesota Twins on Monday.

Stephen Strasburg May 12 11:53pm ET

Washington Nationals RHP Stephen Strasburg (shoulder) is scheduled to throw a bullpen session Thursday, May 13.

Jake Odorizzi May 12 11:53pm ET

Houston Astros RHP Jake Odorizzi (arm) threw live batting practice Wednesday, May 12, and is expected to start a rehab assignment in the next few days.

Yuli Gurriel May 12 11:50pm ET

Houston Astros first baseman Yuli Gurriel (illness) exited Wednesday's game early because of an undisclosed illness, according to Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle. Manager Dusty Baker said that Gurriel was "feeling sick all of a sudden", and he is currently being evaluated by team doctors. Gurriel had gone 1-for-3 with a home run and two RBI before he was replaced defensively in the top of the eighth inning. There's no word on his condition yet, so managers should consider him day-to-day until more updates are released.

Paul DeJong May 12 11:43pm ET

St. Louis Cardinals INF Paul DeJong (side) left the game early Wednesday, May 12, because of left side tightness.

Andrew Miller May 12 11:43pm ET

St. Louis Cardinals LHP Andrew Miller (foot) threw 25 pitches during a bullpen session Tuesday, May 11, and did not report any problems.

Trevor Cahill May 12 11:40pm ET

Pittsburgh Pirates starting pitcher Trevor Cahill allowed just one run in 5 1/3 innings of work on Wednesday night, but did not factor into the decision in a 5-1 loss to the Reds. Cahill allowed one run on three hits while striking out one, as he allowed two or fewer earned runs for the fourth time in his last six starts. He's been very inconsistent this year posting a 1-4 record and 5.97 ERA in 34 2/3 innings of work but when he has a good matchup, he can be a decent streaming option in deep leagues or NL-only formats. Managers might want to avoid using him as a streamer though in his next start against the Cardinals.

Paul DeJong May 12 11:40pm ET

St. Louis Cardinals shortstop Paul DeJong (side) will undergo an MRI on Thursday after exiting Wednesday's game with left side discomfort, according to Zachary Silver of MLB.com. DeJong was called out on strikes in the top of the fifth inning, and then replaced defensively in the bottom of the inning. Silver reports that DeJong felt something in his side when he made a tag on Lorenzo Cain, and that it was in the same area where he was hit by a pitch on Tuesday night. There's no word on how long DeJong could be out, but managers will hope that when he returns he can improve upon his .177 average and .648 OPS he has recorded through his first 35 games of the year.

Kyle Crick May 12 11:23pm ET

Pittsburgh Pirates RHP Kyle Crick (triceps) will not throw for a few days, but the team expects him to resume throwing this weekend.

Kevin Newman May 12 11:20pm ET

Pittsburgh Pirates shortstop Kevin Newman finished 2-for-5 with a run scored in a 5-1 loss to the Reds on Wednesday night. It was his second multi-hit performance in his last five games, as he is now hitting 6-for-22 with a triple, one RBI and four runs scored in that span. It looks like he may be starting to heat up after a slow start to the season, as he is now slashing .208/.238/.267 in 33 games. He'll need to continue to show improvement at the plate before managers in any format should even consider rostering him.

Josh Fuentes May 12 11:10pm ET

Colorado Rockies third baseman Josh Fuentes went 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBI in a 3-2 win over the Padres in Game 2 of a doubleheader on Wednesday. Fuentes put the Rockies on the board in the bottom of the second inning when he took Blake Snell deep for a two-run shot, his third of the season. He then played the hero in the bottom of the eighth inning (extras) when he hit an RBI single off of Nick Ramirez to plate Charlie Blackmon and win the game. The 28-year-old accounted for all of Colorado's runs on Wednesday but his season has not gone according to plan. He's hitting just .204/.218/.306 with three home runs, 13 RBI, and a 23:2 K/BB ratio over 98 at-bats.

    From RotoBaller

Isan Diaz May 12 11:10pm ET

Miami Marlins second baseman Isan Diaz was removed from Wednesday's game because he was feeling unwell and fatigued, according to Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald. McPherson adds that Diaz was cleared by the team's doctor after he was pinch-hit for in the top of the third. It sounds like it's probably nothing serious, and he should be considered day-to-day for now. Diaz has gotten off to a slow start this year, hitting .156 with a .644 OPS, although he has managed to hit two home runs in 11 games.

    From RotoBaller

Jose Urquidy May 12 11:03pm ET

Houston Astros RHP Jose Urquidy (shoulder) left the game early Wednesday, May 12, because of posterior shoulder discomfort. He is considered day-to-day at this point.

Jose Soriano May 12 11:03pm ET

Pittsburgh Pirates RHP Jose Soriano (elbow) is expected to start a rehab assignment in five to seven days.

Colin Moran May 12 11:03pm ET

Pittsburgh Pirates INF Colin Moran (groin) participated in light baseball activities Wednesday, May 12, as part of his rehab.

Trevor Story May 12 11:00pm ET

Colorado Rockies shortstop Trevor Story went a combined 2-for-7 with a run scored, an RBI, a walk, a stolen base, and three strikeouts in Wednesday's doubleheader vs. the San Diego Padres. Story did all of his damage in Game 1, a 5-3 loss when he put the Rockies on the board with an RBI single in the first inning off of Yu Darvish. He picked up another single, a walk, and stole his fifth base of the year later in that game. He went 0-for-4 in Game 2 with three strikeouts. Story is now slashing .278/.351/.474 with four home runs, 21 RBI, and five thefts over 133 at-bats this season. Fantasy managers were probably hoping for more power at this point in the season but his home run numbers should start to tick up as the weather warms in Denver.

    From RotoBaller

Joe Panik May 12 10:53pm ET

Toronto Blue Jays INF Joe Panik (calf) hit in the batting cage Wednesday, May 12.

Aaron Judge May 12 10:50pm ET

New York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge collected three hits in Wednesday's win over Tampa Bay. Judge was responsible for half of his team's hits on a night when the bats went cold- and he scored the only run of the game. The slugger now has five hits and a home run in his last two games- he has put his slump behind him quickly and looks poised to go on a hot streak. Judge will have the platoon advantage on Thursday against veteran lefty Rich Hill. Judge has mashed left-handers this season to the tune of a 1.149 OPS in 34 plate appearances.

    From RotoBaller

Diego Castillo May 12 10:43pm ET

Tampa Bay Rays RHP Diego Castillo (groin) may be activated from the disabled list Friday, May 14.
