    Weekly Transactions
Please read below to understand 'Waiver Wire' transactions (deadline 9:00 am PT each Thursday) and 'Free Agent' transactions (begins 1:00 pm PT each Thursday).

    Weekly Transactions -
    • Available player pool - These are football players who are not on a fantasy team roster at the beginning of a given weekly transaction period.
    • Protected Player - A protected player is a football player who is dropped in the current weekly transaction period either in the waiver wire or free agent periods. These players are protected until the following weekly transaction period opens up.
Each week there are two (2) transaction periods (waiver wire and free agent)
    • During each weekly transaction period, each team is able to have a maximum of two (2) weekly transactions based on the following:
      • One (1) waiver wire transaction and up to one (1) free agent transaction OR zero (0) waiver wire transactions and up to two (2) free agent transactions.
      • NO team can have more than one (1) waiver wire transaction in a given weekly transaction period.
    • You MAY add a player from a different position then the player you are dropping, HOWEVER you MUST ALWAYS have enough players at each position, on your active roster, to complete a weekly starting lineup (see above). Therefore you could add a Running Back and drop a Running Back OR add a Running Back and drop a Team Defence etc.
    • Waiver Wire PeriodDeadline to submit your waiver wire transaction is every Thursday at 9:00 am PT
      • Waiver wire will run in reverse order based on the Standings as of that given weekly waiver wire period.
      • Each team is allowed to acquire up to one (1) player during each weekly waiver wire period.
      • If two of more teams ask for the same ‘available player’ the team that is lower in the Standings as of that given weekly transaction period will receive the player.
      • List the player(s) you would like to add and the player(s) you would like to drop in the priority order you would want them processed.
      • List as many players as you would like.
      • A waiver wire move will be done for your team if a player you adding, based on your priority list, is still available when it is your team’s turn.
    • Free Agent Period: Begins Thursday at 1:00 pm PT
      • It is first come first serve basis, therefore no priority order.
      • Any fantasy team can add any available player as of that given weekly free agent transaction period. (No one can add a Protected Player).
      • Each team is only allowed to add (1) one player in a given weekly free agent period UNLESS they did NOT acquire a player in that given weekly waiver wire period. If that is the scenario, then their team is allowed up to two (2) free agent transactions in that given weekly transaction period.
      • A free agent transaction can take place as long as the football game that BOTH the available player being added AND the player being dropped have not started (based on the scheduled start time) in that given weekly transaction period.

    Tue Sep 5 4:00pm ET

We hope you and your co-managers had a fun time at the Arizona Cardinals Corporate Partners fantasy football draft event presented by ACP All Copy Products. It was wonderful to see everyone at the draft and know that you are getting ready for the football season.

    Things to note for this fantasy football league;

Your Starting Lineup: It is a best ball format, which means your starting lineup will be determined by your ‘BEST’ players at each position in a given week.

For example, if you have Seattle and Indianapolis quarterbacks on your fantasy team. If Seattle QBs have 12 fantasy points (fps) this week and Indianapolis QBs have 7, then Seattle’s 12 fps will count for you in your starting lineup. In week 2 if Indianapolis QBs have 14 and Seattle’s have 11, then in week 2 Indianapolis QBs 14 fps will count as your starting QBs.
The same is true for each position in order to complete your starting lineup each week and your total fantasy points for a given week.

Your team MUST ALWAYS have enough players at each position on your roster to complete a starting lineup:

A weekly starting lineup is your best:
    • One (1) Team Quarterback
    • Two (2) Running Backs
    • Two (2) Receivers (WR/TE)
    • One (1) Team Kicker
    • One (1) Team Defence
First weekly transaction period is AFTER week 1 games.

Elijah Mitchell Sep 22 11:40am ET
    Elijah Mitchell

San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan made good on his promise to get running back Elijah Mitchell involved in the game plan after Mitchell didn't play at all in the Week 2 win over the Los Angeles Rams. On Thursday night in the 30-12 win over the New York Giants, Mitchell saw a season-high 11 carries for 42 yards and caught all three of his targets for two yards. It was nice to see the 25-year-old get more involved in a game that wasn't close at all late, but Mitchell's week-to-week workload could vary drastically based on game flow, and as long as bell-cow Christian McCaffrey is healthy and doing his thing, Mitchell isn't going to have standalone fantasy value. He could, however, see another solid workload in a Week 4 matchup with the lowly Arizona Cardinals.

Will Grier Sep 22 11:40am ET
    Will Grier

The New England Patriots announced on Friday that they have signed quarterback Will Grier to the 53-man active roster from the Cincinnati Bengals' practice squad and moved defensive back Marcus Jones (shoulder) to Injured Reserve in a corresponding move. Grier will join the Patriots active roster to give the team more depth at the position behind starter Mac Jones and backup Bailey Zappe as they head into a Week 3 matchup against the division-rival New York Jets this Sunday. Grier will serve as the team's emergency third signal-caller for this week's game. Marcus Jones suffered a torn labrum in his shoulder in the Week 2 loss to the Miami Dolphins and will now have to miss at least the next four games.

    From RotoBaller

    Wan'Dale Robinson Sep 22 11:30am ET
    Wan'Dale Robinson

New York Giants wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson made his debut in the 30-12 loss to the San Francisco Giants on Thursday night and caught four of his five targets for 21 yards. Robinson missed the first two games of the season while recovering from a torn ACL that he suffered in Week 11 of his rookie season in 2022. It wasn't a terrible showing at all in his first game of the year against one of the best defenses in football, and his four receptions were second on the team to Parris Campbell's six. The 22-year-old should see his role grow in the Giants offense as the season progresses, and he could even become one of quarterback Daniel Jones' go-to targets. Robinson is worth picking up for receiver depth in fantasy leagues if he's available on the waiver wire.

    From RotoBaller

Hunter Henry Sep 22 11:30am ET
    Hunter Henry

New England Patriots tight end Hunter Henry has entered must-start territory heading into Sunday's game against the New York Jets. The veteran has been a top pass-catcher in the Patriots offense thus far, catching 11 passes for 108 yards and two touchdowns. While some touchdown regression is inevitable, there's no denying that Henry has blossomed into Mac Jones' go-to option in the passing game, especially in clutch spots. Deploy Henry as a mid-range fantasy TE1 this week.

    From RotoBaller

Josh Allen Sep 22 11:20am ET
    Josh Allen

Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson said he expects linebacker Josh Allen (shoulder) has progressed well enough to likely play in Week 3 on Sunday against the Houston Texans. Allen suffered a shoulder injury in the Week 2 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs but was able to put in some limited practices so far this week. The Jaguars have gotten very little out of their pass rush through the first two weeks of the 2023 season, but Allen has been doing his part, producing 11 tackles (eight solo), three tackles for loss, three QB hits and three sacks in games against the Indianapolis Colts and Chiefs. The 26-year-old will be in play as a starting lineup option in IDP fantasy leagues this weekend if he's active on Sunday.

    From RotoBaller

Jakobi Meyers Sep 22 11:20am ET
    Jakobi Meyers

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Jakobi Meyers (concussion) has cleared the league's concussion protocol and was a full participant in practice on Thursday for the first time since suffering the head injury in the season opener, when he went for a game-high nine catches for 81 yards and two touchdowns before getting hurt. Meyers is on track to play on Sunday night in Week 3 against the Pittsburgh Steelers in the team's home opener after missing the Week 2 loss to the Buffalo Bills. With the 26-year-old back, he should once again be the No. 2 option for quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo behind star wideout Davante Adams. Fantasy managers shouldn't expect big games like Meyers had in Week 1 every week, but he'll be back in play as a WR4/flex option in fantasy lineups in Week 3.

    From RotoBaller

Anthony Richardson Sep 22 11:20am ET
    Anthony Richardson

The Baltimore Ravens defense/special teams heads into a Week 3 matchup against the 25th-ranked offense in the league. This unit gave up just 66 yards on the ground against the Bengals and recorded a sack and interception. Anthony Richardson (concussion) has yet to be cleared from his concussion in Week 2, but if he plays, the Ravens are equipped to limit his running ability. If he doesn't play, then the defense will likely take advantage of Gardner Minshew's limited mobility. This team is a solid streaming option heading into Week 3.

    From RotoBaller

Brock Purdy Sep 22 11:13am ET
    Brock Purdy

Dynasty | 49ers rookie WR Ronnie Bell made his first NFL catch, a touchdown, in their win over the Giants. Dynasty Analysis: Bell was a 7th round pick for the San Francisco 49ers and had not received a target before Thursday night's game against the Giants. With Brandon Aiyuk ailing, Bell took advantage of the opportunity and caught both targets for 24 yards and a score from Brock Purdy.Bell is still buried on the depth chart a bit and is likely only relevant in extremely deep dynasty leagues. He would need further injuries or a major shakeup to see enough playing time to be worthy of a roster spot.

    From Dynasty League Fantasy

Gary Brightwell Sep 22 11:13am ET
    Gary Brightwell

Dynasty | Matt Breida rushed only four times and was targeted three times in his first opportunity to fill in for the injured Saquon Barkley. Dynasty Analysis: Breida likely saved many dynasty managers with an eight yard touchdown, but otherwise was almost invisible. However, he had the most carries on the team, tying with Gary Brightwell against a stout 49ers run defense. He should have better opportunities in the next couple of weeks if Saquon continues to miss time due to his ankle injury. Long term, Breida is not a dynasty target, but could provide some short-term production for desperate teams.

    From Dynasty League Fantasy

Daniel Jones Sep 22 11:13am ET
    Daniel Jones

Dynasty | Darren Waller finished with 6 targets, catching only three passes for 20 yards in the loss to the 49ers. Dynasty Analysis: This was Waller's lowest yardage total this year, but not surprising considering Daniel Jones' struggles in the passing game. Jones only finished with 137 total passing yards and an interception on a target to Waller on their final possession.Waller has averaged almost seven targets a game, but has yet to find the end zone. There is some reason to be concerned since Daniel Jones has struggled for most of the season so far. He does have two nice matchups coming up against the Seahawks and Dolphins, but has a much more difficult schedule after those games. Contending dynasty managers might want to consider pivoting away from Waller if they can use the next two games as leverage in a trade.

    From Dynasty League Fantasy

Mike Gesicki Sep 22 11:10am ET
    Mike Gesicki

New England Patriots tight end Mike Gesicki isn't a reliable fantasy option heading into Sunday's clash with the New York Jets. While Gesicki impressed with five catches and 33 yards in Week 2, he remains the clear No. 2 option behind Hunter Henry. As a result, Gesicki's production is still volatile going forward, and it wouldn't be surprising to see him limited just to one or two targets during any given week. If Henry were to miss time with an injury, Gesicki could become a top-12 option. For the time being, though, your best bet is to look elsewhere for production at the tight end position.

    From RotoBaller

Marvin Mims Sep 22 11:10am ET
    Marvin Mims

Denver Broncos rookie wide receiver Marvin Mims Jr. had 113 receiving yards and a touchdown by the second quarter of the Week 2 loss to the Washington Commanders, but he was not targeted after the second of his deep receptions and he only ran three routes in the second half and finished the game with 16 offensive snaps. "Some of it's coverage driven, and some of it is just based on what (personnel) we're in," head coach Sean Payton said as he attempted to explain why Mims was not featured again in the passing game after the midway point of the second quarter. Denver has played their rookies for 116 total snaps on offense, defense and special teams through two games, which is the fourth-fewest in the league. Mims has big-play potential, but his usage on offense won't immediately increase heading into Week 3 against the Miami Dolphins after his big game in Week 2.

    From RotoBaller

Zay Flowers Sep 22 11:10am ET
    Zay Flowers

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers has given fantasy managers increasingly more confidence while deploying him into starting lineups. He's become the second favorite option for Lamar Jackson as he's made tough catches and crazy moves to extend plays even further. Flowers is quickly rising in the fantasy receiver ranks and he looks to be a solid flex option against a Colts team that has lower graded defensive backs according to PFF. The rookie pass-catcher can deliver plenty of fantasy points, especially in PPR formats.

    From RotoBaller

Chad Ryland Sep 22 11:10am ET
    Chad Ryland

New England Patriots kicker Chad Ryland lacks fantasy appeal heading into Week 3 versus the New York Jets. While the rookie has converted all five of his kicks (including one field goal) this season, he's averaging just 3.5 points per game. Your fantasy football lineup would look better with a higher-upside kicker, one who has already drilled several field goals from long-distance rather than a couple extra points.

    From RotoBaller

Mark Andrews Sep 22 11:00am ET
    Mark Andrews

Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews played in his first game of the season in Week 2 and immediately saw eight targets while catching five of them for 45 yards and a touchdown. Whenever Lamar Jackson and Andrews are on the field together, the veteran tight end is a must-start. The target volume will remain second to only Travis Kelce and the team's gameplan will likely feature a higher amount of passing against a team that just allowed 384 yards through the air against the Texans. Managers can consider Andrews a TE1 like usual this week.

    From RotoBaller

Kendrick Bourne Sep 22 11:00am ET
    Kendrick Bourne

New England Patriots wide receiver Kendrick Bourne isn't a reliable fantasy option heading into Sunday's game against the Jets. Last week's return of DeVante Parker (knee) dropped Bourne's snap share to just 51 percent, so while he did still total nine targets and four receptions, it's unclear just how much playing time he'll get going forward. It's also worth noting that Sauce Gardner will likely cover Parker, leaving Bourne or JuJu Smith-Schuster open, but the biggest benefactor might actually be Hunter Henry. Between reduced playing time, a tough matchup, and several mouths to feed, the odds are stacked against Bourne in Week 3. You can find better options at WR or FLEX.

    From RotoBaller

Mac Jones Sep 22 10:50am ET
    Mac Jones

New England Patriots quarterback Mac Jones will have his work cut out for him against the New York Jets on Sunday afternoon. While these two teams are evenly matched, New York has a relentless defense featuring the likes of Sauce Gardner, Quinnen Williams, and others. The Patriots may choose to establish the running game early, though there's still room for Jones to have a big day. He's off to a solid start this season, totaling 547 yards, four touchdowns, and two interceptions through two games. He ranks as a mid-to-low QB2 in Week 3 of fantasy football.

    From RotoBaller

Gus Edwards Sep 22 10:50am ET
    Gus Edwards

Baltimore Ravens running back Gus Edwards could be in line for even more opportunities in Week 3 as Justice Hill (toe) has been missing from practice for most of the week. The two backs saw a near 50/50 split in carries in Week 2 but Edwards walked away with a touchdown and much more efficient game. If Hill can't give it a go, Melvin Gordon III is waiting to step into a backup role, but the carries should heavily favor Edwards. The Colts have a middle-of-the-pack defense against the run and if the Ravens can get out to a big lead, then the ground game should take even more precedence. Fantasy managers can deploy Edwards into their flex spot and feel quite comfortable.

    From RotoBaller

Rhamondre Stevenson Sep 22 10:50am ET
    Rhamondre Stevenson

New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson should be a central part of the team's offensive attack against the New York Jets on Sunday afternoon. Stevenson is already off to a great start this season, totaling 149 scrimmage yards and one touchdown, and should see plenty of volume as the Patriots face a stout Jets defense. If the game is close or the Patriots have the lead and Bill Belichick doesn't want to test Sauce Gardner, we should see a lot of runs and shorter passes, which is where Stevenson excels. He ranks as a high-end fantasy RB2 with tremendous upside.

    From RotoBaller

Ezekiel Elliott Sep 22 10:50am ET
    Ezekiel Elliott

New England Patriots running back Ezekiel Elliott can be left on your bench or waivers in most fantasy leagues this week. As the Patriots gear up for a clash with the New York Jets, Rhamondre Stevenson continues to have a firm hold on the No. 1 running back role. Elliott, on the other hand, has been uninspiring when given the ball, logging 3.5 YPC, zero touchdowns, and one lost fumble. His only shot at fantasy relevance is an injury to Stevenson.
