Cordarrelle Patterson Oct 24 4:50pm ET
    Cordarrelle Patterson

Atlanta Falcons running back Cordarrelle Patterson carried the ball 14 times for 60 rushing yards and a touchdown, adding two catches for just one receiving yard in Sunday's 30-28 win over Miami. After three straight 100-scrimmage yard games, Patterson faltered a bit with just 61 yards, though he managed to salvage his day with the score. Perhaps more importantly, he seized control of Atlanta's backfield, handling 16 touches to Mike Davis' four. Patterson is a strong RB2 for a Week 8 tilt with Carolina- currently ranking 18th in rush DVOA.

Miles Sanders Oct 24 4:50pm ET
    Miles Sanders

Philadelphia Eagles running back Miles Sanders (ankle) was carted off the field and taken to the locker room after suffering an ankle injury in the first quarter of the Week 7 game against the Las Vegas Raiders. He's officially questionable to return. Sanders had six carries for 30 yards and caught his only target for minus-three yards before leaving the game with what could be a serious ankle injury. Rookie Kenneth Gainwell, who has been backing up Sanders all year, caught a 13-yard touchdown pass for the game's first score. The rookie would become an immediate priority waiver-wire addition heading into Week 8 if Sanders' injury is serious enough to cause him to miss any time. With the Eagles often abandoning their running game early on, Sanders has been a huge fantasy disappointment up to this point in the season. Boston Scott should see an expanded role for the rest of the game if Sanders doesn't return.

Matt Ryan Oct 24 4:40pm ET
    Matt Ryan

Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan completed 25 of 40 passes for 336 yards with two touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's win over the Dolphins. Ryan's recent success continued against Miami, as he averaged a season-high 8.4 yards per attempt while recording his fifth straight multi-touchdown effort. The veteran signal-caller still offers next-to-nothing with his legs but remains a strong pocket passer in year 14. Ryan will be a solid streaming option once again in Week 8 against a struggling Panthers team.

Byron Pringle Oct 24 4:20pm ET
    Byron Pringle

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Byron Pringle caught five balls and was the team leader with 73 yards in an ugly loss versus the Tennessee Titans in Week 7. Pringle got some rave reviews during training camp and has gone over 50 receiving yards in three games, but has gone for 23 yards or less in his other four games. Aside from competing with wide receiver Tyreek Hill and tight end Travis Kelce, Pringle has wide receivers Mecole Hardman, Demarcus Robinson and Josh Gordon to compete with for snaps. Barring an injury, Pringle can remain on waivers for now.

Josh Gordon Oct 24 4:20pm ET
    Josh Gordon

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Josh Gordon only saw one target in an ugly Week 7 loss against the Tennessee Titans and finished with zero receptions on day. Gordon had been expected to see more playing time as the weeks have gone on, but he is still struggling to find playing time and is doing little to nothing when he has been seeing snaps. Gordon has now suited up in four games for the Chiefs this season and has just one reception for 11 yards on two targets for the season. With many mouths to feed in the Chiefs offense, managers can feel safe about swapping Gordon out for a player with better potential on the waiver wire.

Darrel Williams Oct 24 4:10pm ET
    Darrel Williams

Kansas City Chiefs running back Darrel Williams had a quiet afternoon in a Week 7 loss versus the Tennessee Titans. Williams only got five carries during the contest and picked up 20 yards. He also caught three balls for 30 yards. The Chiefs offense got obliterated and that would lead to Williams seeing a low amount of action in the backfield. Williams is due to get at least one more start in Week 8, but running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire (knee) will be eligible to return in Week 9. Heading into Week 8, Williams should be considered a RB2 versus the New York Giants.

Tyreek Hill Oct 24 4:10pm ET
    Tyreek Hill

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill caught six of his nine targets for 49 yards and rushed one time for 18 yards in a blowout loss versus the Tennessee Titans in Week 7. Dealing with a quad injury that kept him sidelined from practice this week, Hill was able to suit up and make it through Week 7 healthy. The Cheetah was able to help managers in ppr leagues with his six receptions, but the 49 yards was below his expectation this week. Hill has had some huge games this season, but he has also had some underwhelming games this year. Despite that, he still remains one of the best at his position and managers should continue to trust him as a WR1 moving forward. Hill will look for better results against the New York Giants in Week 8.

    From RotoBaller

Travis Kelce Oct 24 4:10pm ET
    Travis Kelce

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce was one of the lone bright spots in an otherwise ugly loss versus the Tennessee Titans in Week 7. Seeing 12 targets on the afternoon, Kelce was able to haul in seven balls for 65 yards. It wasn't his best performance of the season, but it was a serviceable one for managers. The Chiefs were getting crushed for most of the afternoon, but Kelce played the entire game. Although Kelce isn't having the dominant season that most are accustomed to, he has still been putting together another good season and remains at the top of his class for his position. Heading into Week 8 versus the New York Giants, Kelce will remain one of the top tight end plays for the week.

Patrick Mahomes Oct 24 3:50pm ET
    Patrick Mahomes

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes(head) took a hard hit to the head/neck area late in Sunday's game against the Titans and had to be helped off of the field. Mahomes was later seen walking around on the sidelines, so the injury might not be as bad as it looks, but Chad Henne will likely finish the game, as KC is down big. Mahomes continues to have some uncharacteristic struggles this season, as he was 20-for-35 for 206 yards, no touchdowns, and one pick before exiting on Sunday.

    From RotoBaller

Sam Darnold Oct 24 3:40pm ET
    Sam Darnold

Carolina Panthers quarterback Sam Darnold has been benched in the second half of the team's Week 7 contest against the Giants. He was 16-for-25 for 111 yards and an interception. At one point this year, Darnold led the NFL in rushing touchdowns, but his early success has vanished, as he's thrown seven picks in the last four games. P.J. Walker has entered the game to replace Darnold. The XFL star earned the No. 2 role over Will Grier in the preseason, and he could wind up being the starting quarterback going forward. Keep an eye on how this situation develops.

Peyton Barber Oct 24 3:30pm ET
    Peyton Barber

Las Vegas Raiders running back Peyton Barber is a healthy scratch once again, making this the third week in a row that Barber won't be in the lineup. He's clearly only on this roster to be an emergency play if either Josh Jacobs or Kenyan Drake are injured. The Raiders will also be without tight end Darren Waller (ankle), who has been the focal point of this offense. Without him, Drake could see some more usage in the short passing game, booting his value a bit and making him a decent deep-league play.

    O.J. Howard Oct 24 3:20pm ET
    O.J. Howard

Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end O.J. Howard (ankle) is active for Sunday's meeting with the Chicago Bears. With Rob Gronkowski (lung/ribs) out, Howard should see an uptick in usage this week. He's coming off a strong showing, with six catches for 49 yards and a touchdown last week. Fantasy managers looking for a late window replacement for Darren Waller at tight end should head to the waiver wire to see if Howard is still available.

    O.J. Howard Oct 24 3:13pm ET
    O.J. Howard

Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE O.J. Howard (ankle) is officially active for the Week 7 game.

Fantasy Spin: Howard has played well while Rob Gronkowski has been out of the lineup and should see a handful of targets this week. He can be a low-end No. 1 tight end in fantasy leagues.

    From TheHuddle

Nico Collins Oct 24 3:10pm ET
    Nico Collins

Houston Texans wide receivers Nico Collins (foot) and Chris Conley (neck) will both play on Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals. Collins should play more snaps than Conley and could be viewed as a desperation play in deep leagues since he'll likely see around five targets, while Conley should be completely off of the fantasy radar at this point, especially against this Cardinals defense.

    From RotoBaller

Sony Michel Oct 24 3:03pm ET
    Sony Michel

Los Angeles Rams RB Sony Michel (shoulder) is officially active for the Week 7 game.

Fantasy Spin: Michel is not the starting running back for the Rams but should still see a decent amount of touches against the Detroit Lions. He can be a possible flex option in deeper leagues.

    From TheHuddle

Antonio Brown Oct 24 3:03pm ET
    Antonio Brown

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have declared OG Nick Leverett, WR Antonio Brown, DL Steve McLendon, CB Richard Sherman, TE Rob Gronkowski, QB Kyle Trask and LB Lavonte David inactive for Week 7.

Nick Foles Oct 24 3:03pm ET
    Nick Foles

The Chicago Bears have declared DL Akiem Hicks, S Tashaun Gipson, QB Nick Foles and WR Breshad Perriman inactive for Week 7.

Deshaun Watson Oct 24 3:03pm ET
    Deshaun Watson

The Houston Texans have declared WR Davion Davis, C Jimmy Morrissey, RB Scottie Phillips, CB Jimmy Moreland, TE Brevin Jordan, QB Deshaun Watson and DT Jaleel Johnson inactive for Week 7.

    From TheHuddle

Zach Wilson Oct 24 3:00pm ET
    Zach Wilson

New York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson (knee) will not return to Sunday's game against the Patriots. The No. 2 overall pick was 6-for-10 for 51 yards, but exited in the first half after being hit on back-to-back plays. Mike White will quarterback the Jets for the rest of Sunday's game and possibly for longer, something that would make an anemic Jets offense even more difficult to trust when it comes to fantasy. Keep an eye out for an update on the specifics of the Wilson knee injury.

    From RotoBaller

Darren Waller Oct 24 2:53pm ET
    Darren Waller

Las Vegas Raiders TE Darren Waller (ankle) has been declared inactive for the Week 7 game.

Fantasy Spin: It appears like Waller suffered a setback at some point this weekend and will miss at least one game. Foster Moreau likely will be the starting tight end but can be avoided in most leagues. Henry Ruggs III, Hunter Renfrow and Bryan Edwards could see a few more targets with Waller out. Ruggs and Renfrow can be No. 3 receivers or flex options, while Edwards can be a flex option in deeper leagues.
