Trevor Lawrence Oct 2 4:20pm ET
    Trevor Lawrence

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence finished with five turnovers in the Week 4 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. The second-year quarterback struggled with fumbling the ball against the Eagles as four of his five turnovers were fumbles. The weather was far from ideal versus Philadelphia as it was pouring rain all game, but it was far from great to see the No. 1 pick from the 2021 NFL draft give the ball away so often in a game where Jacksonville jumped out to a 14-0 lead in the first quarter. Besides the five turnovers, Lawrence was limited to 174 passing yards and two touchdowns through the air. The 23-year-old quarterback will look to bounce back in Week 5 against the winless Houston Texans.

Quintez Cephus Oct 2 4:10pm ET
    Quintez Cephus

Detroit Lions wide receiver Quintez Cephus (foot) has been ruled out for the remainder of Week 4 against the Seattle Seahawks. He caught two passes for 15 yards before exiting. Detroit is suddenly extremely thin at wide receiver with Cephus, Amon-Ra St. Brown (ankle), and DJ Chark (ankle) sidelined. T.J. Hockenson and Josh Reynolds should headline the passing attack in Cephus' absence.

    D.K. Metcalf Oct 2 4:10pm ET
    D.K. Metcalf

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf, who was carted to the locker room, has returned to Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions. As it turns out, Metcalf was not injured but rather needed to use the restroom. Fantasy managers can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that Metcalf, who has totaled 213 yards and one touchdown over his last two games, remains healthy.

Jonathan Taylor Oct 2 4:00pm ET
    Jonathan Taylor

Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor (ankle) is questionable to return against the Tennessee Titans in Week 4. Taylor was inefficient when on the field, registering 20 carries for 42 rushing yards. He also lost a fumble in the contest. Nyheim Hines will handle rushing duties in Taylor's absence.

    From RotoBaller

Justice Hill Oct 2 4:00pm ET
    Justice Hill

Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill (hamstring) is questionable to return against the Buffalo Bills in Week 4. He totaled 45 rushing yards and 12 receiving yards before exiting. Mike Davis should serve as J.K. Dobbins' backup for the duration of Hill's absence.

Jahan Dotson Oct 2 4:00pm ET
    Jahan Dotson

Washington Commanders rookie wide receiver Jahan Dotson (hamstring) is questionable to return against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. He totaled three catches, 43 yards, and one touchdown before exiting. Terry McLaurin, Curtis Samuel, J.D. McKissic, and Logan Thomas will handle pass-catching duties with Dotson sidelined.

Kenny Golladay Oct 2 3:50pm ET
    Kenny Golladay

New York Giants wide receiver Kenny Golladay (knee) and right tackle Evan Neal (neck) are both questionable to return in Week 4 against the Chicago Bears. The Giants' wide receiver corps is severely banged up. Golladay joins a list of injured wideouts that includes Kadarius Toney, Wan'Dale Robinson, and Sterling Shepard. To make matters worse, both Daniel Jones (ankle) and Tyrod Taylor (undisclosed) are injured, forcing New York to proceed with Saquon Barkley commanding the offense in the wildcat formation.

Treylon Burks Oct 2 3:50pm ET
    Treylon Burks

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks (foot) was carted off the field and has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts. The 22-year-old has totaled 10 catches and 129 yards through four contests in his rookie campaign. Robert Woods and Kyle Philips will handle pass-catching duties in Burks' absence.

    From RotoBaller

Tyrod Taylor Oct 2 3:50pm ET
    Tyrod Taylor

New York Giants quarterback Tyrod Taylor (head) exited Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears and is being evaluated for a concussion. Taylor was only playing because Daniel Jones exited with an ankle injury. Taylor's exit forced Jones to come back into the game, but he was visibly injured and New York primarily operated out of the wildcat formation. The Giants have been decimated by injuries and may need to add some quarterback reinforcements in the coming week.

    From RotoBaller

Daniel Jones Oct 2 3:30pm ET
    Daniel Jones

New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones (ankle) is questionable to return against the Chicago Bears. Tyrod Taylor has entered the game. Jones completed just eight passes for 71 yards but made a huge impact on the ground, adding 68 rushing yards and two touchdowns. If Jones is forced to miss any time, Taylor would be a high-end QB3 with upside.

Isaiah McKenzie Oct 2 3:30pm ET
    Isaiah McKenzie

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Isaiah McKenzie is being evaluated for a head injury. He exited Week 4 after catching four passes for 21 yards and one touchdown. Not only is McKenzie injured, but fellow wideout Jamison Crowder (ankle) is also doubtful to return. For the time being, Buffalo's wide receiver corps consists of Stefon Diggs, Gabriel Davis, and Khalil Shakir.

Jamison Crowder Oct 2 3:20pm ET
    Jamison Crowder

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Jamison Crowder (ankle) is doubtful to return against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4. He hauled in one of four targets for seven yards before exiting. Stefon Diggs and Gabriel Davis will continue to operate as the Bills' top receivers while Isaiah McKenzie and Khalil Shakir occupy depth roles.

    From RotoBaller

Brian Hoyer Oct 2 3:10pm ET
    Brian Hoyer

Green Bay Packers cornerback Jaire Alexander (groin) is inactive for Sunday's game against the New England Patriots. While New England is without pieces of its passing game, Green Bay is also down a key player in Alexander. This bodes well for players like Brian Hoyer and DeVante Parker, but it's not enough of a boost to justify starting either of them in fantasy football this week. Meanwhile, the Packers remain one of the best streaming defenses.

Miles Killebrew Oct 2 3:10pm ET
    Miles Killebrew

Pittsburgh Steelers safety Terrell Edmunds (concussion) has been ruled out for the remainder of Week 4 versus the New York Jets. The 24-year-old had registered 12 tackles through the first three games. Miles Killebrew figures to see a bump in snaps while Edmunds remains in the league's concussion protocol.

    From RotoBaller

Kenny Pickett Oct 2 3:00pm ET
    Kenny Pickett

Pittsburgh Steelers rookie quarterback Kenny Pickett entered Sunday's game against the New York Jets. Mitchell Trubisky has been benched after completing just seven of 13 passes for 84 yards, zero touchdowns, and one interception. He was also sacked three times. The Steelers used a first-round pick on Pickett and view him as their franchise quarterback, so it makes sense that they are getting him involved in the wake of Trubisky's struggles.

Rondale Moore Oct 2 2:50pm ET
    Rondale Moore

Arizona Cardinals wide receivers Marquise Brown (foot) and Rondale Moore (hamstring) are officially active for Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers. Brown, 25, has looked solid in his first season with the Cardinals, amassing 24 catches, 251 yards, and one touchdown. He ranks as a solid WR2 option this week. Meanwhile, Moore is slated to make his 2022 debut after missing the first three weeks. He will compete with up-and-comer Greg Dortch for snaps alongside Brown in Arizona's offense.

    From RotoBaller

Christian McCaffrey Oct 2 2:50pm ET
    Christian McCaffrey

Carolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey (thigh) is officially active for Week 4 against the Arizona Cardinals. He missed two days of practice and was listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game. Evidently, he felt well enough during pregame warmups to play. The 26-year-old has totaled 243 rushing yards, 57 receiving yards, and one touchdown while ranking as the RB12 in fantasy football. He should continue to be started in all leagues.

    From RotoBaller

Terrace Marshall Jr. Oct 2 2:50pm ET
    Terrace Marshall Jr.

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. is inactive in Week 4. After struggling to find a role through the first two games, Marshall has now been a healthy scratch for two consecutive contests. Robbie Anderson, Shi Smith, and Laviska Shenault will fill depth roles alongside starting wide receiver DJ Moore.

    From RotoBaller

Matt Prater Oct 2 2:50pm ET
    Matt Prater

Arizona Cardinals kicker Matt Prater (hip) is officially active for Week 4 against the Carolina Panthers. He was limited in practice all week long and officially listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game. Prater attempted just two kicks through the first two games but bounced back with a big showing last week, converting on all four of his field goal attempts. The veteran has proven to be quite reliable and plays in a strong offense, making him a solid option in fantasy leagues this week.

    From RotoBaller

Julian Love Oct 2 2:40pm ET
    Julian Love

New York Giants safety Julian Love (concussion) has been ruled out for the remainder of Week 4 against the Chicago Bears. This is a huge loss for the Giants considering Love has been their leading tackle. Through the first three games of the season, the 24-year-old registered 25 tackles and one sack.
