    SEASON CANCELLATION
While we all really hope the season makes it to completion, nothing is guaranteed. Because of this, I have determined that we will need to play AT LEAST 10 games to make our season official. If we do not reach 10 games I think it is best that everyone just have their entry fee refunded. (If RTS does not refund the league website fee, everyone will receive a refund of approximately $43.35, if they do refund, everyone will get the full $50) If the NFL season is cancelled after we have played 10 games and before we can complete playoffs, we will need an alternate payout plan. We can either split the playoff money evenly between the 6 teams that would be in playoff position at such a point the season is cancelled, or we can vote on a tiered payout for the playoff teams. If there is a cancellation after our playoffs start, all regular season payouts for division winners would be paid as normal, and teams still alive in the playoffs would split the remaining pot evenly, with teams eliminated getting their normal payout. I know this is a lot to digest but it's better to have a plan in place now than to try to figure it all out later.

    League Payouts

    $270 for League Champion
    $125 for 2nd place
$75 for regular season 1st overall
$25 for other regular season division champions

Ezekiel Elliott Sep 27 9:40pm ET

Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott was held in check for once in Week 3. The Seattle Seahawks Defense did a good job keeping Elliott from doing much. He ended up running the ball 14 times, gaining just 34 yards but scoring on a one-yard plunge in the first quarter. He added six catches on 12 targets, gaining 24 yards through the air. "Zeke" tied for the team lead with the dozen passing targets, but couldn't do much with them. It was a down game from the elite RB1, but he should get back on top of things next week against the Cleveland Browns.

    From RotoBaller

Tony Pollard Sep 27 9:40pm ET

Dallas Cowboys running back Tony Pollard touched the ball only once on offense in Week 3. Pollard did not record a rushing attempt, and he caught his only target, losing five yards on it. Pollard continues to play as a distant backup to three-down back Ezekiel Elliott. Elliott saw 12 targets in the passing game in this one, a spot that Pollard may have been used in in the past. Pollard remains a backup with league-winning upside but is not a starting option in any format as long as Elliott is healthy.

    From RotoBaller

Michael Gallup Sep 27 9:40pm ET

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Michael Gallup played very well in a Week 3 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Gallup caught six passes on nine targets, gaining 138 yards and scoring a touchdown. Gallup's touchdown was an impressive 43-yard catch at the end of the third quarter. Gallup was much more involved in this one, ending up third on the team in targets behind Ezekiel Elliott and Amari Cooper. Gallup will have more big games like this one, but he'll be hard to predict on a game-to-game basis. He's a WR3 with upside next week against the Cleveland Browns.

    From RotoBaller

Dak Prescott Sep 27 9:30pm ET

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott had another excellent, productive performance in Week 3, totaling 498 offensive yards. Dak completed 37 of his 57 passes for 472 yards and ran the ball six times for 26 more yards. Prescott threw three touchdowns and two interceptions. Prescott found a new target this week in Ced Wilson, who caught two of the touchdowns Dak threw. The Cowboys take on the Browns next week, and Prescott will be a top-half QB1 again.

Golden Tate Sep 27 9:20pm ET

New York Giants wide receiver Golden Tate made five catches for 36 yards in a loss to the 49ers on Sunday. Tate had seven targets which tied Darius Slayton for the team lead. He had five catches in each of the two games he's played, but he has just 83 yards combined. New York has struggled to move the ball and Tate has not found the end zone. He has a decent PPR-floor based on his targets, but he's not a receiver to target in fantasy. He'll be in the WR4 conversation in Week 4 at the Rams.

    From RotoBaller

Stephen Gostkowski Sep 27 9:20pm ET

Tennessee Titans kicker Stephen Gostkowski kicked six field goals in week three, from 30, 31, 39, 51, 54 and 55 yards out. His final kick of the day, from 55 yards, proved to be the game-winner with 1:44 left. Gostkowski has now knocked in game-winners three weeks in a row. After a rough start Gostkowski looks to have found his footing. He's a solid option moving forward if you're in need of a kicker.

    J.D. McKissic Sep 27 9:10pm ET

Washington Football Team running back J.D. McKissic handled five carries for 15 yards and added 37 receiving yards on three catches. McKissic was out-carried by Antonio Gibson nine to five on the ground but was more involved in the passing game than the rookie. While McKissic has a role in the passing game carved out, he's not a name to chase in fantasy on a bad Washington offense. He shouldn't be started in a tough Week 4 matchup versus the Ravens.

    From RotoBaller

New York Giants Sep 27 9:10pm ET

The New York Giants Defense was torn apart by backup quarterback Nick Mullens and the rest of the 49ers offense en route to a 36-9 beatdown in MetLife Stadium. They sacked Mullens only twice and were not able to force a turnover. New York has another tough matchup in Week 4 at the Rams and are not a unit to target in fantasy.

    From RotoBaller

Darius Slayton Sep 27 9:10pm ET

New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton caught three passes on seven targets for 53 yards in a loss to the 49ers on Sunday. Slayton led the Giants in receiving yards and was tied with Golden Tate for the team lead in targets. Slayton had a huge game in Week 1, but has not found the end zone since. He has a decent floor as the number-one receiving option on a bad offense, but his upside is limited with QB Daniel Jones struggling. He'll have a tough matchup in Week 4 at the Rams.

    From RotoBaller

Dontrelle Inman Sep 27 9:00pm ET

Washington Football Team wide receiver Dontrelle Inman caught three passes on six targets for 38 yards and two touchdowns in a loss to the Browns on Sunday. Inman was QB Dwayne Haskins' go-to option in the red zone as Inman caught touchdowns from 11 and 17 yards out. Despite the good game, Inman isn't a name to chase in most fantasy leagues. He has just seven catches through three games and the 38 yards Sunday is his high for the season. He should not be started in a tough Week 4 matchup versus the Ravens.

    From RotoBaller

Terry McLaurin Sep 27 8:50pm ET

Washington Football Team wide receiver Terry McLaurin caught four passes for 83 scoreless yards in a loss to the Browns on Sunday. McLaurin added one carry for three yards. It was a typical game for McLaurin who was the most targeted receiver on a below-average offense that struggled to move the football. McLaurin is a safe receiver as he has a strong target floor so he is a good bet for at least a few catches every week. Smash-games will be few and far between on this offense, but McLaurin is a stable WR2 in fantasy.

    From RotoBaller

    O.J. Howard Sep 27 8:40pm ET

Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end O.J. Howard recorded three receptions for 49 yards on four targets in the Week 3 win over Denver. Howard posted his best yards of the season, but that doesn't mean he should be a weekly TE starter going forward. The presence of Rob Gronkowski will always be a factor along with the wide receivers. Howard's role is not expected to be large each week as well, meaning he's best considered a TE2 going forward.

    From RotoBaller

Scott Miller Sep 27 8:30pm ET

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Scotty Miller saw five targets in the Week 3 win against the Broncos and capitalized with three receptions for 83 yards, pacing the team. Miller has been streaky this season, considering he did well in Week 1 and had a dud in Week 2. With Chris Godwin now dealing with a hamstring injury, Miller could see flex value if Godwin misses time. Other than that, the inconsistency of Miller only makes him intriguing for deep leagues.

    From RotoBaller

Rob Gronkowski Sep 27 8:30pm ET

Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Rob Gronkowski finally showed some semblance of himself in Week 3's win, seeing seven targets and getting six receptions for 48 yards. Gronk finally had a bit of meaningful production this week after only seeing four targets, two receptions, and 11 yards in the first two weeks. The tight end's name holds more fantasy value at this point. He should be considered more of a TE2 for now, at least until he shows some consistency in his numbers.

    From RotoBaller

Leonard Fournette Sep 27 8:20pm ET

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Leonard Fournette only had 15 rushing yards on seven carries in Week 3. This was a major head-scratcher considering the back rushed for over 100 yards last week and had 12 carries. It's clear the Bucs are splitting carries between Ronald Jones II and Fournette, meaning the consistency is not there. With much uncertainty regarding his role, Fournette should remain the RB3 tier for now, at least until the roles between him and Jones are solidified.

    From RotoBaller

Frank Gore Sep 27 8:20pm ET

New York Jets running back Frank Gore was used as the workhorse back once again this week. He carried the ball 15 times for 57 yards in the loss to the Indianapolis Colts in Week 3. The veteran back is likely going to be asked to carry the ball quite often until Le'Veon Bell (hamstring) returns. He has been unable to get much going on the ground this season. At this point, Gore is basically a desperation flex option and it'll likely stay that way versus the Denver Broncos next week.

    From RotoBaller

Mike Evans Sep 27 8:20pm ET

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans recorded two receptions for two yards on four targets in Week 3. Nevertheless, both of his receptions went for touchdowns. Evans salvaged his value this week with those touchdowns. With Chris Godwin injured in the game, Evans could once again see more targets come his way. Regardless of Godwin's presence, his strong role on this offense keeps him as a WR1 going forward.

    From RotoBaller

    La'Mical Perine Sep 27 8:20pm ET

New York Jets running back La'Mical Perine made his NFL debut last week, but wasn't able to do much damage. He was expected to see a higher volume of touches during the Week 3 matchup versus the Indianapolis Colts. Perine saw seven carries for 24 yards in the loss. Veteran running back Frank Gore continues to be the workhorse back with Le'Veon Bell (hamstring) sidelined. Perine has some upside, but probably won't be able to find much room to run in New York. He belongs on the waiver wire in 12-team formats.

    From RotoBaller

Chris Godwin Sep 27 8:20pm ET

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin recorded five receptions on six targets for 64 yards and a touchdown in Week 3's win against the Broncos. Despite the productive day after returning from a Week 2 absence, this was overshadowed by the wideout suffering a hamstring injury during the game. Now, managers will have to monitor the status of the receiver going into Week 4. It's fair to say the start to Godwin's season hasn't been as smooth as hoped. If he's ultimately able to play next week, he remains a starter given his rich role in this offense.
