Adam Thielen Mar 19 11:13pm ET
    Adam Thielen

Dynasty | The Carolina Panthers have signed wide receiver Adam Thielen to a three-year deal. Dynasty Analysis: After losing DJ Moore in the trade to land them the top pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, the Panthers were hurting for wide receiver help. In the end, they settled on Thielen, who should provide a veteran presence and solid red zone threat. Over the past three years, Thielen hasn't put up the number of catches or yards he did in his prime, but his 30 receiving touchdowns are still pretty impressive. We'll see what the Panthers do moving forward (they are rumored to have interest in DJ Chark), but at this point Thielen's ranking of WR63 should tick up, despite his age.

Javon Hargrave Mar 19 10:20pm ET
    Javon Hargrave

Free-agent safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson has agreed to a one-year, $8 million deal with the Lions. Philly has lost some big names already this offseason, as T.J. Edwards, Marcus Epps, Isaac Seumalo, Miles Sanders, and Javon Hargrave are now on new teams. With Detroit making some significant moves of late, Gardner-Johnson, who had 67 total tackles, eight passes defensed, six picks, and a sack last season, will help bolster a Lions defense that could be more productive in 2023-24.

Jerry Jeudy Mar 19 10:10pm ET
    Jerry Jeudy

According to Mike Klis of 9News, the Broncos remain uninterested in dealing Courtland Sutton or Jerry Jeudy. We've heard this before. However, there have been several reports to the contrary in the last few months. Sutton's best season was in 2019, where he amassed 72 catches for 1,112 yards and six touchdowns while earning a trip to the Pro Bowl. He tore his ACL the following season and hasn't been the same since. Jeudy, who has been subject to trade rumors in the past, is entering the final year of his current agreement, although Denver could pick up his fifth-year option. The 23-year-old is coming off his most productive season, finishing the 2022-23 campaign with 67 receptions for 972 yards and six trips to the end zone. Nevertheless, there will probably be continuous updates on these two, so fantasy managers won't know for certain where they'll end up. Yet, if they stay in Denver, the addition of head coach Sean Payton will surely increase their fantasy stock.

Travin Howard Mar 19 9:50pm ET
    Travin Howard

According to Michael Gehlken of the Dallas Morning News, free-agent linebacker Travin Howard will visit with the Cowboys on Monday. The 26-year-old has spent his entire career with the Rams, totaling 44 tackles (35 solo). However, he's started only two of his 29 career games while appearing in just one game last season. With that said, Dallas is looking to beef up the depth chart while keeping a close eye on the cap. But even if Howard inks a deal with the Cowboys, it won't mean much from a fantasy standpoint.

Ronald Jones II Mar 19 9:40pm ET
    Ronald Jones II

According to Michael Gehlken of the Dallas Morning News, the Cowboys will host free-agent running back Ronald Jones on Monday. The organization recently parted ways with Ezekiel Elliott, and Tony Pollard (fibula) suffered a leg injury during the NFC Divisional Round. As a result, the team needs to explore its options while being mindful of its cap situation. Jones spent last season in Kansas City, where he saw the field sparingly. He finished with just one touchdown in 2022-23 after amassing 20 in four years with the Buccaneers. If the 25-year-old ends up in Dallas, he's someone to watch, especially since he could see additional work early in the season if Pollard isn't healthy enough to play.

Adam Thielen Mar 19 9:20pm ET
    Adam Thielen

Free-agent wide receiver Adam Thielen agreed to a three-year, $25 million deal with the Panthers on Sunday. The Panthers recently sent D.J. Moore to Chicago, so there was a glaring hole at the position. The two-time Pro Bowl wideout has accumulated 534 catches for 6,682 yards and 55 touchdowns during his career. Arguably, Thielen's best seasons have occurred in the last three years, so there could be plenty of gas left in the tank. He has also stayed relatively healthy since entering the league in 2014, which has been another added perk for fantasy managers. However, Carolina is in rebuilding mode, and instability at the quarterback spot significantly lowers his ceiling heading into the 2023-24 campaign. Still, Thielen is certainly worth considering during fantasy drafts, even if his attractiveness on the fantasy end isn't as high as it once was.

Greg Gaines Mar 19 4:50pm ET
    Greg Gaines

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have reached an agreement with free-agent defensive tackle Greg Gaines. The two sides have agreed on a one-year contract for the upcoming 2023 season. This is a sneaky move by the Bucs to bulk up their defensive line without making a huge commitment. Gaines has started each of the last two seasons as a member of the Los Angeles Rams. During that span, Gaines has recorded 44 tackles, 10 tackles for loss, and 8.5 sacks in 33 games (25 starts) with the Rams. The expectation is that Gaines is going to immediately slide into a starting defensive tackle spot in Tampa Bay.

Brandin Cooks Mar 19 4:30pm ET
    Brandin Cooks

The Houston Texans have traded wide receiver Brandin Cooks to the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday. In exchange, the Texans will receive 2023 fifth-round pick and a 2024 sixth-round pick for Cooks. At first glance, that deal seems like a steal for the Cowboys who get a productive receiver for very little. The downside for Dallas is they will take on his $26 million salary for the 2023 campaign. The Cowboys are desperate for help at wideout, so they appear willing to pay in order to get another consistent receiver. Cooks has posted two 1,000-plus yard seasons over the last three years. He experienced a down year in 2022, but that was partly due to the fact the Texans were rebuilding. The move to Dallas should be positive for Cooks fantasy value. The hope is that he can be a high-end WR3 with an upgraded offensive unit.

    From RotoBaller

Kenny Pickett Mar 19 4:10pm ET
    Kenny Pickett

Free-agent guard Isaac Seumalo agreed to a three-year deal with the Steelers on Saturday. The 29-year-old has battled some injuries over the years. However, he appeared in all 17 games for the Eagles last season. Pittsburgh is apparently making the offensive line a priority, as the team also recently added Nate Herbig. The upgrade in protection could go a long way, especially concerning the development of Kenny Pickett. At the same time, Najee Harris, who has averaged 3.9 yards per carry during his career, should also benefit.

    From RotoBaller

Brandin Cooks Mar 19 12:13pm ET
    Brandin Cooks

Dynasty | The Houston Texans have traded wide receiver Brandin Cooks to Dallas. Dynasty Analysis: The Texans will receive a fifth-round pick in 2023 and a sixth-round pick in 2024 in exchange. Cooks voiced his unhappiness in terms of being on a rebuilding team last year and the Cowboys attempted to get him at the trade deadline, eventually striking out. This time, Houston and Dallas were able to agree on compensation and Cooks gets his wish. He should slide in nicely with the Cowboys, offering them a home run hitter in the process. Cooks had seen his ranking drop all the way to WR48 and that should now rise as he plays in a more competent offense.

Blaine Gabbert Mar 18 10:40pm ET
    Blaine Gabbert

According to ESPN's Field Yates, free-agent quarterback Blaine Gabbert stopped in Vegas on Saturday for a visit with the Raiders. The 33-year-old has bounced around the league since being taken with the No. 10 overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft. However, he spent the last three seasons in Tampa Bay, where he primarily served as Tom Brady's backup. Gabbert has totaled 9,302 yards, 51 touchdowns, and 47 interceptions off an atrocious 56.4% passing during his career. But the Raiders need an experienced signal-caller behind Jimmy Garoppolo, so Gabbert may be the man for the job. That said, even if he signs with Vegas and takes over under center at some point in 2023-24, his fantasy ceiling is extremely low.

    From RotoBaller

Foster Moreau Mar 18 10:30pm ET
    Foster Moreau

According to ESPN's Field Yates, free-agent tight end Foster Moreau visited the Saints. The Raiders drafted the 26-year-old in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft. Since then, he's totaled 91 catches for 1,107 yards and 12 touchdowns. However, he often played second fiddle to Darren Waller, so his fantasy production was limited. Moreau made a previous stop in Cincinnati, where he could reconnect with former collegiate teammate, Joe Burrow. Yet, Moreau is from Louisiana, which may sway him toward the Saints. There's also the potential of catching passes from Derek Carr, his former Raiders teammate.

    From RotoBaller

Adam Gotsis Mar 18 10:10pm ET
    Adam Gotsis

Free-agent defensive end Adam Gotsis will remain with the Jaguars on a two-year deal. The 30-year-old began his career in Denver before spending the last three seasons in Jacksonville. However, he hasn't done anything meaningful for IDP managers over the years, totaling 192 tackles and 9.5 sacks (104 games). There's a chance Gotsis could get more involved in 2023-24. But even if he gets additional work, it still won't make much of a difference on the fantasy end.

Odell Beckham Jr. Mar 18 4:50pm ET
    Odell Beckham Jr.

Free-agent wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. remains unsigned after recently holding a private workout in Arizona for numerous teams. Recent updates suggested that the multi-time Pro Bowler is looking to be paid around $20 million per season. However, Beckham took to Twitter and denied those reports. "I'm just so confused where the quote is from me tht [that] said I want 20," the wideout wrote. "All I'm sayin is 4 AINT enough." It appears he has drawn interest from at least one franchise. But Beckham is determined to get what he feels he deserves, so this process may drag out even longer. With that said, it will be interesting to see how much a team is willing to pay him, especially since he hasn't played in over a year because of a knee injury.

    From RotoBaller

Malik Reed Mar 18 4:30pm ET
    Malik Reed

Free-agent linebacker Malik Reed agreed to a one-year deal with the Dolphins. He's played four years in the National Football League, spending his first three seasons in Denver before suiting up for the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2022-23. The 26-year-old has totaled 148 tackles and 16 sacks, with a career-high eight occurring in the 2020 season. Miami has openings on the defensive side of the ball, so Reed is expected to provide some depth. However, his IDP value will remain capped unless he sees the field consistently.

    From RotoBaller

Nick Scott Mar 17 11:20pm ET
    Nick Scott

Free-agent safety Nick Scott agreed to a three-year, $12 million contract with the Cincinnati Bengals. The 27-year-old has played his entire career with the Rams, amassing 158 total tackles and four interceptions (64 games). Los Angeles obviously wanted to keep him. However, he'll instead be playing for the team that lost to the Rams in Super Bowl LVI. With Jessie Bates III leaving for Atlanta via free agency, Cincinnati added Scott to fill the massive void. He's coming off a career year, so he should be up to the task.

    From RotoBaller

Kevin Byard Mar 17 11:00pm ET
    Kevin Byard

Tennessee Titans safety Kevin Byard has reportedly refused to take a pay cut. The 29-year-old, who has played his entire career in Tennessee, has amassed 626 total tackles, 27 interceptions, and four sacks (114 games). He's also a two-time Pro Bowler and All-Pro. Byard is due to make $13.6 million this season. However, with the latest update, his future with the Titans could be in jeopardy. If that's the case, plenty of teams around the NFL would love to add him to the roster.

    From RotoBaller

Foster Moreau Mar 17 10:50pm ET
    Foster Moreau

Free-agent tight end Foster Moreau had a recent visit with the Bengals. The 26-year-old had played for the Raiders since the team took him in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft. He's amassed 91 catches for 1,107 yards and 12 touchdowns during his career. However, Moreau was relegated to the No. 2 spot on the depth chart behind Darren Waller over the years. Nevertheless, he's a former teammate of quarterback Joe Burrow, so that may improve his chances of landing in Cincinnati. With Hayden Hurst departing for Carolina, Moreau could thrive as the team's top tight end.

    From RotoBaller

Dalvin Tomlinson Mar 17 10:40pm ET
    Dalvin Tomlinson

According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Media, free-agent defensive lineman Dean Lowry has agreed to a two-year, $8 million contract with Minnesota. Green Bay took the former Northwestern Wildcat in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft. Since then, he's played 111 games for the Packers, totaling 253 tackles, 15.5 sacks, and one interception. Dalvin Tomlinson left for Cleveland via free agency, so Lowry was added to bolster depth at the position.

    From RotoBaller

Juan Thornhill Mar 17 10:30pm ET
    Juan Thornhill

According to NFL Media's Ian Rapoport, Free-agent safety Mike Edwards plans to sign with the Chiefs on a one-year, $3 million deal. The 26-year-old was selected in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft by Tampa Bay, where he played the last four seasons. During that time, he amassed 184 total tackles, seven interceptions, and two sacks (58 games). Kansas City lost Juan Thornhill to the Browns via free agency, so the team needed a replacement. While Edwards isn't as productive as Thornhill, he's an upgrade over the other options on the roster.
