Ryan Neal Mar 31 8:20pm ET
    Ryan Neal

The Seattle Seahawks have withdrawn the restricted free agent tender from safety Ryan Neal. The 27-year-old is now a free agent after being tendered by the team in mid-March. It's uncertain why the team decided to move on from Neal. Last season, he recorded 66 tackles, eight passes defended, and one interception in 14 games (10 starts) with Seattle. Neal has played well in each of the last three seasons. He should have a handful of suitors in free agency.

Pharaoh Brown Mar 31 8:10pm ET
    Pharaoh Brown

Free-agent tight end Pharaoh Brown has signed a one-year deal with the Indianapolis Colts. The 28-year-old has bounced between the Houston Texans and Cleveland Browns since 2019. Over his career, Brown has 51 receptions, 478 yards, and two touchdowns in 55 games. He'll join Mo Alie-Cox, Kylen Granson, and Jelani Woods in the tight end room. None of these players have run away with a starting gig in Indy. Brown will probably end up as a depth player.

Laquon Treadwell Mar 31 8:00pm ET
    Laquon Treadwell

Free-agent wide receiver Laquon Treadwell worked out for the Dallas Cowboys on Friday. It appears the Cowboys aren't done adding to their wideout room after acquiring Brandin Cooks earlier this month. Treadwell was a former first rounder of the Minnesota Vikings in 2016. He hasn't really done much since entering the league. Treadwell posted his best season in 2021 with 33 receptions, 434 yards, and one touchdown in 12 games (seven starts) with the Jacksonville Jaguars. The 27-year-old is basically a depth option and probably won't be a factor in fantasy leagues.

Darrynton Evans Mar 31 8:00pm ET
    Darrynton Evans

Free-agent running back Darrynton Evans is scheduled to meet with the Indianapolis Colts this week. The 24-year-old was drafted by the Tennessee Titans in the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft. Sadly, injuries and a lack of opportunity have held Evans back early in his career. Through 12 games, Evans has 30 carries for 125 scoreless yards. The Colts could certainly use another body behind Jonathan Taylor. That being said, Evans could have a real chance to compete for snaps in Indianapolis. His only real competition at a backup role is Deon Jackson. It remains to be seen if the two sides can come to an agreement, but Evans could do well with a move to Indy.

Bailey Zappe Mar 31 2:13pm ET
    Bailey Zappe

Dynasty | Mac Jones' dynasty stock continues to fall Dynasty Analysis: Jones' ADP has slipped to 225 from 181 as questions remain about his ability to hold off 2022 rookie Bailey Zappe for the starting role. Famously unwilling to add high priced free agents in the past, it seems as if the Bill Belichick and the Patriots have decided it's time to invest in receivers to help Jones take the next step and it stands to reason that if the team has a slow start to 2023, a change could be made. As DLF's Q23, it's clear dynasty coaches don't have high expectations.

    From Dynasty League Fantasy

Russell Wilson Mar 31 2:13pm ET
    Russell Wilson

Dynasty | Russell Wilson's dynasty value continues to fall Dynasty Analysis: Wilson's most recent ADP value fell to 164 from 101 as dynasty coaches continue to fade the veteran on the heels of a terrifically horrible 2022. The Broncos added Sean Payton at head coach and still have noteworthy receivers Courtland Sutton and Jerry Jeudy in place, though both have been rumored to be available via trade. Now 34, it's unclear if if Payton is willing to invest or the long term in Wilson and the once-great star is clearly at a crossroads in his career. Russell Wilson is found as DLF's QB16.

Trayveon Williams Mar 31 1:30pm ET
    Trayveon Williams

Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor said signing a running back in free agency this offseason is a "possibility," but he also likes the progress of running back Trayveon Williams, who recently re-signed with the team. "We have high hopes for him. He understands what it takes to compete in this league," Taylor said. The Bengals also have Chris Evans, who is entering his third year. Ezekiel Elliott and Kareem Hunt remain on the open market, but it sounds like the Bengals don't necessarily feel the need to sign them. As things currently stand, Williams is the direct backup to Joe Mixon in Cincy. The 25-year-old former sixth-round pick in 2019 has just 47 carries for 238 yards and no touchdowns in his four NFL seasons, adding eight catches for 64 yards in 34 games. However, he could be looking at a more prominent role in 2023.

Mac Jones Mar 31 1:20pm ET
    Mac Jones

New England Patriots quarterback Bill Belichick remained non-committal during the owners meetings this week on whether quarterback Mac Jones will be the starter in 2023. "Everybody will get a chance to play. We'll play the best players," Belichick said when asked if it was fair to say that both Jones and Bailey Zappe will be competing for the job in training camp over the summer. Jones, a former first-rounder, took a big step back in 2022 in his sophomore season, but the fact that the team spent so much draft capital on him likely will mean he's still the favorite to start to open the 2023 season. The addition of offensive coordinator Bill O'Brien this year should have fantasy managers cautiously optimistic that Jones can bounce back, but he shouldn't be considered anything more than a low-end QB2.

Joe Burrow Mar 31 1:20pm ET
    Joe Burrow

The Cincinnati Bengals have begun discussions with quarterback Joe Burrow on a long-term contract extension this offseason. Head coach Zac Taylor told the media that talks have started and "the process is underway," according to a team source. This could take a while to finalize, but the Bengals appear fully committed to securing Burrow's future. Burrow led Cincy to the Super Bowl in just his second NFL season in 2021 and was excellent again in 2023, completing 68.3 percent of his passes for 4,475 yards, 35 touchdowns and 12 interceptions in 16 regular season starts. He led his squad to the AFC title game for the second straight season and will easily be a top-five fantasy QB1 in 2023.

Joe Mixon Mar 31 1:13pm ET
    Joe Mixon

Dynasty | Bengals team executive Katie Blackburn said of Joe Mixon: "Right now, he's on the team and we are gonna count on him until that wouldn't be the case." Dynasty Analysis: It's not exactly a ringing endorsement for the veteran runner. A pair of offseason gun related incidents combined with a nearly $13M 2023 price tag puts Mixon squarely on the chopping block for a position which continues to be devalued in the NFL. If the team has Mixon in its future, all word coming from with HQ seems to suggest otherwise and he could be facing his first team change. As a runner, Mixon had a strong 2021, but turned in disappointing 2020 and 2022 seasons and continues to slip in dynasty rankings. Now found as DLF's RB15, Joe Mixon turns 27 prior to the regular season.

    C.J. Stroud Mar 31 1:13pm ET
    C.J. Stroud

Dynasty | According to PFF, Bryce Young should be the first quarterback selected in the 2023 NFL Draft Dynasty Analysis: With most signs still pointing to C.J. Stroud being selected first-overall, PFF cites multiple metrics and two years of unquestionable statistics which paint Young very favorably as a should-be top selection. If not for size concerns, it's no stretch to suggest Young would run-away with the honor, but at 5'10" and a questionable 204 lbs., the belief is that the prototypical size of Stroud makes for a safer selection. The Panthers hold the top selection and have refused to rule out Young as their pick, so anything is possible, including trading away the position if they are equally smitten with both players, though that is unlikely after trading up for the right to choose. Young has slipped to DLF's QB2 behind only Stroud.

    From Dynasty League Fantasy

Daniel Jones Mar 31 1:13pm ET
    Daniel Jones

Dynasty | Daniel Jones has been a notable dynasty riser this offseason Dynasty Analysis: Jones ADP has tracked higher to 147 from 230 of late and his arrows continue to point up as the team appears dedicated to adding weapons in the passing game. Now found as DLF's QB15, Jones' mobility along with his age (25) is providing wind in his dynasty sails and there's reason to believe his ascent could continue as 2023 plays out. It's not out of the question Jones is found as a QB1 before the end of the upcoming fantasy season.

    From Dynasty League Fantasy

Jared Goff Mar 31 1:13pm ET
    Jared Goff

Dynasty | Jared Goff's dynasty ADP has been on the rise Dynasty Analysis: While off his Feb. ADP high of 173, Goff sits at 187 as of March and is an intriguing risk-on buy-low acquisition for coaches willing to bet on the veteran's chances of retaining the starting role beyond 2023. Goff turns 29 in October and we'll know much more about how the Lions feel about his role as starter as the NFL Draft unfolds in the coming weeks. There's no question the team is on the rise with young playmakers at skill positions and Goff could produce an upside 2023. Found as DLF's QB22, he doesn't present as a dynamic quarterback asset but at a back-end QB2 value, could be an intriguing buy-low insurance asset. Goff's value could rise following the NFL Draft if the team doesn't invest highly in a rookie quarterback.

    From Dynasty League Fantasy

Anthony Richardson Mar 31 12:13pm ET
    Anthony Richardson

Dynasty | Anthony Richardson impressed at Florida's pro day. Dynasty Analysis: Richardson was impressive again though only participated in passing drills. He has little to prove in the athletic department though he did complete his workout with a perfect backflip. While we've seen mock drafts from some NFL pundits with Richardson falling out o the top ten selections, there's just too much need at the position and it will be a surprise if the freak athlete remains on the board after pick seven. Richardson continues to rise on fantasy boards but has little room for further ascent given his QB3 and R4 (overall) on DLF's superflex rookie rankings

    From Dynasty League Fantasy

Trey Lance Mar 31 12:13pm ET
    Trey Lance

Dynasty | According to Matt Barrows, "All scenarios are in play" related to Trey Lance. Dynasty Analysis: From having a chance to win the starting role during the preseason, to being traded during the NFL Draft or in 2024 after the team establishes more confidence in 2022 rookie Brock Purdy, it truly appears as though there is no set course established and the chips will fall where they will. As Barrows points out, it makes sense for Lance to remain with the team in 2023 because the 49ers need numbers at the position following the loss of Garoppolo. Found as DLF's QB13, Lance no longer has a clear path to being the starter and all signs point to it being Purdy's job to lose when healthy following his unexpected 7-0 record as a starter. Lance has become a risk-on asset with upside in fantasy.

Lamar Jackson Mar 30 7:00pm ET
    Lamar Jackson

The Baltimore Ravens have been fairly active in the wide receiver market this offseason. They have looked into free-agent Odell Beckham Jr. and have also discussed the possibility of trading for Arizona Cardinals receiver DeAndre Hopkins and Denver Broncos pass-catcher Courtland Sutton. Baltimore seems open to adding a quality outside receiver, whether they retain quarterback Lamar Jackson or not. Rashod Bateman (foot), who is coming off a serious injury in 2022, needs more help than just Nelson Agholor. The Ravens should also be expected to address the position via the draft next month, but adding a quality receiver on the outside would make this offense much more dynamic in 2023.

    From RotoBaller

Jerry Jeudy Mar 30 6:40pm ET
    Jerry Jeudy

The Denver Broncos aren't hanging up the phone when teams call them about wide receivers Jerry Jeudy and Courtland Sutton. The Broncos need picks in the draft and know they could get something of value in return for either Jeudy or Sutton. However, with a month before the draft, Denver is still asking for a lot in return. This could change as the draft draws closer, but for now, nothing is imminent. A conflicting report surfaced recently that new head coach Sean Payton isn't interested in trading the team's two best receivers, and a separate report suggest that the Broncos were asking for a first-round pick in exchange for Jeudy. If both wideouts stick around, they could be looking at bounce-back years, but they also would need quarterback Russell Wilson to play much better than he did in 2022.

    From RotoBaller

Kyle Trask Mar 30 6:40pm ET
    Kyle Trask

Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles called "game on" for Baker Mayfield versus Kyle Trask at quarterback in training camp this summer. "Some competitive juice to go along with Trask. Baker's won in college, he's been to the playoffs as a pro, and he brings us a lot of leadership. I think this style of offense will fit him really well. I think it will be a good battle between him and Trask to see who will win," Bowles said when asked what Mayfield brings to the team. The Bucs seem to really be high on Trask, but Tampa will make this a straight up QB competition in training camp. Mayfield, 27, is the higher-profile signal-caller as a former first-rounder and has much more experience, as Trask has only attempted nine pass attempts in his career.

    From RotoBaller

Odell Beckham Jr. Mar 30 6:30pm ET
    Odell Beckham Jr.

Free-agent wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. has offers on the table from multiple teams, but the New York Jets are the most likely landing spot, according to a source. Beckham could be waiting to make sure the Jets complete a trade for quarterback Aaron Rodgers before finalizing his own decision. The Baltimore Ravens have also made a push for Beckham this offseason. OBJ would have a better path to playing time with the receiver-needy Ravens, but it's looking like it would be an upset at this point if the Jets don't sign him. The 30-year-old could struggle for a significant role in New York alongside the likes of receivers Garrett Wilson, Allen Lazard, Mecole Hardman and Corey Davis while coming off a lost 2022 season due to a torn ACL.

    From RotoBaller

DeAndre Hopkins Mar 30 6:30pm ET
    DeAndre Hopkins

Arizona Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon said he expects wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins to remain with the team. Hopkins is set to count just under $30 million against the 2023 salary cap, though, and the team would save around $9 million and carry around $21 million in dead money this year if they traded him, but the acquiring team would still be taking on $19.45 million in cash and cap for a receiver who turns 31 in June. Nuk still has something left in the tank, but ESPN's Dan Graziano couldn't find a team at the owners meetings this week that sounded willing to acquire him without Arizona eating some of the money. The Patriots were rumored to be interested, but it sounds like Hopkins' history with new offensive coordinator Bill O'Brien is an impediment to a trade.
