RealTime Fantasy Sports senior writer Jeff Paur goes live for an hour on Wednesday, September 25 at noon ET to answer any questions you might have for Week 4 of the fantasy football season.
If you want to send questions ahead of time, feel free to email (jeff@rtsports.com) or send a question on X (@jeffpaur).
All-Star Family...The "SLIPPERY NIGGA HAD A EXTRA BOTTLE" sorry y'all and my apologies to 7 & 7 but the CNOTE loss cause him to call my ass yesterday and the first words out of his mouth was "THE SLIPPPERY NIGGA HAD A EXTRA BOTTLE" and I couldn't stop laughing because the shit was so funny on the way his ass said it and what he was referencing it to and we all know P-Diddy had over a 1,000 bottles of "BOOTY LUBRICANT" that was confiscated after his arrest.and referencing it to 7 & 7 made that shit just crazy funny but so wrong. Look y'all he is straight up hatin on 7 & 7 and been coming for him every week because he's winning again to start off the season and has beat his ass in the process, he's just at straight up hater 7 & 7 just keep doing you.. On the other hand my ass is all over the place I can't figure out what the hell lineup to use moving forward so my ass just picked back up my rookie Caleb Williams that I cut, so I'm doing me rocking with whom I drafted. So Dak gets to start for me in week-4 because them Cowboys are desperate this week and need to score because their damn defense can't stop anybody.
All-Star Family...ESPN's Harry Douglas got this saying "THAT BOY BAD" and that be my boy the Candyman's ass right about now, hell he's scored 325-points in the first three weeks of the season and my ass was no match for him this week losing 97-34. Can't hate though because my squad ain't about shit right about now and I'm dealing with some early adversity to start this season which is not a good look but ain't worse than where OBOI's ass is right about now at 0-3 and I know that shit sounds like it's shade but I don't mean it that way it's just the current reality for both our assess. Now let me give "PRAISE & PROPS" to 7 & 7 for his 3-0 start and being "TOP-DOG" to start off the season again undefeated that's the way to go my guy glad you got that CNOTE ass this week. You see you can always talk yourself into an ass whoopin but never a victory and CNOTE's ass has been doing that shit in back to back weeks against my ass and again this week against 7 & 7 which has cost his ass back to back losses.. But you what, them comments his ass has made toward 7 & 7 and attacking him constantly all season especially with those P-Diddy references and now coming for him again calling him "SLIPPERY LUBRICANT" is just straight up so wrong. I can go along with the 7 & 7 comment his ass came up with because ain't nobody ever won seven out the gate and then lose seven in a row hell that's All-Star league history. Now look at his ass 3-0 and ain't saying shit, not a damn word, quiet as a mouse pissing on cotton and I get it his ass is on top of the fantasy football world right about now and there is no need for his ass to say shit, so "CARRY-ON" 7 & 7 you be that dude, your heard.
Hey, y'all better leave Back Cracker alone. The man is 3-0, and took a tongue lashing from C.J. and see what happened to him. That's why I got my ass off the C-Note bus in a bad neighborhood. I'm not going down the road with him!!!😂
All-Star Family...Damn Champ is that what we doing, putting "7 & 7" on blast again, 1000 bottles of "P-DIDDY BOOTY LUBRICANT" played a role in his down fall causing seven losses in a row for my guy in 2023. Look we should all know P-Diddy is now locked up behind bars for sex trafficking and racketeering these days but damn to insinuate that 7 & 7 played a role in attending any of those P-Diddy parties is just tragic. Like I mention in my last post and your ass already know that 7 & 7 ain't to be "F**K WITH" at the beginning of the season you yourself pointed that shit out to me when I loss to his ass in week-1. So for you to come for him like this is so disrespectful and I hope he smashes the shit out of your ass for his third win of the season this week. Look 7 & 7 made "All-Star League" history in 2023 and done something no one else has ever achieved by winning seven in a row to start off a season and not finish on the plaque. So leave this brother along and let him focus on this 2024 season and by the way he is the only undefeated team right about now in this league and is beating and leading your ass after last night's game so recognize that shit. Now "CARRY-ON" 7 & 7 and beat that ass in week-3, the pom-poms are out for you my guy.

Free Agent linebacker Kwon Alexander is set to sign with the Denver Broncos on their practice squad, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. Alexander is a former Pro Bowler who the Tampa Bay Buccaneers drafted in the fourth round of the 2015 draft. The talented and versatile linebacker has also played for the 49ers, Saints, Jets, and Steelers before signing with the Broncos. The Denver defense has allowed 15.3 points per game so far this season in three games and is coming off a dominant performance in a 26-7 victory at Tampa Bay in Week 3. Alexander should eventually add depth to the linebacking corps and could find some playing time after beginning on the practice squad.

New York Giants wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson heads into Week 4 after a solid performance in the 21-15 win over the Browns, where he caught seven passes for 61 yards. Robinson has been utilized primarily as a short-area target, averaging 11.57 fantasy points per game in 2024. He has 123 total receiving yards and one touchdown, with 15 receptions and 24 targets. Facing the Dallas Cowboys in Week 4, Robinson must contend with a defense ranked 15th against wide receivers, allowing 594 passing yards this season. His quickness could help exploit Dallas' weaker slot coverage, but the Cowboys have held opposing WRs to just 25.90 fantasy points per game. Robinson's target share offers a stable floor but remains a low-upside flex option in this divisional matchup.

Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin spoke about what rookie wide receiver Roman Wilson needs to do to earn playing time: "He just has to keep working. It's tough to get on a moving train." Ahead of their Week 3 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers, the Steelers made the surprising choice not to dress Wilson, who has been recovering from an ankle injury sustained during training camp. This injury caused him to miss the preseason and the first two games of the regular season. Wilson remained inactive despite logging two full practices to finish the week and having no injury designation going into Sunday. The Steelers only dressed four wide receivers for the game, although running back Cordarrelle Patterson also contributes as a receiver. The team's third-round pick from Michigan in the 2024 NFL Draft is eager to get on the field soon.

Dallas Cowboys star pass rusher Micah Parsons described the start of the 2024 season as "extremely humbling." It wasn't just the fact that the Cowboys suffered back-to-back home losses; it was the manner in which they were defeated. Similar to last year's playoff blowout against Green Bay, the defense was overrun in both games. Given the Cleveland Browns' performance this season, the Week 1 road victory feels less significant. The Cowboys have begun their home schedule by surrendering a staggering 888 yards in losses to New Orleans and Baltimore, including 464 yards on the ground. The continued lackluster performances raise doubts about any potential turnaround. With a quick turnaround, the Cowboys must shift their focus from the loss to Baltimore as they prepare to face the Giants on Thursday. The Cowboy's defense should be startable in a good matchup.
From RotoBaller
Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb (ankle) fully participated in Tuesday's practice, which is excellent news following a challenging Week 3. Lamb did not address reporters after Sunday's home defeat to the Baltimore Ravens, a game where he struggled with a lost fumble, dropped a pass, and appeared to have a disagreement with quarterback Dak Prescott on the sidelines. He finished the game with four receptions for 67 yards, but after halftime, he managed just one catch for nine yards on six targets as the Cowboys fell behind 28-6. Fortunately for Dallas, they won't have much time to dwell on their two consecutive losses as they face the New York Giants on Thursday. Lamb has the potential to rebound strongly; last season, he recorded 15 catches for 228 yards and one touchdown in two games against the Giants. This matchup allows him to move past the disappointment against Baltimore and shine against a familiar rival.

The Los Angeles Chargers will be without star safety Derwin James when they face Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 5. The NFL announced that hearing officer Derrick Brooks, appointed by the NFL and NFLPA, upheld James' one-game suspension without pay due to "repeated violations of playing rules aimed at protecting player health and safety," including an incident during Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. James received a penalty for unnecessary roughness after delivering a head hit to Pat Freiermuth in the Chargers' 20-10 loss to Pittsburgh. Over his last 18 games, he has accumulated five unnecessary roughness penalties, the highest total among defensive players in the league, all involving head contact using his shoulder or helmet. A three-time All-Pro and Pro Bowl selection, James has registered 21 combined tackles and one sack in three games this season. Last year, he was fined $91,027 by the NFL for similar unnecessary roughness penalties and hits on defenseless players. With the Chargers missing one of their top defensive assets, all Chiefs playmakers should see a boost in value.
From RotoBaller
New York Giants kicker Greg Joseph heads into Week 4 after scoring only three extra points in the 21-15 win over the Browns. In his first game as a New York Giant, Joseph missed the only field goal he attempted from 48 yards out. Facing the Dallas Cowboys in Week 4, he is looking to make a more significant impact on the game as he tries to hold on to a roster spot. Managers will want to look to other teams, as Joseph is just a placeholder until Graham Gano returns.
From RotoBaller
New York Giants tight end Theo Johnson heads into Week 4 after contributing only one reception for 13 yards in the team's 21-15 win over the Browns. He almost scored the first touchdown of his career as he was targeted in the end zone, but the ball was just out of his reach. Johnson has averaged 1.70 fantasy points per game this season as he is still adjusting to life in the NFL. However, he faces a tough test against the Dallas Cowboys, who rank 13th in defense against tight ends and have allowed just 7.47 fantasy points per game to the position. As of now, Johnson is best left on the waiver wire.
From RotoBaller
New York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers enters Week 4 after another elite performance in the 21-15 win over the Browns, where he hauled in eight catches for 78 yards and two touchdowns. Nabers has quickly become the primary pass catcher for Daniel Jones, leading the NFL with 37 targets and 22.83 fantasy points per game through three weeks. The defense of the Dallas Cowboys have been more vulnerable to wide receivers, ranking 15th against the position and allowing 594 passing yards through three games. This offers some opportunity for Nabers, but Dallas still holds opposing WRs to 25.90 fantasy points per game. His volume gives him a high floor, but managers can still hope for continued greatness in this divisional matchup.
From RotoBaller
New York Giants running back Devin Singletary enters Week 4 following a solid performance in the 21-15 win over the Browns, where he rushed for 65 yards on 16 carries and added four receptions for 43 yards. Singletary is averaging a respectable 15.5 fantasy points per game in 2024 (ranked as the 13th RB overall), primarily thanks to his usage as the Giants' lead back. The Dallas Cowboys defense has been the worst defense against the run, allowing the most rushing yards in the league with 557 in only three games. Singletary's volume gives him a safe floor, and Dallas' porous run defense provides the potential for him to be a No. 1 back in Week 4.
From RotoBaller
New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones enters Week 4 (on Thursday) following a solid showing in the 21-15 win over the Browns, where he posted 236 passing yards, two touchdowns, and 20 rushing yards. Jones is averaging 14.9 fantasy points per game in 2024, with 67 rushing yards, four passing TDs, and two interceptions. The Dallas Cowboys' defense has been poor this season, ranking fourth in fantasy points allowed to QBs, averaging 19.39 fantasy points per game in 2024. Jones looks to take advantage of the matchup. His rushing upside may be crucial, and he has some upside (especially with rookie phenom Malik Nabers on his side), but he's still a risky fantasy start in this tough divisional matchup.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills CB Taron Johnson (forearm) and LB Terrel Bernard (pectoral) will not practice this week and have been ruled out for Week 4 versus the Baltimore Ravens, according to head coach Sean McDermott on Tuesday, Sept. 24.
From TheHuddle
Detroit Lions wide receiver Tim Patrick has been signed from the practice squad to the active roster on Tuesday. He spent the first three weeks on the practice squad, but he saw game action in each of the last two contests. The Lions were going to be forced to sign him anyway if they brought him back up from the practice squad again this week. Patrick will now stick on the active roster as depth going forward. He has hauled in three of his five targets for 20 yards in two games with the Lions. Patrick put together multiple successful seasons as a member of the Denver Broncos. The veteran wideout probably won't be fantasy relevant, but is a nice depth piece to have on the roster.
From RotoBaller
New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton (thumb) was a limited participant during practice for the second day in a row. This doesn't come as much of a surprise after Slayton was forced to exit early during Sunday's game. However, the 27-year-old returned to the game and his testing on his hand came back clean. That being said, the Giants are likely just being cautious with Slayton as they head into a short week. Hopefully Slayton can be upgraded to full on Wednesday with a game against the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday. If he misses Week 4, Wan'Dale Robinson and Malik Nabers should see increased looks in the offense. Both wideouts have been viable options for this offense early in the season.
From RotoBaller
Kansas City Chiefs running back Keaontay Ingram has been waived by the organization on Tuesday. Ingram was the odd man out with Kareem Hunt being added to the active roster. There was no more room for Ingram with Carson Steele, Samaje Perine, and now Hunt all in the mix while Isiah Pacheco (leg) recovers. Ingram rushed for 134 yards on 62 attempts over parts of two seasons with the Arizona Cardinals. He didn't play a single snap despite being active for the game last week. The 24-year-old will look to catch on elsewhere as depth.
From RotoBaller
The Denver Broncos reportedly had free-agent linebacker Kwon Alexander in for a visit on Tuesday. The former fourth-round pick was a Pro Bowl linebacker with Tampa Bay, but has mainly been used as depth over the last few years. The 30-year-old had 41 tackles, one sack, and one interception in nine games (two starts) with the Pittsburgh Steelers last season. Alexander should be healthy now and appears ready to contribute to an NFL roster. He should still have something left in the tank and his presence should be an asset to this Denver defense, assuming he does sign there.
From RotoBaller
Jacksonville Jaguars linebacker Foyesade Oluokun (foot) is expected to miss several weeks of action. This news comes a day after Oluokun was forced to exit early during Monday's loss to the Buffalo Bills. The star linebacker is reportedly dealing with plantar fasciitis, which is something that is really only healed by rest. Ventrell Miller took over after Oluokun left on Monday and figures to see increased playing time going forward. The loss of Oluokun is huge considering he has recorded over 170 tackles in each of the last three seasons.
From RotoBaller
Pittsburgh Steelers QB Justin Fields is preparing to start in Week 4, but QB Russell Wilson (calf) has not been ruled out yet, head coach Mike Tomlin said on Tuesday, Sept. 24.
Fantasy Spin: It's status quo for the Steelers ahead of their Week 4 game. Fields appears to be on track to start for now, but the Steelers have yet to decide if he will keep the job for the long haul once Wilson is healthy. Assuming he gets another start, Fields is a shaky QB2 option.
From TheHuddle
Las Vegas Raiders WR Davante Adams reiterated he doesn't want to be traded on Tuesday, Sept. 24.
From TheHuddle
Jacksonville Jaguars LB Foyesade Oluokun (foot) is expected to miss several weeks due to plantar fasciitis, per sources on Tuesday, Sept. 24.
