Houston Texans impending free-agent WR Will Fuller's 'downfield speed' could make him an appealing target for a Cincinnati Bengals offense that ranked 31st in the NFL with 470 deep passing yards in 2020, according to Seth Galina of Pro Football Focus.
Fantasy Spin: Health has been a constant issue, but Fuller his been a big-play weapon and a touchdown machine when on the field. Fuller would add another dimension to the Cincinnati passing attack, but with Tyler Boyd and Tee Higgins already in the mix, Fuller would probably be more a high-upside WR3 than a high-volume, go-to option.
From TheHuddle
Minnesota Vikings impending free-agent S Anthony Harris has forced an incompletion on 25.9 percent of his targets since 2018, the best rate among safeties in that span, according to Seth Galina of Pro Football Focus.
From TheHuddle
Los Angeles Chargers impending free-agent TE Hunter Henry could be pursued by the Carolina Panthers to upgrade a passing attack that generated a total of 204 receiving yards from the tight end position in 2020, according to Seth Galina of Pro Football Focus.
Fantasy Spin: Henry has battled injuries throughout his career, but he has delivered TE1 production when he has been on the field. Any team that signs him would presumably use him in a featured role, but landing with a team like Carolina that offers zero competition at the tight end position would raise his floor.
From TheHuddle
Los Angeles Chargers impending free-agent DE Melvin Ingram is not expected to re-sign with the Chargers this offseason.
From TheHuddle
Free-agent DT Jurrell Casey (Broncos) could receive interest from the Las Vegas Raiders this offseason if the team does not re-sign DT Johnathan Hankins, in the opinion of ESPN.com's Paul Gutierrez.
From TheHuddle
New York Jets impending free-agent WR Breshad Perriman is not expected to re-sign with the Jets this offseason.
Fantasy Spin: Perriman was limited to 12 games this season and finished with 505 yards and three touchdowns. He likely will be able to find another team but can be avoided in fantasy leagues.
From TheHuddle
Miami Dolphins impending free-agent LB Kamu Grugier-Hill is expected to look for a more consistent role this offseason and is unlikely to re-sign with the Dolphins.
From TheHuddle
Indianapolis Colts impending free-agent QB Jacoby Brissett, Los Angeles Chargers impending free-agent QB Tyrod Taylor and free-agent QB Robert Griffin III (Ravens) could be possible backup quarterback options for the Miami Dolphins this offseason, in the opinion of ESPN.com's Cameron Wolfe.
From TheHuddle
Jacksonville Jaguars impending free-agent CB D.J. Hayden is not expected to return to the team next season.
From TheHuddle
Pittsburgh Steelers impending free-agent DT Tyson Alualu could re-sign with the Steelers this offseason depending on the salary, in the opinion of ESPN.com's Brooke Pryor.
From TheHuddle
Baltimore Ravens impending free-agent DE Derek Wolfe would like to re-sign with the Ravens this offseason, and the team is believed to be interested in bringing him back.
From TheHuddle
Kansas City Chiefs TE Travis Kelce has caught 70 passes of at least 15 yards since the start of the 2019 season, which leads the NFL.
Fantasy Spin: Kelce will continue to be a big part of the passing game for the Chiefs for the foreseeable future. He should be an early-round pick in fantasy leagues and likely will be the first tight end selected.
From TheHuddle
Buffalo Bills impending free-agent RB T.J. Yeldon is not expected to re-sign with the Bills this offseason.
From TheHuddle
New England Patriots impending free-agent CB Jason McCourty plans to play next season, according to sources.
From TheHuddle
Pittsburgh Steelers impending free-agent WR JuJu Smith-Schuster likely will leave in free agency since the team will not be able to offer him a lucrative contract because of their salary cap situation.
Fantasy Spin: Smith-Schuster should receive plenty of interest in free agency and can be a starter on most teams. He has a chance to be at least a No. 3 receiver in most fantasy leagues.
From TheHuddle
Los Angeles Chargers LB Denzel Perryman reportedly plans to test out the free-agent market, according to agent Ron Butler. However, he hasn't ruled out a return to the Chargers next season.
From TheHuddle
Miami Dolphins impending free-agent QB Ryan Fitzpatrick appears to be leaning retirement, according to 104.3 The Fan's John Clayton.
From TheHuddle
Philadelphia Eagles DE Brandon Graham is expected to have his contract restructured soon, in order to free up salary cap space. Details of the restructured deal are not yet available.
From TheHuddle
Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Tom Brady is 'getting closer' to a restructured contract with the team, according to a source Saturday, March 6. Brady said he'd 'consider' playing beyond 45 years old.
Fantasy Spin: Good news for dynasty managers who don't yet need to worry about finding a replacement for the future Hall of Famer. So long as the Buccaneers are able to keep the bulk of their receiving corps intact, Brady will be a mid- to low-tier QB1 for at least one more season.
From TheHuddle
Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is "right on track" in his efforts to rehab a torn ACL suffered last October. Cleveland general manager Andrew Berry told reporters that Beckham and some other injured Browns players are "all progressing really well" as they prepare for the 2021 season. Beckham will look to return to the fold and help Cleveland build upon their most successful season since returning to the league as an expansion franchise in 1999. Fantasy gamers can no longer count on Beckham as an elite producer but he could wind up as a value in 2021.
