With 2 weeks to go, playoff races are still tight. There are 4 teams on a bye in week 14 and I will be watching closely for teams that start bye week players when they have other options, so watch your lineups. I'll be fining any team that starts bye week or Injured players when they have other options available. The fine will be $5 per player. The reason for this is because there will be some tight playoff races going into the final week and I don't want a team that is out of the playoff race to give another team an easy win by starting players that aren't playing.
