#8 The Seahanks seem to thrive on the Pre-season rankings disrespect. #10 last year but the result was 9-5. I predict Hank will be forced to root for Jordan Love. Caleb is as reliable as the Bears offense. Jonathan Taylor only had 11 TDs for 2024 but finished out with 520 yards and 6 TDs, (in just 3 games). Mclaurin had a career year with Daniels in 24’ getting into the endzone 13 times. The rankings formula also loves Bucky Irving. Top 3-4 backfield to start the season.
#7 Broncbos JJ Mccarthy was a coveted QB on draft day, and Bo already had him going in. If he doesn’t pan out, Mahomes. Not a bad plan B. Josh Jacobs is also coming off a career season with 15 rushing, 1 receiving TD and 1300 yards. Boilermaker Tyron Tracy will get the nod week one and should improve on his 840 yards and 6 TDs from 24. Nabers and Jefferson are solid. Malik with 109 grabs last year and Jefferson, while never living up to his potential, gets a LOT of 100 yards games. Look for 3-4 100 point games from the Broncbos this year
#6 Lou Orleans Everyone was impressed with Gray on draft day. Great job! I never like to say a season hinges on one player, but I think there would have to be a trade for a QB in order to get far in the playoffs. Kyler Murray is a great player, but that 26 passing 11 rushing TD season was 5 years ago. Since Murray hasn’t been a great fantasy option. The rest of the team is great. Saquan and Devon Achane were the 2nd best backfield. Nico Collins/Courtland Sutton great? No but solid.
#5 Roryopolis Mcaff and Robinson were the top backfield in the rankings. By far. Herbert appears to be the plan at QB. The guy had 5000 yards, 38 passing and 3 rushing TDS in 2021. Since then hasn’t gotten even close to those numbers. Drake London anchors the receiving crew, coming off a 1271 yard 9 TD season. 2nd best receiver is probably Laporta his TE. 17 TDs in his first 2 seasons. Another team that will be in contention but likely will be a buyer for a QB at the trade deadline.
