As we inch closer and closer to the playoffs, the mulligan strategy is going to be huge.  The most interesting part of mulligans is trying to guess what other teams are going to do.

The week The Ribbon did not have a great chance to win.  With only one mulligan worth anything, they could sneak into the top 6, BUT they would need The Van Buren Boys to not use any.  The hope was that VBB might think that both Downtown and The Double Dips would use mulligans making their mulligans worthless.

So, The Ribbon rolled the dice and swapped out defenses which put them less than a point ahead of VBB for 6th place.  The actual result?  Neither Downtown or the Dips used mulligans and VBB used two.  So VBB jumps to 5th, Downtown survives in 6th and The Ribbon burns a mulligan.  Oh well.

In the meantime, the 1-8 Spongeworthy picks up the JETS DEF????  They wind up scoring 25 points despite trading their entire defense the week before and Spongeworthy winds up being the high scorer for the week!
