Another week done and the playoff picture is more clear.

Congrats to The Soup Nazis on locking up the #1 seed at the Week 15 bye.  While The Ribbon could catch them in record next week, the points are insurmountable, so TSN can take it easy for a few weeks before heading to the semifinals in Week 16.

The Ribbon moved to 9-4 and secured the first wild card this season.  They also are the first team to exhaust all of their mulligans this season, so it's a good thing for them they have clinched their spot in the playoffs.

So that leaves 5 wild cards for 6 teams, although based on points and the fact that they both have 8 wins already, you can give 2 of those spots to Vandelay Industries and The Double Dips.

So that actually leaves 3 wild cards for 4 teams:

The Van Buren Boys and Lobster Bisque are both in the "win and in" spots.  A win for either team in Week 14 means a playoff spot.  A loss and it will come down to the points.

The Close Talkers and Downtown Regifters round out the potential playoff teams.  They both still have a shot of making the playoffs even with a loss, if they both lose, because then it would go to points.  If one of them wins and the other loses, then the loser is out and everyone else is in.  If they both win, then there will be a point tiebreaker of some kind to determine the wild cards.

I expect a lot of mulligans to get used next week.  Don't go home with mulligans in your pocket...good luck!!
