The RFA session is Retro TBL's free agent system where players with expired contracts can move from team to team. Next to the draft, this is arguably the MOST important component for managing and building your team. The annual RFA session begins April 1st and runs through the entire month.

Any Retro TBL player whose contract has expired (reaches 0 years) will be eligible as long as they were on a roster at the end of the previous season. You can search this easily under reports/top players and then sorting by salaries. 

RFA (Free Agency) Schedule

The 2025 RFA (Free Agency Period) will start on April 1, 2025. The schedule will run as follows:

Week 1 (4/1-4/7) - QBs and TEs

Week 2 (4/8-4/14) - RBs and WRs

Week 3 (4/15-4/21) - DEF/ST and Kickers

Week 4 (4/22-4/30) - Open signing period
