The Broncos' Defense was the highest scoring player this week.  And of course, I got the honor of playing them.

Week 6 is done, and we are starting to see some separation in the standings.  We have half the league with winning records and half with losing.  One team 1-6 and one team 6-1.  Actually, the standings may qualify as a mathematical palindrome if that is a thing.  Just Googled, and it does work for numbers. I don't know if standings would qualify, but I'm gonna say yes, it works.  Let us go through the standings.

Diamond Dogs (6-1) Average score of 151.76, which is the best.  He has had two down weeks, and the only loss came then.  He has two top RBs, the top defense, above-average receivers, and a top tight end.  The weak spot is QB, and that's not too bad, really.  Looks tough to beat.

Participatory Trophies Only (5-2) Average score of 146.78. I'd say he has the healthiest team, with only Bucky out. Looks like Puka dodged a significant injury. He has an outstanding quarterback—(checking notes) Dak Prescott. He has four really nice running backs. Receiver is the weak spot, besides Puka, not much cooking here—the best tight end and two top defenses.  Things are looking up.

My Ball Zach Ertz (5-2) Average score of 143.11. Baker is baking. Chase is playing well with garbage QB play.  Egbuka shouldn't be out too long.  Kelce is having a nice few weeks, and this would be huge if that continues.  Jacobs and Williams, as two top ten backs, are a good thing.  Overall, a really nice squad.

Pregnant? Try Tee-lenol (4-3) Average score of 137.73. Who would have thought Drake Maye was going to be a top QB and dark horse MVP candidate? Saquon is not doing well, and I think the Eagles forgot how to run. Hampton is out for a bit, and both New England running backs add up to a very mid RB squad.  Same for receivers, very mild too.  Kraft was a good TE keeper, and you are making solid sit/start decisions every week.

Red Brid Gang (4-3) Average score of 133.07. Mahomes, I think he is better when he has to do it all himself.  It seems he has decided to win games on his own, and that makes him a very good fantasy QB.  Albeit, he has help from the stripes on the field.  The running backs are underperforming a bit, but they have a huge game here and there. Decent enough receivers and a bit of a guessing game as to which ones to start every week. Goedert is playing well and is about the only part of Philly's offense that is consistent. Philly's defense is trash.

You can do it (3-4) Average score of 133.35. Caleb Williams has had big games and not-so-big games.  It makes him average as far as starting fantasy QBs go. Bijan is the best back in the game, averaging nearly 30 per week. Maybe I was wrong last week, and Dowdle can keep it up. Your best two receivers are ranked 24th and 25th.  Weak. Every year is Kyle Pitts' year, and then it's not. You have a nice piece or two.  Not much more is going on.

Johnny Utah (3-4) Average score of 138.18. Josh Allen is always going to be a top fantasy QB, I think.  Javonte is playing very well, but had a down week.  Mason, Dobbins, and Croskey-Merritt can have nice games, but by themselves are not the guy.  If your receivers were performing at their predicted levels, you would be an excellent team.  Harrison and Flowers are not doing well this year; only Amon-Ra is doing it. You are also tight-end-less.

The Big Lavontski (2-5) Average score of 111.21. Ugh.  I just saw my average score and threw up in my mouth.  Terrible.  It is a wonder I have two wins.  No top ten QB. No top ten RB. One top 30 WR. A decent TE. No defense.  What am I even doing?

Trade Kyler Murray (2-5) Average score of 130.52 Hurts and Love can be winners, but neither is showing out. Your best running back is Gainwell, much like me...wow. You do have Jaxon Smith-Njigba, and you have him for many years, which is a bright spot.  Jefferson is playing well, too.  Warren was a great pick, and he is playing well on a good team.

Fire the Cannons! (1-6) Average score of 121.67. Got the first win this week.  Lamar is out hurt, but Stafford is a good backup to have. You get Rice off suspension this week.  Godwin is a mystery. AJ Brown is crap, Odunze is a potential stud, but maybe the team isn't that good. The running back group is the weak spot here.  1-6 is not out of it.  There are 11 games left.
