Inside the LFFL Week 6 Results

• After Week 6 the entire league from top to bottom is separated by only two games. Every team has won at least two and every team has lost at least two. After all the close games from last week, there was only one close game this week and six blow outs.  
  Boomer& Bunker (3-3) 83.54 Power Pugs (3-3) 64.84:  Boomer pulls out a low scoring win (after some high scoring losses) with Josh Jacobs leading with 29.5 and Jayden Daniels scoring 23.64 on MNF. My team puts up a pathetic effort with Baker Mayfield scoring 19.64.
  Art Donovan U (2-4) 112.04 Big City Carpetbaggers (4-2) 53.18: Gary eases into a win with Drake London topping off the scoring with 26.8 , Cameron Dicker kicks for 17, Ashton Jeanty added 15.6.  Spencer Rattler with 11.08 is the only double figure scorer for Terry.
  EZ Dubs (4-2) 126.66 Rolling Thunder (3-3) 74.98:  Justin wins this one with Bijan Robinson scoring 32.8 on MNF, Dak Prescott throws and runs for 22.44. Trey McBride has 17.2 and Eddy Piniero kicks for 15. Denny only has Danny Jones in double figures with 23.48.
• Butt Kickers (4-2) 122.22 Chaka Khan (2-4) 97.62: Bob puts this one away with Jalen Hurts leading the scoring with 21.62, Dallas Goedert scores 21.5, the Raiders D/St has 19 and Hollywood Brown adds 18.5. Jason's team is led by Trevor rawrence with 19.22 and DK Metcalf with 17.5. 
  KELLZKRUSHERZ 132.96 Blame the Refs (3-3) 100.2: Kelly has her best game so far with Rico Dowdle scoring 31.9, Ja'Marr Chase breaks out with 20.4, Ladd McConkey also breaks through with 19.5 and Wandale Robinson adds in 17.4.  Rob drops this one but his scoring s topped by Devon Achane with 29, Jonathan Taylor has 21.7 and Rachaad White scores 16.1.
  Men of Steel (4-2) 144.02 Trash Talking Mimes (3-3) 98.5:  Ed tops the league scoring with Cam Scattebo scoring 30 on TNF, George Pickens has 27.3, Brian Thomas adds 19, Christian McCaffrey scores 20.6, Jared Goff throws in 16.82 and Kendrik Bourne has 16.7.  Jaxon Smith-Njigba leads TTM scoring with 26.2 and Josh Allen scores 17.4.
  Password is Taco (2-4) 80.34 Gangus Cons (3-3) 79.18:  Matt hangs on for the most narrow win of the week with Drake Maye scoring 27.24, Kyren Williams has 15.7, Tyler Warren scores 15.3. Ron comes up just short with 31.48 by Patrick Mahomes.  Between Deebo Samuel and the Bills D/ST they could manage only 6.5 points on MNF.

  Potent Notables:  The FAAB system has been busy this season.  I know I've been outbid for a few guys I wanted (needed). With the standings as close as we've seen in a long time, competition is ramping up.  
   The Ravens and Bills are on bye this week.  Week 7 marks the midway point of the season.  I'll try to have my annual mid season report ready with the weekly results update.  
  The Steelers took care of business in their win over the Browns. The running game was effective, the offensive line kept Aaron Rodgers clean and the defense choked the Cleveland offense, holding them out of the end zone.  Rodgers looked sharp with some great throws for TDs.  This week it's the wounded Bengals on Thursday night.  The much traveled Joe Flacco QB's the Bengals for the second time after moving south but staying in the State of Ohio last week.
