Inside the LFFL Week 10 Results

Week 10 of the LFFL featured the top rated Butt Kickers routed by Password is Taco while both the Carpetbaggers and Boomer & Bunker win to ties BK with the best records at 7-3.  Meanwhile KELLZKRUSHERZ inches closer to the top with her 5th consecutive win , checking in at 6-4.

  • Blame the Refs (4-6) 156.22 PowerPugs (4-6) 58.92:  Rob wins a resounding vicetory, possibly the biggest blowout in league history.  His top two RB's combined for 85.6 points.   POTW Jonathan Taylor goes off for 48.1 in Berlin and Devon Achane explodes for 37.5.  Jacoby Brissett was good for 20.42 and George Kittle adds 18.9.  My team is led by Nico Collins with 19.1.  Luke Musgrave only needed a little more than 100 points on MNF to pull this one out but he did cut the deficit to only 97.
Art Donovan U (4-6) 119.6 Chaka Khan (3-7) 83.62 Gary gets a much needed dub behind Matt Stafford's 27.2 and Drake London's 21.4 along with the Broncos D/ST getting things started on TNF with 18.  Jason receives a dominant effort from Jahmyr Gibbs with 36.7 but little else.
Men of Steel (5-5) 124.5 Rolling Thunder (5-5) 77.4:  Ed gets back to .500 behind Jared Goff's 24.8 throwing to Jameson Williams with 20.9 and Kimani Vidal runs for 17.3.  Denny has a downer week led by Daniel Jones with 17.5
Big City Carpetbaggers (7-3) 124.34 Trash Talking Mimes (5-5) 116.84: In a game with playoff implications, Terry is led by TreVeyon Henderson's coming out party with 27.5 and Lamar Jackson has 15.64.  TTM falls short with Josh Allen scoring 21.34, , JSN added 17.8 and Rome Odunze was good for 17.6
Password is Taco (4-6) 101.6 Butt Kickers (7-3) 63.2:  Matt records a win to stay in contention with Kyren Williams running for 21.4, Drake Maye is steady with 19.1 and Woody Marks cracks the lineup with 15.1.  Bob is led by Justin Herbert's 14.7 and no one else in double figures.
  • KELLZKRUSHERZ (6-4) 96.6 Gangus Cons (4-6) 86.56: Kelly moves a step closer to a playoff spot behind Ladd McConkey with 18.7 and the LA Chargers D/ST getting 18 against the Steelers. Ron receives 24.06 from Mac Jones and 19 out of Breece Hall.
Boomer & Bunker (7-3) 109.02 EZ Dubs (5-5) 74.44: Boomer rolls to his seventh straight win behind Emeka Egbuka's 20.5, the Texans D/ST adds 19 and Josh Jacobs runs for 18.2 on MNF. Justin loses his third straight despite 23.2 from Trey McBride and 16.9 by Jaylen Waddle.
  • Week 9 Player of the Week: Jonathan Taylor BTR 48.1
Week 9 Bench player of the week: No one qualified
NFL Picks: Kelly had the best week at 7-7 while Denny leads overall by 3 over Gary.
Potent Notables:  The league trade deadline ends on Sunday at 1pm.  The NFL trade deadline didn't have a lot of deals to affect Fantasy values.  Rashid Shaheed moved to Seattle.  The Seahawks haven't thrown the ball very much in the second half lately. Sam Darnold has done all his damage in the first half. Jakobi Meyers moves to the Jags where he becomes the top WR for now because of injuries there.
Bye week this week: Saints and Colts
Playoffs If they started this week: 1. B&B 2. BK 3. BCC 4. KKZ 5. MOS 6. TTM 7. RT 8. EZD .   BTR looming large at #9 with most points in the league but only 4-6.  Just win baby and you'll get in.
The Steelers suffer their 4th loss on SNF with no offense.  The defense couldn't get the turnovers this week and the O failed to bail them out.  Aaron Rodgers showed his age.  The Chargers got pressure up the middle rendering AR  ineffective.
