More injuries !! Jump over the fire NOW
As I sit, the NFL Injury Train's business is BOOMING sky high!! Now we have RB Hampton and kicker Shrader joining the already-crowded train! Before long, the train will get longer and longer with additional cars.....if this rate keeps up.
UGH just brutal. That is five players I already have being out of commission (though one is coming back). Difficult, but I'll trudge on. I just need to kick ass at just the right time.....(please Bakey, throw a TD to Evans just once!).....(or twice).......
Hey, should there be an award for rostering the most injured players, like a banana peel ?
But enough about me. Let's get back to the highlights.....
TEAM OF THE WEEK - Mayhem (again) !! Where there is chaos, Mayhem reigns !! For the second week in a row, he was the top-scoring team. He had QB Mattew Stafford scoring 27.56 points, RB Jonathan Taylor 28 points, RB David Montgomery 17.22 points, WR Puca Nuca 14.5 points, TE Kelce 12.1 points, and kicker Chase McLauglin 12 points. His team score of 122.78 is not only this week's best, it also topped Mayhem's previous best of 121.86 points scored just last week 4. It is now the new leading Team High Score so far.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK - QB C.J. Stround of Goodyear Silents. Stroud got hot with 244 yards passing and four passing TDs, plus a run of 30 yards. His fantasy score of 28.76 points was the leading player score for this week. Strangely enough, two other QBs had better points but were on the bench, so doesn't count. Stroud it is.
GAME OF THE WEEK - None again. Either you're good, or you're bad.
Another early Sunday game, but at least only 2 teams will be on bye the next two weeks. Not too bad.
GOOD LUCK NEXT WEEK ! (Don't forget to pray)
