Gibbs finally reaches his potential
This week showed some hot players but also more injuries (sigh). There were quite a few wild games. We even had some cases of players disappearing after a hot week.
Case in point: look at Josh Allen....Superman has finally ran into kryptonite ! Jameson Williams caught nothing ! Mighty Mouse (Jonathan Taylor) became mini-Mouse ! He-Man (Jason Dart) is still out (sob!). Jordan Addison bit the dust ! Need I say more ?
Other than that, it's business as usual. Let's check the highlights.....
PLAYER OF THE WEEK - RB Jahmyr Gibbs of Call Of Hutch. Gibbs finally broke out and played like a 1st-round pick ! He had 264 total yards and three TDs for a fantasy score of 44.4 points, the best of this week.
TEAM OF THE WEEK - Call Of Hutch. Hutch is getting strong play from his team. With RB Gibbs leading the way (see above), Hutch had great performances from WR George Pickens (20.6 pts), defense Rams (22 pts), and kicker Santos (10 pts) to accumulate a team score of 125.02 points, best of this week. He will have his toughest match of the season, next week against Mayhem.
GAME OF THE WEEK - None. Blowouts again.
We have two games remaining. Next week 13 will be the final divisional match for all teams. Also, reminder that this week 13 is the last week for trades (deadline this Wed night at midnight). The following week 14 will be the last week for waivers/free agency. All rosters will then be frozen for the playoffs.

PLAYOFFS

IN: MAYHEM, CALL OF HUTCH, FOURTH & DRUNK
Let's look at the ongoing scenario of each division :
Atlantic - Mayhem has clinched the division at 11-1. He already has the better division record, so it won't matter if he loses to Hutch next week. Also, with 11 wins, he already has clinched the #1 seed and 1st-round bye. Meanwhile, Hutch at 9-3 is safe for a wildcard berth.
Great Lake - The Hawk isn't safe yet, he needs one more win to clinch. If he fails, Meanies could tie him and steal the division.
Pacific - Fourth & Drunk won and Bexans lost, so Fourth is the sole leader now at 8-4. Thanks to Bexans losing, Fourth now only needs one more win to clinch. In the worst case, she has already enough wins to at least clinch a wildcard berth.
IT'S CRUNCH TIME, FOLKS ! This is your make or break. GOOD LUCK NEXT WEEK !
