Talk about playoff pressure !
What a fun Thanksgiving weekend ! It was a fantasy feast for all !
Unfortunately, the weekly injury streak did not stop (yet). My sympathies to the St. Brown owners............
Time for the highlights !
PLAYER OF THE WEEK - For the first time in as long as I can remember, we have a TIE !! Did two fantasy superstars race against each other ? NO ! It was a kicker and a defense ! Kicker Evan McPherson of Blue Meanies kicked six FGs and two XPs for 31 points ! (What a steal from waivers!) Meanwhile, the Seahawks defense, drafted by The Hawk, shut out the feeble Minnesota Vikings and earned 31 points ! A head scratcher, for sure, but this sort of thing happens once in a blue moon.
TEAM OF THE WEEK - Blue Meanies. Meanies is pushing extra hard for that playoff spot. He was led by his kicker (see above), surprise surprise! But he also had every one of his core players score a TD ! RB Christian McCaffrey scored 13.4 points, RB Jaylen Warren got 10.4 points, WR Jameson Williams blew up for 20.4 points (right after St. Brown went down early in the game !!), WR Christian Watson caught for 14.3 points, and TE Trey McBride got 14.2 points ! Meanies has the best team score of the week, 120.54 points (his third - only Mayhem has more with four). The Chief Meanie clearly hopes that his team can get stabilized with this kind of performance to get in the playoffs !
GAME OF THE WEEK - Goodyear Silents vs Bexans. Goodyear got QB Joe Burrow back for 19.24 points, RB Derrick Henry got 16.4 points, and RB James Cook had 17.7 points, but not much else. This leaves an opportunity for Bexans to win the match. However, his QB Lamar Jackson underperformed (for the 3rd straight week!) with 12.54 points and RB Breece Hall was the only other player to score 10+ (he got 13.6). The rest of his team, the faucet has run dry. Goodyear wins the low-scoring match, 68.24 to 61.74. This lingering streak of underperformance and losing has now cost Bexans the Pacific division title.
WE HAVE ONE WEEK LEFT. Remember that next week 14 is the last week for waivers/free agency.
After that, no transcations during the playoffs. The only move you are allowed to make is dropping a player (if your roster is full) when moving a player on IR back to the active roster. That's it !

1. If Bexans wins, he clinches the #5 seed. The Meanies/Masshole winner will clinch the #6 seed.
2. If Bexans loses :
a. If Meanies beat Masshole, he will clinch the #5 seed and Bexans the #6 seed. Masshole will be demoted to the Toilet Bowl.
b. If Masshole beat Meanies, Bexans will clinch the #5 seed and Masshole the #6 seed. Meanies get flushed down the Toilet Bowl.
GOOD LUCK NEXT WEEK EVERYONE ! ! ! The torture should be over soon.
