St. Brown scores three TD's in week 2.

We had our first overtime game of the season with GPs Players and Goof Troop ending regelation tied.  George Pickens outscored Cam Ward 10 to 5 for the Goof Troop victory.  The Dust Bunnies had the weekly high score with 95 points.  The low score in week 2 was Stafler with 46.  The league average in week 2 was 59 points.  Three teams remain unbeaten as Byron’s Boyz, Hippopotami Stampede, and Filet-O-Goats are out of the gates at 2-0.  Chads Team, Denny’s Benny’s and GPs Players have yet find the win column after two week.  0-3 isn't a season breaker, but it makes things a bit more difficult.  Three teams are averaging under 50 points per week after 2 games.   Amon-Ra St. Brown put up a big 25 points this past week for Toughes in their win. On to week 3.

The waiver wire option is used until Wednesday at 10:00.  Then, starting Thursday at 3:00AM, the add/drop option is used.  The waiver wire order for the week is posted under “reports/waiver wire”.  The players added and dropped are found on the site in the transactions tab.  Dropped players are not eligible for pick up until the following week.  If there are any issues or questions with scoring, wait until the league verifies stats, usually on Thursday afternoon.  If you think there is a mistake after that, let me know and I will check into it.  Just as a warning, you may not want to drop a player during the waiver process prior to Wednesday 10:00PM in case you don’t get the desired player to replace him.  Also, remember to put in a tie-breaker.  I would hate to see a game decided by this.

Check the web site for the weekly poll.  Each week I’ll try and put a poll on there to see what our league thinks about certain things sports.  As always, if you have any questions or issues on anything let me know.  Remember scores are not official until after the NFL verifies statistics.
